Excellent location. Just across the road from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. There is a great rooftop bar for adults only. The pool is lovely and clean. Possibly need to enforce the no saving sunbeds policy more but there were always some areas to sit in. Lovely balconies with a sea view.

Loved that the property was right across from the beach! The staff were friendly & helpful! The hotel offers a place for your luggage & a shower room to use after your check out, if you have a late flight out, perfect for enjoying the day at the beach! The roof top bar is lovely with gorgeous views of the port! Thank you Hotel Eden!

Hotel Eden: Needs Improvement, but Has Highlights My stay at Hotel Eden had several issues that need attention: 1. Bad Smell: The bedroom had a strong sewage odour, likely from drain problems. This needs urgently addressing. 2. Poor Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was low quality, comparable to cheap wholesale food. Even the cereals and breads were disappointing. 3. Lack of Sun Loungers: Finding a sun lounger was almost impossible after 9:30 am. During our 6-day stay, we only had two loungers together once. The hotel ensures that guests do not reserve loungers with towels, but we did not see this rule enforced. 4. **Poor Soundproofing:** The rooms were noisy, with sounds from the corridors and adjacent rooms constantly disturbing us, day and night. Perfect location. Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Roof bar is fab for watching the sunset with a cocktail. Roof bar staff are lovely. Pool couches are great looking onto the beach - great for people watching.

Great location and lovely room. However, the shower was outdated and flooded the bathroom. The pool was very small and it almost impossible to get a sun lounger unless you wake up before 9am and queue for one. People will “reserve” a sun lounger with a towel and leave it there all day.

Nice and clean, excellent area. Only issue is there’s no parking specific to the hotel so if you have a car you have to drive around a bit to find parking. Great breakfast as well.

The location was great.Port Soller is beautiful and Eden is in the heart of it. We had a room for 2 adults 2 kids and it was OK in size but has almost no closet space. Just a small closet with hangers. It was uncomfortable to keep our clothes in our luggage during our week long stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has good options and is abundant. Lunch menu at the pool is limited but good. Plenty of good drinks and cocktails. You cannot visit the roof terrace if you have kids. The pool is always full. It’s almost impossible to find a sunbed. People is allowed to smoke in the pool area. Elevator can get busy at times. The place is usually safe and quiet but the last few nights we had a noisy neighbor. There is a great area to store bikes and public parking is conveniently situated across the hotel. Plenty of dining options in the area. Sushi at the roof was surprisingly good and you can order to go and eat in your bedroom terrace if you have kids.

Fantastiskt hotell med helt rätt läge och faciliteter. Dock har hotellet alldeles för få solsängar, det är den enda nackdelen, tyvärr en mycket stor sådan. Det finns gott om plats, men köp in ett 30-tal ytterligare solsängar så är nog alla nöjda :)”

We arrived in the evening but our room hadn’t been cleaned and the beds hadn’t been changed or made. We were given no explanation. We were only told that there were absolutely no other rooms available. So we had to wait another nearly two hours before we had a room. We were offered a buffet dinner which was mostly cold and stale as it was reaching the end of mealtime. Also the room had clearly been cleaned in a rush and was not properly clean. Extremely disappointed and won’t be going back.

Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt.Umliegend unzählige Einkaufs-/Essens Möglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind teilweise recht hellhörig,dafür aber gut ausgestattet und recht modern eingerichtet. Der Meerblick ist unschlagbar und der Balkon sehr geräumig. Die Abluftgitter im Zimmer und im Badezimmer haben teilweise schimmlige Stellen, ansonsten sehr sauber.

