The only negative was to pay €48 for 2 electric bikes to be kept in a secure store room for 2 nights, only to find that there was no power point in that room! So recharging them was unnecessarily tiresome.

Merci a l'accueil exceptionnel par Nicolas. Conseils d'adresses adaptés. Jeune femme au depart egalement charmante. Petit cadeau dans la chambre pour anniv de l'enfant tres sympathique et aprecié. Chambre moderne et tres agréable. Attention toutefois a l'absence d'ascenseur cette dois pas genante pour nous mais quui pourrait l'être. Vue de la chambre sur le mur des remparts. Pas top mais annoncé et j'avais pas pris la vue mer....donc ok. Je reviendrai

Great location in St. Malo, easy access to everything. Steps to ramparts just outside the front door. Room was really nice and comfortable, the breakfast was super and the lobby is a really good place to relax. We have stayed here before and will hopefully be back.

Les personnes à l'accueil très très accueillant et à l'écoute. La propreté rien à redire. Par contre la cabine de douche dans notre chambre n'était pas aux normes (pas plus large que mon bras) donc 1m/1m donc impossible de prendre une douche sans se cogner. (ch 41) Les personnes à l'accueil tout sourire et près à rendre services...

Idéalement situé, l'accueil à l'arrivée et durant tout mon séjour a été excellent ; professionnel tout en étant sympathique. Le petit déjeuner buffet : parfait. La chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Un seul point négatif : l'isolation phonique de la chambre vis à vis de la rue et de l'entrée. Bravo et merci à toute l'équipe.

On nous a vendu une grande chambre avec vue sur les remparts, on a eu une chambre handicapees au RDC, sans climatisation et sans veritable moyen d'aerer sans avoir l'impression d'inviter tout St Malo à sejourner avec nous. Odeurs de remontées d'egouts dans la salle de bain, sympa dans la fournaise qu'etais notre chambre, surtout quand on se rappelle qu'il nous etais difficile d'aérer. En dehors de ça, la dame de la reception etait tres gentille, mais malheureusement ça ne fait pas tout. 150€ pour 1 nuit dans un four malodorant et bruyant, ça n'en valait clairement pas la peine

Accueil au top mais chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux pratique car collés sur un mur. On doit donc escalader les lits pour aller de l'autre cote de la chambre ou il y a les portes manteaux par exemple ou tout simplement aller dans don lit ;), je vous laisse donc imaginer la galere la nuit quand on doit aller au petit coin et que quelqu'un dors !!! a part lui rouler dessus il y a pas trop de solution haha! Sinon Bon petit déjeuner accueil de Nicolas tres sympathique

This is a terrible hotel to stay in during the summer heat. The hotel rooms have no AC and opening the windows at night is necessary to let in the cool air. However, the noise from the bars, restaurants, cars and motorcycle traffic is absolutely terrible even if you sleep with ear plugs. This noise can last until 4:00 am if you are unlucky to have young drunk revelers on the street below as I experienced. The first night I probably slept only 4 hours - all this for $1118 for two nights! One of the worst hotel experiences in the last 38 years of travel. On a better note, the breakfast was excellent.

Ce qui nous a plu c'est la proximité des commerces mais ce qui nous a déplu c'est très bruyant nous étions dans les chambres sous les combles une chambre trop petite sans clim obligé de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes avec la route en dessous nous sommes repartis épuisés

Chambre super confortable et très agréable au dernier niveau. Un personnel super sympa ! Le petit déjeuner très classique. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter St-Malo, et l'accessibilité à pieds vers la gare est très simple. A recommander vivement !

This is a terrible hotel to stay in during the summer heat. The hotel rooms have no AC and opening the windows at night is necessary to let in the cool air. However, the noise from the bars, restaurants, cars and motorcycle traffic is absolutely terrible even if you sleep with ear plugs. This noise can last until 4:00 am if you are unlucky to have young drunk revelers on the street below as I experienced. The first night I probably slept only 4 hours - all this for $1118 for two nights! One of the worst hotel experiences in the last 38 years of travel. On a better note, the breakfast was excellent.

Great location in St. Malo, easy access to everything. Steps to ramparts just outside the front door. Room was really nice and comfortable, the breakfast was super and the lobby is a really good place to relax. We have stayed here before and will hopefully be back.

The hotel was well located, just inside the city walls and 2 minute walk to restaurants and shops, as well as bus & taxi stops. Breakfast was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and gave us tips on what to visit. We were able to store our luggage after check out and staff arranged a taxi for us when we left.

Lovely room with a beautiful view of the boats. Room was small but perfect for a single traveller. Room cleaned daily and left perfect. Reception staff as good as I have ever seen. Dining staff so so helpful. Food was lovely and fresh. For someone who has little to zero French it was not an obstacle in any way.
