Nous n’avons pas été bien reçu, le réceptionniste a été très maladroit. Pour le spa il faut réserver et bien entendu il n’y avait plus de créneau quand nous sommes arrivés à 21h. La literie est de très moyenne gamme, le matelas on sentait les ressorts de plus l’affaissement et de petite taille je dirai un 140/200. Les oreillers n’étaient pas confortable. Nous avons passés une nuit entre trop chaud et froid. Nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet hébergement.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, allerdings gibt es in dem Ort so gut wie nichts. In dem Ort ist ein Restaurant welches ohne eine vorherige Reservierung nicht besucht werden kann da bereits alles ausgebucht ist. Wir mussten daher zwei Ortschaften weiter zum Abend essen. Die Menükarte im Restaurant hat uns nicht zugesagt, außerdem kostet dort ein Gericht zwischen 27-35€ was uns definitiv zu teuer war. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Sauna und Dampfbad welche für 45 Minuten gebucht werden kann. Es hat uns sehr gefallen die Räumlichkeiten nur zu zweit zu nutzen. Zuallererst wurde uns ein Zimmer angeboten welches ein Badezimmer hat, das nicht zumutbar ist. Dies habe ich sofort reklamiert und man hat uns dann ein neues Zimmer angeboten (erst wollte man mich damit abspeisen dass alle Zimmer ausgebucht sind aber ich habe darauf bestanden das Zimmer zu wechseln). Das Zimmer war dann in Ordnung. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Ett fantastiskt hotel som är vackert beläget och har toppen, serviceminded personal, både i receptionen och i matsalen. Bra rum och parkering. En underbar solterrass med utsikt där man kan avnjuta ett glas vin eller en kaffe👌. Synd att inte deras egen restaurang var öppen på söndag kvällarna då det inte var så lyckat att äta middag i byn. Det enda minuset.

Closest place to living in a castle overlooking the vineyards and town. Spacious rooms with great amenities...this is definitely an atypical place in the Alsace region. Breakfast was varied and yummy. We didn't have any opportunities to use the other fun games and amenities but I can see how this would be a great resort for those with kids/teens. I would return again!

Très bonne adresse au milieu des vignes pour faire les marches de Noël … très bon Acceuil .. parking gratuit sur place et petit déjeuner très bien .. Le restaurant à faire également.. très bon repas ! Une bonne adresse ….

Dimora storica tra Selestat e Colmar, trasformata in Hotel di charme. Completa di molti servizi, tra i quali una ottima colazione e ampio spazio per il parcheggio. Autostrada Mulhouse-Strasbourg a 5 km. Vicinissima a molte attrazioni: strada dei vini dell'Alsazia, villaggi celebri, castelli.

Great place to stay on the Alsace wine trail. Rooms are excellent - shower was among the best I have had in France in terms of water pressure and relaxation. The hotel has an amazing front terrace area which overlooks the valley -- with ample outdoor furniture. Perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or a beer. One issue we had which I reported to hotel the next day - they have outdoor lighting - a large spotlight was pointed at a tree outside of our room - but was also shining directly into our room. We had to fully draw the drapes cutting off the ventilation from the open window which is required for this older building. While we had a fan, Recommend that you reserve dining ahead of time if you want to eat at the hotel's restaurant - we had to eat elsewhere because we did not reserve. But, this seems to be the pattern for most of the Alsace area.

We stopped at this hotel on our way to Dijon. The hotel is located in a beautiful village close to uniquely picturesque villages. We found nice amenities and beautiful grounds. It is listed as a four stars hotel but I would say it is more like a three stars hotel. It is clean, but the towels are old and we ran out of soap which we requested but never came. There is no room service, and the hotel restaurant must be booked in advance. These were just small inconveniences for us, but may be important to others.

Guter Aufenthalt. Das Premium Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und geräumig (auch das Badezimmer war groß). Das Zimmer sah aber nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern: der Ausblick ging nicht in Richtung Tal sondern in Richtung Berg (immerhin hatten wir einen Blick auf die Koenigsburg). Das Bett war etwas klein, aber bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und sehr vielfältig: ich kann es sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons passer 2 nuits. Tout s'est bien passé, le personnel est très sympathique et a l'écoute. Les chambres sont propre mais assez vieille et les murs très fin on entend les voisins. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais simpliste. Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour

Great location - views, vineyards, good restaurant on the property, quiet. Very inconsistent inconsistent experiences with the staff. Terrible front desk experience - check-in took 45min. No English, no ‘Hello’, the room I booked wasn’t available. It was already given away to a different guest. Letitia wasn’t capable of finding a replacement or didn’t have the authority to upgrade. I looked at 4 different rooms in total. The manager of the hotel was there the whole time, yet did not step in to help address the situation. He made sure he stayed with his back to me the whole time. I got a nice room in the end, comparable to what I had booked, but only because I kept insisting. So frustrating. At dinner - the server was unfriendly to the point that I addressed the issue head-on. Do you have a problem with me? ‘No, I don’t, I even brought you a different eine.’ What? That’s part of the job! The property is old, the carpets needs replacement, but the location is fantastic.

