Nice location 25mins walk into Tours Centre. However, the hotel sits alongside assisted living accommodation for the elderly. If you book to stay on a Thursday they allow them access to the Spa which we didn’t have a problem with as the Spa is rather small anyway so did not bother. Service was slow in the bar having to chase up one barman for just two beers. Room was clean and spacious with good air con.

We had a lovely large room and big bathroom with a shower and separate big bathtub. The room was equipped with an iron and ironing board as well as supplies to make your own hot beverages. We had an excellent 3 course dinner although the breakfast buffet was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were “soupy” and the bacon, sausages and pancakes were all cold. One coffee machine meant a rather large waiting line most of the time. Nice staff. Other than the breakfast, it was a nice hotel.

Our 3 day stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel, located a short walk (or tram ride) to downtown was so easy. Their on site parking was a blessing since we rented a carr. They upgraded our stay to a Suite which was located in the main building featuring a balcony that overlooked the gardens and patio. The beds were super comfortable, the breakfast buffet was great, bar and restaurant were topnotch. If we should travel to tours, we would definitely stay there again..

Parking limited but found a place. That's the worst! Everything else superb. Large room, all facilities we might need. Large well appointed bathroom, lovely soaps etc. Shower cubicle, separate small room with toilet. TV, fridge, tea, coffee maker, microwave. (no milk) Large comfortable bed. Oh and 4 macarons waiting to be sampled. Lovely.