Pros: Great food at the cafeteria. Good quality was exceptional Great service from the reception and cafeteria staff Location is great and right by the marina Nice rooftop bar Cons Classic rooms are very small and would definitely be more 3 star than 4 Wardrobe door fell apart during our stay almost landing on us (but it didn’t) Housecleaning never changed our sheets during our 4 night stay. Although we mentioned we were on honeymoon absolutely no acknowledgement of this by the staff in any way. I have never really observed this in a 4 star hotel Not a bad stay at all however wouldn’t want to repeat going back

Bilderna stämde inte alls övers med verkligheten. Ett väldigt slitet och nergånget hotell. Luktade mögel både i allmän utrymmen och speciellt på rummen. Valde den finaste rumskategorin och det kändes sämre än ett vandrarhem. Myror både vid skrivbordet, sängen och badrummet. Restaurangen (halvpension) gick ej att äta. Skippade den och åt ute varje kväll istället. Hög standard på många restauranger i närheten. Fanns inte stolarna lediga vid poolen någon dag trots att vi var nere när precis när poolområdet öppnat. Gästerna hade ”paxat” stolar med handdukar långt före. Faktiskt ett av de sunkigaste hotell jag bott på, kommer aldrig åka tillbaka hit. Förstår inte hur de kan ha så högt betyg/omdöme eller antal stjärnor på hotellet. Det ända positiva med hotellet var att personalen var otroligt serviceminded allt från poolkillen till receptionisten. Men det räddar tyvärr inte lukten och alla andra minimum krav man har på en vistelse.

Situation géographique inégalable, au cœur du port de Sóller, face aux plages. Chambre familiale spacieuse, literie de très bonne qualité. Un balcon de grande taille et une vue magnifique sur toute la baie. Bien que situé dans une zone très animée, aucun bruit aucune nuisance dans la chambre. Bon nous avions la chance d'être au 6è étage (sur 7). Buffet varié et de bonne qualité. Personnel aimable et souriant. Hautement recommandé.

The TV did not work at all and we complained but we were leaving the next day so there was not enough time for a resolution. Besides that the room was clean and OK overall. The location is what makes up for it as there is a lot to do around and the view is beautiful.

This property was very cute and convenient. It’s right on the boardwalk and around so many different restaurants and shops. Also has direct access to a beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only negative was the air conditioner in the room was weak. You needed to ensure the balcony door is completely closed to ensure it turns on and even then, you don’t feel it as strong. Still a great place and great location.

Staff excellent and location great. Seafront so perfect for a sea swim. Hotel is great superficially, but the building is not upto modern standards. The sound proofing is well below standard, guests arriving and leaving can be heard in the rooms adjacent. Even the TV can be heard from neighbouring rooms. We chose the hotel for its convenience as we were travelling with elderly relatives so location was key. Staff were excellent and couldnt be faulted.

Loved that the property was right across from the beach! The staff were friendly & helpful! The hotel offers a place for your luggage & a shower room to use after your check out, if you have a late flight out, perfect for enjoying the day at the beach! We stayed here for 4 nights after staying in Cala D'or for 4 nights. The staff at this hotel are extremely unhelpful and have a bad attitude. They are reluctant to acknowledge you and do their best to make you feel uncomfortable. It's like you are a burden to them and an inconvenience. This is not a family friendly hotel either. So if you are travelling with children I would recommend to look elsewhere. It is a shame as the hotel is in a good location and is fairly modern. However if you are like us and people help to make your holiday then I would avoid at all costs! Speaking of costs for a hotel that is more than £200 per night I would expect to be looked after a lot more than we were here!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We booked a superior room for three people and were delighted with the size – very spacious, clean, and modern, with a stunning sea view. Originally we had a mountain view room, but the hotel kindly honoured our upgrade request, which made our stay even more special. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. Service by the pool was excellent – fast, efficient, and always with a smile. It was a real bonus being able to enjoy meals by the pool in such a relaxing setting. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and sunbeds are available to reserve from 9am once they’ve been cleaned, which is a great system that keeps things fair and organized. Breakfast was decent with a good variety to choose from each morning. Parking is available on-site for €10 a day, which we found convenient and reasonably priced for the area. Our flight was departing at 23:50, we were offered a late check out at €235 which was a bit steep so we opted for a room to shower and change before we departed at no extra charge. All in all, a great hotel with lovely amenities, excellent service, and an unbeatable view. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay again!

