The kids really enjoyed their stay in the cabin, they loved the movie nights and the pizza van. They were a bit disappointed that during our stay the jumping cushion had to be closed for some time and also the pool had to be closed for some time, other than that we had a great stay.

As first timer to stay at Mix Accom. between camping and cabins but nice in all ground floor n the beauty of fresh air. We found the double bed is TOO SMALL so we can not sleep well.

The toilet in our cabin is broken lucky its my husband lock in there not my kids. I called but there close so we dont have toilet all night we need to go out far to public toilet and its dark. In the morning no one call us even i leave message 4 times so i called about it they said someone will come but 40 mins later no one come so i call again we need to delay our go out because of the toilet and we cant go shower coz its lock. They doesn't even say sorry for the toilet. There not that friendly stuff. Never come back again and not recommended

I had the budget cabin for 2 nights. Newish style and clean. Nothing much in walking distance except a servo, fish and chips, and a Tewantin National Park. However that suited me fine. Parking for one car at the cabin with sail cover. Would go back again if I am traveling to the area.

The staff was very friendly and we felt very welcome upon arrival. 10/10 for that, but unfortunately areas in the unit weren't that clean. I know we booked the budget accommodation, but still... The curtains in the whole unit are filthy. It's full of dirty spots! There's mould on the bedroom ceiling above the built-in shelving, there's mould on the tiles in the shower, there's mould on the kitchen ceiling above the kitchen table and chairs. Black mould spots on the blinds in the kitchen and bathroom. The grey couch in the unit has dirty brown armrests and brown cushions you sit on. We could not get ourselves to use the couch because of the condition it was in. Come on guys! I think you need to fire your cleaners. Clean this up and you'll get close to full points, but at the moment... sorry. Someone from management needs to inspect these units more often. I wanted to say something when I handed in the keys at reception this morning, but I would have been rude to the lady. Sorry guys, but this is unacceptable.
