Studio agreable propre. Parking payant

My daughter and I were in Paris for a short weekend getaway. The hotel was easy to find. We were grateful to be able to park right at the premises for a reasonable fee. It is very conveniently located as described in the listing. Our room was cozy and clean. The room included Wifi, kitchenette, and complimentary beverages and snacks. No air conditioner, but we opened the windows and used the fan. This would not be our choice during the hotter summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a very comfortable and safe night's sleep. We didn't eat breakfast during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

J'ai apprécié, car c'était un endroit calme. Autrement dit, quand il s'agit d'une fille qui travaille derrière le bureau, elles sont malhonnête, pour la raison qu'elles regardent mal les clients. Et, c'est irespectueux de leurs parts vis à vis de la clientèle. Autrement dit, il n'y a rien à dire. Mise à part, qu'on retrouve un ascenseur pas propre. Le sol était sale, et ça collait aux chaussures. Ce n'est pas hygiènique. Merci !

Des incompétent et aucune professionnalisme. Le receptionist nous a prélevé 2 fois l'acompte pour la garantie, jusqu'à aujourd'hui ca fait une semaine nou ne sommes pas remboursé. Il nous a proposer un parking sous terrain protégé , et nous l'avons accepté et payé. La nuit en arrivant devant le parking la télécommande ne marche pas, la porte de garage ne s'ouvre pas, nous avons déplacer la voiture. Le matin le responsable nous a confirmé que il y a une panne et nous n'avons même pas été rembourser pour le parking. C'est du vol.

Aucune infos sur le parking avant notre arrivée, impossible de les contacter car le numéro n'est pas attribué... l'ascenseur manque d'hygiène... sinon hôtesse adorable, chambre agréable et fonctionnelle avec une kitchenette, salle de petit déjeuner agréable mais pas très variée pour 13€/pers.

A fuir absolument... plus de 10 voitures ont été fracturées dans la nuit, vitre cassées, carrosseries abimées, et selon le personnel ce n'était pas la première fois ! Dans la chambre une douille était accessible aux doigts d'enfants et sous tension... J'ai écrit un mail au directeur M Grégory Falmagne, mais aucune réponse au bout de 15 jours... décevant de sa part et de la part de l'enseigne, certain que je n'y retournerai plus jamais... Au final j'ai failli être électrocuté en allumant la lumière, ma voiture à été abimé et la consigne était de faire payer le parking... incroyable !

Generally, this is good value property and return regularly for work. However, this time there was something left by a previous guest in the fridge on arrival and had to clear it.

I found some ants inside the room. Except for this the hotel would be satisfying for my stay

Had a great stay in this hotel! It was a very convenient spot with grocery stores, transportation and really good restaurants!! The hotel itself was very clean with lots of nice amenities!! We would absolutely come back here!

I found a cockroach in my room in the middle of the night. I let the staff know, and they did not seem to care at all. They told me that because I booked the room through Expedia, I would have to ask Expedia for a refund. This was a lie. Expedia told me that it was up to the hotel to offer a refund. Expedia attempted numerous times to reach out to the hotel, but the hotel refused to answer. I liked that the place had a kitchen so I could prepare my own food, to save money and not make an ordeal out of my terrible French ordering and buying things. The room was a bit worn down. The sink in the bathroom had several cigarette burns on it, and the laminated wood for the sink cabinet had come apart from moisture. There was mildew and mold in the shower. The cooktop range knobs were broken and it took some time to fiddle with them to stay on. The kitchen didn't have a lot of things, like no spoons, and it was pretty clear that nobody had ever used the coffee maker, as it didn't have any filters. I'm pretty flexible and can deal with all this, but the cockroach was too much. I didn't want to risk bringing them home with me. The front desk staff did not give one @#$#$ at all about the cockroach or anything else. He offered me another room in the hotel, which I explained made no sense, because it would be quite likely that many of the rooms would have cockroaches. The staff made it pretty clear that they don’t care if I write a bad review, only about getting my money.

