They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them.

Nous avons logé à l'hôtel la Rocade pour une ultime fois par commodité. Et ce sera bien la dernière fois! Cet établissement qui ne payait pas de mine, mais remplissait sa fonction continue de vieillir défavorablement. Des travaux de rénovations sont entrepris partout, mais rien n'est terminé, zéro finitions. De plus, les nouveaux matériaux et décorations semblent relever de choix hazardeux et de bricolages. Il n'y a aucune harmonie décorative et les rénovations viennent dégrader l'aspect des lieux par la superposition de styles étranges... L'aération est mauvaise, la salle de bain et la chambre sont étouffantes. Je me questionne même sur le fait que cet établissement réponde réellement aux normes de sécurité et incendie. L'insonorisation est inexistante, j'avais l'impression d'avoir une communication directe avec la chambre en dessous. Bref, désolée mais pas digne d'un hôtel et encore moins à ce prix.