The hotel is not new but some renovation was made and it is very well maintained and well located with a parking close by, and you can book a space through the hotel, which is very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Walking distance from restaurants and tram station. The rooftop is quite nice and had drinks and ate Japanese food which was good. Carla, at the check in was very helpful and gave us some nice info about the places to visit, beaches etc Mallorca is a huge island, many beaches, we loved going to Sacalobra not only it was very beautiful and with few people but the road to get there is breathtaking, amazing views all the way.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's in a perfect position on the beach and in the middle of the bay with ample great restaurants and bars in both directions. The staff and service were fantastic, the food was good with plenty of choice, the beds were comfortable and the whole place was kept very clean and tidy.

The service level at the reception and especially the bar is without a doubt the worst, I have ever experienced.‘ The staff are surly , obstructive and basically don’t care for the customer in anyway . From the chefs in the restaurant to the pool side bar staff the attitudes are appalling. Do not visit this hotel

It is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Our view was spectacular But the service was lacking. I didn’t like waiting for my towels at reception as they were often busy and it was a long wait. There was no iron available to me. No laundry service available to me and by 9am all the chairs at the pool and the beach were taken. Also the wifi was horrible. I found the staff at front desk dismissive and uninterested. The server at the pool restaurant though was exceptional. I hope this helps you improve your service.

I’d say this was an average at best stay. Had to change rooms after 1 night due to a very very bad smell in our first room. I think there was an issue with the drainage or water system. Was also told that the air conditioning could not be turned on as other guests “found it cold”…..we had an 8 month old baby with us and her thermometer said it was 26 degrees at night!! How is she meant to sleep in that!!? After pleading with the staff they finally turned the AC on for our last night. Was also told that there were no parking spaces left in the nearby multi-story car park of which I could take advantage of the discounted prices. All in all, not a great experience at all. The staff were nice - that’s about the only positive!

Good rooms. Service was hit and miss depending on which staff you spoke with. Room for more sun beds and shades around the pool but simply none there and therefore limited availability. Breakfast was below standard. Especially fresh proper coffee and fresh juices (considering we’re in an area with plenty of proper fresh OJ).

We have been staying at this hotel for years always a good choice, we always book a superior sea view room half board. Breakfast was good as always, dining may not have been quite has good as we have been used to, some of the freshly grilled food was undercooked and choices didn't seem as good. Perhaps we have used the same hotel too much, we will probably try some where different next time.

3rd visit to the Eden. Fantastic views of the bay, amazing swimming pool, drinks and food is very very good value (€3.50 for a beer!) and the staff are great. We loved the buffet breakfast too!

Nice spot close to the beach. Rooms were nice but little things made it feel less polished. Things like soap dispensers that had fallen off the walls or big marks on the wall; easy fixes that help a space feel nicer. The restaurant had good variety but all the food was usually cool/cold; some good food warmers would go a long way. We parked down the toad in the parking garage and that worked well.

Bilderna stämde inte alls övers med verkligheten. Ett väldigt slitet och nergånget hotell. Luktade mögel både i allmän utrymmen och speciellt på rummen. Valde den finaste rumskategorin och det kändes sämre än ett vandrarhem. Myror både vid skrivbordet, sängen och badrummet. Restaurangen (halvpension) gick ej att äta. Skippade den och åt ute varje kväll istället. Hög standard på många restauranger i närheten. Fanns inte stolarna lediga vid poolen någon dag trots att vi var nere när precis när poolområdet öppnat. Gästerna hade ”paxat” stolar med handdukar långt före. Faktiskt ett av de sunkigaste hotell jag bott på, kommer aldrig åka tillbaka hit. Förstår inte hur de kan ha så högt betyg/omdöme eller antal stjärnor på hotellet. Det ända positiva med hotellet var att personalen var otroligt serviceminded allt från poolkillen till receptionisten. Men det räddar tyvärr inte lukten och alla andra minimum krav man har på en vistelse.