Struttura molto accogliente, il personale cordiale ha saputo fornire le indicazioni necessarie. La camera per quanto piccola aveva tutto il necessario, persino un kit di pulizia della cucina. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, è un po' fuori rispetto a Parigi ma con pochi minuti di tram (che ha una fermata proprio davanti alla struttura) si raggiungono sia metro che stazione dei treni

This place was cute, but not quite what I expected. The lack of AC was hard on the last night when it was really hot outside. Information about breakfast and the gym wasn't explained at checkin so the first morning we rode up and down the elevator trying to find breakfast which was minimal. Even though it's close to a tram, it's about 45min to an hour from Paris center which requires a tram and train or two. So, going back and forth from Paris to the hotel to rest wasn't really an option or easy to do if you decide to do so. There's not much life near the hotel. Everything is rundown or shutdown, so to find nicer things, you have to take a tram. There is a nice bakery on the corner and fast food across the street. When I went to check out, the receptionist seemed confused and asked if I wanted to stay and extra day. I hope I won't be charged for anything like that. The fitness center had 4 pieces of equipment with the treadmill being one and was broken. The only free weights were 3 1kg weights. A bit of a letdown. I wouldn't go back.

Propere kamers, als je beter kijkt merk je in de douche wel enkele plekken met wat schimmel, douchegordijn. Microgolf kon properder maa voor ons geen probleem. Keukentje was algemeen proper en alles aanwezig wat nodig is om maaltijden te maken. Goede bedden, voldoende kussens. Veel opbergruimte. Als raam openstaat, hoor je de tram maar niet storend ‘s avonds als het raam toe is. Welkomstplateau met koekjes en koffie. 1,5km bergop stappen om het metrostation te bereiken, ofwel via de tram die aan het hotel stopt naar een metrostation rijden. Goed hotel voor een langer verblijf met perfecte verbinding naar het centrum van Parijs.

Hotel vraiment chaud sans clim. Personnels peu professionnels. J ai perdu un colis envoyé a leur adresse. Je ne recommande pas cette hotel. Pas.de.remboursement au cas de.depart anticipé. Tout est compliqué......

Pour une nuit, c'était très correcte.... il faisait un peu chaud la nuit. Un petit bemol : de la musique un peu forte le soir et dans la nuit. ( ha les basses...) Sinon très bien...

Zweckmäßiges Hotel, was lediglich zum schlafen geeignet ist. Leider keine Klimaanlage und keine Zimmerreinigungen. Nach 5 Tagen wurden von Seiten des Hotels nicht mal neue Handtücher auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. In heißen Sommermonaten sollte man auf ein anderes Hotel ausweichen. Verkehrsanbindung ganz okay nach Paris.

Receptionists extremely rude ! Except the one who was working the morning. After 5 stays there, this last one was horrible. They don’t like and consider people. I’ll not go back.

I'm pretty flexible and can deal with all this, but the cockroach was too much. I didn't want to risk bringing them home with me. The front desk staff did not give one @#$#$ at all about the cockroach or anything else. He offered me another room in the hotel, which I explained made no sense, because it would be quite likely that many of the rooms would have cockroaches. The staff made it pretty clear that they don’t care if I write a bad review, only about getting my money.

The front desk staff seems not welcome us when we arrived at night. We found that very uncomfortable. And, in the next morning, the cleaning staff rang the bell to wake us up and ask when we will leave. The check out time is 11a.m and how could I believe the staff ringing your bell to ask about your leaving time? There was a mosquito in the room and took times to fight with it. The hotel ask for deposit. That's fine. But when I checked out, the staff mentioned it takes 3 hours to unlock the deposit. However, the hotel didn't unlock the money. I tried to call the hotel but the staff couldn't help me. I needed to search the contact point on the website and sent an email to the property to request to get my deposit back after 30 hours of my checked out.

Good value for money in general and close to transport links.

Betaalbaar, vlakbij openbaar vervoer en in een woonwijk, dus winkels. Een goede bakker in de buurt pal tegenover de halte waar je uitstapt.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Allerdings für den Frühstücksraumgab es nur 3 Eierbecher. Eier gab es auch leider nur an einem Tag. Tagsüber war es teilweise sehr laut mit heftigen Poltergeräuschen. Vermutlich Zimmer Reinigung. Sonst war es allerdings Ruhig. Taxifahrten sind sehr abenteuerlich. Von 13 €bis 20 € für 3 Kilometer ist schon Wucher. Die Umgebung um das Hotel sieht sehr gepflegt aus. Ich war von Fr. bis Mo. hier.
