Just need to remodel

The gentlemen at the desk was very nice. He was a pleasure to deal with. The room was dirty and had bugs crawling on the floor. The room was supposed to be non-smoking however it reeked of pot and cigarette smoke. The bedspread had cigarette burns on it. The bathroom area had not been cleaned. The sink looked like it was being held up with some scrap lumber. Their advertised of being recently remodeled is a joke to say the least. Won't be coming back here ever. Many years ago this was a nice place to stay. Not anymore.

The pictures online make it look way better than what it really is. when you pull up, it looks run down. We checked in and went to check out the room. First, look wise, it didnt look to bad, but the smell. It was Almost a mold like smell but not. ( just glad i broughg febreeze) not even five minutes of being in the room, my 5 year old says look at that light as she points toward the bathroom. Well what do you know. There were 2 full grown roaches in the light fixture. Although they were dead, it still sent shivers down my spine. Howbdoes someone clean a hotel room, and not even clean the dead bugs out? Cuz there was no way housekeeping didnt see that.

Fukkn water was off. Then I go to the front desk and the middle eastern mgr lied and said it was a city problem and that every one’s water was off. That was a bold face lie. Then after the water comes on 5hrs later he refuses to rent to me. Horrible

Very basic. No shampoo. Was noisy. It did what we needed

Dirty room, needs alot of repair, shower handle broken, cobwebs on the ceiling. Floor was dirty.

Let's start with the positives: 1) Desk clerk was pleasant; 2) TV worked; 3) Cable worked; Hot water worked; 4) Keycard for door worked; 5) Room was relatively spacious; 6) Reservation was inexpensive. Now, for the negatives: The desk clerk charged me an additional $3.00 Administrative fee. Upon approaching my room, I encountered a vagrant sitting outside my door, which was in a darkened corner by the staircase. He stayed there, talking loudly on his cell phone outside my room for hours. My room smelled awful. There were at least 4 houseflies living in my room. The property and the room appear dilapidated. There are several broken down automobiles parked on the property. There is trash everywhere on the property. Not all of the lights in my room worked. The bed coverings were stained and appeared to be ancient. The privacy curtain had several holes in it. The floor was filthy. There was a wet towel on the floor, wadded beneath the A/C unit. There was no plastic bag in my room's trash can. The bathroom fixtures are ancient and falling apart. The shower curtain rod is the removable, spring-loaded, dime store type. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided. There are drilled holes with no fixtures in the furniture and the walls. It was difficult to stay in this room - it is likely one of the worst I have ever paid for. It also is likely to currently have several health code violations. I feel slimy and idiotic for reserving and sleeping in this room.

I have never stayed in such a dirty filthy hotel in my life. No towels no soap shampoo in the room. No hairdryer. Called the front desk place and we got two towels and one washcloth. I would normally never leave a bad review, but I would tell everyone do not go there it’s filthy

I paid more for an efficiency in order to use the fridge and freezer which they did have. I assumed the room would also have a coffeemaker as every hotel does. It did not. So I somehow had to boil water for my tea, either in the microwave or on the stove. Here comes the weird thing. There were absolutely no dishes in the efficiency, and all the lazy Indian manager lady had to offer was a flimsy plastic cup that would melt in the microwave. Unbelievable.

I prepaid for three nights after seeing this location listed on Expedia. It said rooms had been renovated, so I thought great! This place was anything but renovated!! The room was gross/dirty with holes in wall and ceiling. Walls were very dirty, as well as, the doors! The worst part was that my room had cockroaches running around. That was horrible!! Had I not arrived so late, I would have left. The next morning I packed up and just left. I spent just the one night instead of three that I paid for, I was so disgusted I didn't bother to tell the office because I booked through Expedia and would have to jump through hoops to get my money back for the additional two nights I had booked. *** EXPEDIA PLEASE REMOVE THIS MOTEL FROM YOUR SITE OR GUEST WON'T CONTINUE TO GO THROUGH EXPEDIA IN THE FUTURE.*** Expedia, it was a horrible experience and you'd be best served by dropping this motel as soon as possible!! Lastly, they are renting rooms to people who live there and not just passing through. The maids live there as well with their family. The maids children were up early repeatedly running back and forth past room doors yelling and screaming! Occasionally the maid would tell them by name to hush but after 2 minutes they were back at it screaming and yelling. What a real treat for tired guests to deal with at 7am! For possible guest thinking about staying here, take my review seriously. By the way, there is NO continental breakfast either.

The stay itself was fine, however, the roaches crawling in the bathroom and the walls in the room were definitely not a welcome site. Hence, refused a shower. The phone was plugged into the wall and sitting on the floor, no desk for the phone or desk chair placed randomly in the room. There was a frozen dinner left behind in the freezer as well.

I would never stay there. After looking at the room I left. I don’t do roaches

The bed was uncomfortable and there were cigarette burns in the blanket. The towels towels didn’t look clean enough either. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The only thing good about this place was the lady at the front desk. She was very nice.

I like that the room was spacious and clean. I feel a slightly bigger refrigerator would be better. As long as the people next to you are clean they are usually no roaches. They provided everything i needed for my room when asked.

Everyone was so and professional from start to finish. They even let us get a late check out!

It has good access in and out with good parking.

There are what appear to be drug addicts in the stairwell and parking lot. Upon walking to my room, someone tried to sell me a tablet. Got in room and TV wouldn’t work so I was moved to another room. Noise outside most of night and hard to get comfortable in the bed. Aside from that, it was great.
