A notre arrivée, impossible de se garer au parking de l'hôtel, complet ! Résultat : plus de 60€ de stationnement à proximité. Cela dit, le parking de l'hôtel était également payant ! La chambre était bien mais impossible de régler la climatisation : il faisait au moins 30°C dans la chambre ce qui est insupportable. 4 réclamations prises en compte (c'est ce qu'on nous dit avec le sourire) mais rien de changé !!!

Parking should be free for customers! Our kids loved this hotel, pool and hamman was lovely, room amazing but very hot!!! Even with air con. Coffee making facilities in room needs decaff option and real cups. Check in and out was easy and very friendly staff, nice breakfast too! Close to great restaurants!!! Easy to walk to old town.

Super sejour. Hoel tres bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Personnel chaleureux et souriant. Il est dommage qu'on est pas ete averti de la panne du jaccuzi et de l'obligataire du bonnet de piscine qui est assez cher sue place 3€ Le petit déjeuner esr copieux et plein de choix possible.. le restaurant propose des plats à la hauteue de ses étoiles, très bon. Ville agréable.séjour à renouveler

Arrivé à 21h environ. À notre surprise la chambre n’a pas été préparé (arrivé prévue à 14h) mais nous avons été surclassé donc on adore. Je n’aime pas trop qu’on ne dise pas que tel chose ou tel chose soit payant (service en chambre, bonnet et autres), ils vous demande juste si vous voulez ça et la surprise c’est à la fin du séjour. C’est toujours bien de préciser que c’est payant… vous me direz que c’est logique mais pas pour moi. Je préfère qu’on me prévienne d’abord. Si non magnifique hotel, SPA plutôt cool, chambre mezzanine IMPECCABLE. Possibilité de fitness (certainement payant). Petit déjeuné super (sauf les œufs brouillés). C’est propre bien que certains meubles un peu usé pour un 4 étoiles. Je recommande fortement

Bon accueil. Les prestations hôtelières sont de qualité : suite de taille satisfaisante, propre avec une salle de bains très bien, literie de qualité. Le petit déjeuner offre un grande variété de choix. Deux bémols : une piscine de taille limitée squattée pendant les congés scolaires et le restaurant qui n'est pas tout à fait à la hauteur du reste de la prestation.

Bel hôtel son plus le spa après une journée de travail. Belle et grande chambre. Bémol sur la protection du matelas…pas beaucoup dormi à cause de la chaleur j ai donc regardé la protection du matelas …elle était sale mais bon ..c est surtout à cause de la matière…elle fait transpirer. Chambre côté rue ..pas très bien insonorisée. Cependant bel hôtel et personnel aimable.

Personnel très accueillant et efficace. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Par contre, salle de bains très réduite : à peine la place de poser ses jambes pour aller aux toilettes. De plus, le bouchon du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas et le bas de la paroi de douche n'était pas étanche, d'où de nombreuses éclaboussures à l'intérieur de la salle de bains. (dysfonctionnements signalés à l'accueil) Ne mérite pas 4 étoiles en ce qui concerne la chambre.

Nous adorons cet hôtel, avec un personnel aux petits soins, fort aimable. Un hôtel propre et tout confort avec le spa, le bar, le parking. Un petit déjeuner d'exception, jusqu'à 12h le weekend c'est si appréciable. Sans hésitation nos séjours a Rennes seront de nouveau au Novotel spa.

Personnel très professionnel et très accueillant. Le SPA est bien agréable et le petit déjeuner magnifique. Le seul bémol serait la vue qui laisse à désirer et les fenêtres qui sont vieilles et s'ouvrent mal.

Nicely centrally located - close to the train station and in walking distance from city center. Reception staff not the most friendly, also the breakfast staff looked terribly overworked (seemed like they were understaffed). Rooms decent and functional, no way to regulate temperature in room so taking points off for that - if you are cold no extra blanket to be found. Little fridge and coffee maker, which is good. Spa is decent, the pool and jacuzzi - CAREFUL they make a bath hat mandatory which noone tells you prior to arrival so you are forced to buy a 3 Euro super ugly overprices bath hat. AND you can only use the spa for 1h per day and have to book in advance at reception. So not sure it really is worth the extra money for a hour of hot water. Breakfast was soso...the coffee maker/machine is good, the rest looked a little like minimalistic effort. But it works, if the staff was not so clearly stressed out. USB charger was broken in my room. All in all it felt like overpriced for what it was and not to what I am used to for Novotel standards.

Fin hotell med alla bekvämligheter. Var på genomresa med familjen. Perfekt rum då vi föräldrar som på andra våningen och barnen på första på en bäddsoffa. Utnyttjade spa 1h. Inte världens största men räckte. Frukosten vad fantastiskt! Den bästa hittills på resan och påminde mycket om den skandinaviska frukostbuffén. Också bra att frukosten varade till kl 12!!! Så man slipper stressa på morgonen och kan vila extra. Speciellt om man har en tonåring med sig! Överlag är jag positiv överraskad och rekommenderar hotellet för alla barnfamiljer.

Nicely centrally located - close to the train station and in walking distance from city center. Reception staff not the most friendly, also the breakfast staff looked terribly overworked (seemed like they were understaffed). Rooms decent and functional, no way to regulate temperature in room so taking points off for that - if you are cold no extra blanket to be found. Little fridge and coffee maker, which is good. Spa is decent, the pool and jacuzzi - CAREFUL they make a bath hat mandatory which noone tells you prior to arrival so you are forced to buy a 3 Euro super ugly overprices bath hat. AND you can only use the spa for 1h per day and have to book in advance at reception. So not sure it really is worth the extra money for a hour of hot water. Breakfast was soso...the coffee maker/machine is good, the rest looked a little like minimalistic effort. But it works, if the staff was not so clearly stressed out. USB charger was broken in my room. All in all it felt like overpriced for what it was and not to what I am used to for Novotel standards.

Très bon hôtel situé à 10 min à pied du Centre, 2 min de la Gare. Restaurant de l'hôtel parfait. Personnel aux petits soins. Chambre très confortable, literie de super qualité. Le spa demanderait un peu de rafraichissement mais très bien quand même. Les soins de In Balance sont au top et le personnel très compétent et agréable.

Fin hotell med alla bekvämligheter. Var på genomresa med familjen. Perfekt rum då vi föräldrar som på andra våningen och barnen på första på en bäddsoffa. Utnyttjade spa 1h. Inte världens största men räckte. Frukosten vad fantastiskt! Den bästa hittills på resan och påminde mycket om den skandinaviska frukostbuffén. Också bra att frukosten varade till kl 12!!! Så man slipper stressa på morgonen och kan vila extra. Speciellt om man har en tonåring med sig! Överlag är jag positiv överraskad och rekommenderar hotellet för alla barnfamiljer.

Room was very spacious. Staff was very friendly and tries to help. However, the hotel only has very thick and warm duvets which are impossible to sleep with in the summer without full on air con: not only this is extremely environmentally unfriendly, I cannot sleep with air con as it severely irritates my throat and nose. Staff could not find an alternative as they have no blankets or thin duvets. This is unacceptable, in particular for a 4 star hotel.
