The staff at this property are phenomenal!!! They exhibit professionalism, they are knowledgeable, they are caring and empathetic all while treating you like family. I had an unfortunate situation where I had an accident in the parking lot. They did everything to assist me throughout the process. I thank God I stayed here especially being my 1st time in Capetown. Please give them all a raise!!!

Well that was my first stay there and I was pleasantoy surprised at rhe whole place and the experince overall. Most certainku a consideration for either a business trip or a holiday.

The staff are nice but the room and hallway carpet are very dirty and smiley so much that I couldn’t sleep. The air conditioning is very old and so loud I could not sleep all night.
