This was a 2 night family of 3 stay to visit LEGOLAND and the convenience of walking through their private entrance was really nice and the main reason for the visit. We used the pools which were also nice and appreciated the options. It was quite a large area the resort is on so there’s a shuttle service to take you around if needed. Room was clean, although there were quite a bit of spiders/webs around, the room itself was clean and shower was hot.

Went over Father’s Day weekend so it was naturally busy. Check in is 4pm but we were not able to check in till 530pm. Nothing was offered for the inconvience. I enquired about extending my stay but as the property is actually a timeshare the reception cannot help you with any bookings it’s all online. We stayed in the condo suite, room was nice, comfortable bed, it does get warm even with the air con on, there’s no ceiling fans in the room. would have been nice if there were some waters left in the room but there isn’t. There are no elevators so you have to carry everything up two flights of stairs. We used the private entrance to Legoland which was convienent. It takes you closer to the back of the park. However when entering I was asked for the private entrance pass from the hotel which was never given to me? The staff were nice enough to let it slide. Overall the stay was decent, if you don’t need the private entrance you could prob find somewhere much cheaper, the Legoland parking doesn’t really make a difference as the hotel charges $35 a night to park anyway.

We loved our stay - the kitchen one bedroom was perfect for our family, it even had a washer/dryer! Our kids loved the pool and waterslide and there is even a golf cart which gets you around the very large property to all the buildings. Thanks to Tom the golf cart driver, and all the friendly front desk staff!

It was great with the service and accommodations. Only issues were cleanliness. My sisters stayed in one room and me in another. Their bathroom smelled like pee and had pee stains around the toilet. Our sofa bed looked like they didnt even check it was used. The sheet was all crumbled up and there was hair on it.

When we checked in, we were assigned to a room that was very close to Legoland's roller coaster and had no view, despite the view photos on Expedia. The refrigerator had also not been cleaned and contained opened food. We asked for a new room and were initially denied to move into a building further from the rollercoaster, even though there were plenty of rooms (as measured by half-full parking spaces). Desk staff had to ask the manager twice to put us in a different building. Once settled in a new room, our 3-night stay was very nice, except for the $30/day parking fee (i.e., a junk fee). If you reserve on Expedia, be sure to call the resort to ensure you will receive a desirable room.

No elevators. If you're on the 3rd floor like I was and have a heavy luggage, like I did, it was not an an enjoyable experience lugging it up and down the stairs. Besides that, my corner suite was extremely clean and spacious. Still would recommend.

Our accommodation was great for our family of four. It was very spacious with a kitchen, living room, bedroom with a king size bed, a bath tub separate from the shower area. We were able to do laundry on-site. It was walkable to a separate back entrance to Legoland California. It was very convenient and we avoided the crowd since we started from the back area of the park. It was unfortunate that we were unable to make use of the amenities (i.e. pool) to the fullest due to the colder than usual weather. Overall it was a great stay!

The reason for my review was this place calls itself a luxury where its not really luxury. Not because you have confusing to operate coffee maker, fridge & sink, you can call it luxury. According to this person Katie, the person who supposedly assisting us, which she didn’t, it said that to all rooms - luxury studio room. This Katie person didn’t even tell us the secret passage to Legoland, didn’t give us the armband to the Cove pool. She even put us to the farthest part of the property because she said we book our room to Expedia. I felt very insulted. She implied if I want a nicest part of the property I need it to book straight to their website or be part of credit card reward members BECAUSE their property is a TIMESHARE property. Also, one last thing, the queen size bed, not really queen size, I have queen size bed & that bed was small for queen size. And the decorations for a “luxury” is not really there, I stayed to luxury hotels & that place is not even close.

I’ve always stayed at the Westin next to this and loved it and they were sold out so I decided to give this one a shot since it was about the same price. First off, the property is very dated. There was no restaurant on site and no room service so if you like to eat at your hotel, this is not an option for you. The shower every day was lukewarm at best and the toilet leaked. I was there for five days and never had anybody come by for room service and I would have to get in the car and drive to the front desk just to get fresh towels. For the price point, there are better options and I would stay away

The internet/expedia needs to be re-educated as to the offering of early entry to Legoland-NOT. The rooms that are below 1 bedroom also needs to express that the larger pools/playground are buildings over, as is the parking/walk to private entrance. Had to upgrade to meet my expectations and bill was posted incorrectly to my CCard. Had to reiterate a proper billing. Most available restaurants are at surrounding hotels-even a fresh cup of coffee! Very nice room, but would do more research next time. Also Expedia Customer Service confirmed park early access and THAT needs to change! Good vacation, but disappointing in some aspects. Did find property quite nice but would not stay in anything smaller than a one bedroom. Pool was quite large and nicely landscaped.

This trip was a bit of a letdown. We have stayed at this property each year for the past four years. During our most recent trip on November 25, 2023. We were placed in Villa 80, away from the main hotel and pool community areas. We had to walk back-and-forth to the main lobby to handle check in and check out, and there were no restaurants or eating options on our side of the property. We are also placed by several families with very small children and newborn babies in the home. We called and stated to the staff that we were awoken on Saturday morning at 5 AM and also Sunday morning at 5 AM by children running around crying and the hotel didn’t do anything to assist us. We will look into other adult friendly options moving forward.