한적한 시골에서 발견한 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 프런트 직원들은 친절했고 기회가 된다면 다시 가보고 싶은 호텔입니다. 작은 마을에 위치해 있는데 마을 레스토랑들이 대부분 예약이 다 되어 있어서 예약없이 저녁식사 하기엔 상당히 어렵습니다. 호텔 레스토랑은 파인 다이닝 느낌인데, 이번엔 먹어보지 못했어요. 다음에 기회가 된다면 꼭 들려보고 싶습니다. 호텔 외관과 비슷한 느낌의 객실 인테리어이며 모던하지는 않지만 예전의 감성을 느낄 수 있습니다. 모던한 신식 호텔만 다니시는 분들이라면 좀 오래된 느낌이 들 수 있습니다만 개인적인 취향으로는 충분히 괜찮았습니다. 아침 조식은 꽤 괜찮게 나왔습니다. 조식의 구성이나 퀄리티는 호텔 이름에 걸맞게 잘 나온 것 같습니다. 호텔에 작은 장바구니를 놓고 왔다고 호텔측에서 먼저 연락을 해주더라구요. 고객서비스 측면에서도 충분히 만족할만한 경험을 했습니다. 호텔측에서 고객 한 명 한 명에게 신경쓰고 케어해 준다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 자동차로 여행하면서 꼴마르 근처, 포도밭 배경으로 숙박하기를 원하신다면 괜찮은 선택이 될 수 있을 것 같습니다.

Nous n’avons pas été bien reçu, le réceptionniste a été très maladroit. Pour le spa il faut réserver et bien entendu il n’y avait plus de créneau quand nous sommes arrivés à 21h. La literie est de très moyenne gamme, le matelas on sentait les ressorts de plus l’affaissement et de petite taille je dirai un 140/200. Les oreillers n’étaient pas confortable. Nous avons passés une nuit entre trop chaud et froid. Nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet hébergement.

Great location - views, vineyards, good restaurant on the property, quiet. Very inconsistent inconsistent experiences with the staff. Terrible front desk experience - check-in took 45min. No English, no ‘Hello’, the room I booked wasn’t available. It was already given away to a different guest. Letitia wasn’t capable of finding a replacement or didn’t have the authority to upgrade. I looked at 4 different rooms in total. The manager of the hotel was there the whole time, yet did not step in to help address the situation. He made sure he stayed with his back to me the whole time. I got a nice room in the end, comparable to what I had booked, but only because I kept insisting. So frustrating. At dinner - the server was unfriendly to the point that I addressed the issue head-on. Do you have a problem with me? ‘No, I don’t, I even brought you a different eine.’ What? That’s part of the job! The property is old, the carpets needs replacement, but the location is fantastic.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, allerdings gibt es in dem Ort so gut wie nichts. Having previously stayed here, we looked forward to returning!! There are many hotels, Gites, etc., in the region to choose from. This hotel is the one to choose. It is a fantastic location to enjoy all of Alsace. The room was large, and breakfast was very good. The staff were wonderful, from the time we arrived, breakfast and even departure. We can’t wait to return!

Closest place to living in a castle overlooking the vineyards and town. Spacious rooms with great amenities...this is definitely an atypical place in the Alsace region. Breakfast was varied and yummy. We didn't have any opportunities to use the other fun games and amenities but I can see how this would be a great resort for those with kids/teens. I would return again!

Un petit weekend en amoureux avec notre toutou. Après une randonnée dans les alentours de l'hôtel, nous avons pû déguster un incroyable dîner dans le restaurant (attention à bien réserver !) en nous laissant guider par le maître d'hôtel. Le personnel à eu la délicatesse de laisser une gamelle dans la chambre pour notre loulou poilu. La chambre était très agréable avec une vue incroyable sur le château du haut koenigsbourg et nous avons tous les trois adoré notre séjour. Je recommande fortement
