Hotel was extremely clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating - Always welcomed me when I entered the hotel. Assisted me with changing notes. There's a small laundry room with a washer and dryer, very convenient for someone backpacking or that needs to clean cloths. Convenient store close by. Easy for Taxi services to reach. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. You can have your towels changed everyday. I had a good view of the beach/seaside from the balcony. Shower had all the utilities needed to wash. Aircon was working extremely well to keep temperature in the room at the appropriate level.

Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was as expected. Nice size desk space. Patio had an ocean view and furniture but we didn’t use it. Downstairs has a welcome bar and espresso machine. Really wish they would make the coffee available in the morning instead of just the afternoon. There is a familymart in the parking lot. Nothing really walkable from this location but Okinawa doesn’t have the public transportation like the rest of Japan.

The laundry washers and dryers charge 100yen coins for use. There is a microwave next to the laundry and dryer machines. There is a water filtration system in the laundry room free for use. Very conveniente and friendly, family mart downstairs was very useful. Staff are kind and nice. Enjoyed our stay here a lot.

連れの方の部屋にゴキブリが出てきたのは驚きました。部屋を変えてくれたのは満足してます。何処から入ってきたのかはわかりませんが少しびっくりしました。そこがマイナスポイントです。アラハビーチ、トロピカルビーチに近いがただし車での移動での話です。徒歩ではかなり歩きます。窓からはオーシャンビュー堪能できます。スタッフの対応も丁寧で良かったです。また利用したいです。

All the accomodations that one would expect of a Japanese high end hotel is available. Quality of service and a most personal and polite staff was always available for additional supplies & resources, information, recommendations, and suggestions. 美ら海水族館へのアクセスを聞いたが、２回目に聞いたホテルマンが説明不足で、バスの停留所の山里で乗り換えると聞いていたが、山里の高速バスに乗り換えと言うことだったようだが、路線バスの山里のバス停からさらにタクシーで高速バス山里の停留所に移動しなきゃだめでした。まさかの移動でたまたまそこに居た優しいタクシーの運転手さんが丁寧に教えて頂き、本数少ないバスに間に合いましたが、ホテルマンが言ってた山里でリムジンバスに乗り換えるだけだと、土地勘のない者には全く分からなかったのでもっと詳しい説明をして頂きたかった。熱中症になりそうでしたし、トイレもなく水を飲むのが怖かったです。

観光地ではないので、夕食時の飲食店は少ないです。バスはそれなりにありますが、終了も早いので、レンタカー等あった方が、移動には何かと便利です。しかし、ホテルの横にコンビニがあったのは非常に便利でした。部屋のコンディションは大変快適・清潔で、バルコニーがついていたことも良かったです。

I've been very satisfied with my stay in this Hotel for 19 nights,rooms are comfortable and large,air conditioning sistem is really good,and the Hotel is near a Family Mart supermarket that is open 24 Hours. There are also whashing and drying machines,and that is very useful if you're gonna stay for many days. The breakfast room is large and clean,with a good choice of food for breakfast. Thanks to all the hotel staff for their kindness.
