Fairways is very convenient to Rosebud Golf and Rosebud township with golf and dining options convenient as are water sports. The rooms are large, well maintained, quiet and private and stocked with all the extras you need: ironing board and iron, hairdryer, toiletries with parking at the door and the golf club restaurant (dinner Wed to Sun only) two minutes away. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Great little spot. Stayed whilst daughters were competing at an equestrian event, perfect location. Only thing stopping this being a 5 star review was the Wifi was a bit flakey and wouldn't connect numerous times. Other than that, great stay and highly recommended.

I enjoyed watching people getting bright and early to go to the golf course. Lots of green. The only thing, people parked in our parking spot, to go to golf. When my husband said that 28 was our parking the young man replied that there's plenty of parking...So he parked in fairways to walk to the golf course.. And when the people who were staying at fairways returned and parked their cars, we didnt have a parking spot near our room to park

Great room with a comfortable bed. Very clean, housekeeping good until our last night when they didn't put any cups out - had to drink coffee from a soup bowl! No way of contacting reception after about 6pm. Supposed to be a QR Code in room with customer information - but we didn't see it. Country Club restaurant also good - pity it was only open 3 nights during our stay!

The Fairways Resort was easy to find. Check in was easy and smooth. Rooms were very clean other than stains on the curtains in the room. Had housekeeping come around 12:00pm to do a tidy and clean which was lovely as my partner and I didn’t feel rushed to get up and stressed about when they would come around. Then it was extremely quiet and no noise which was lovely. Everything was in working condition for example the heater worked a treat and was fantastic, bathrooms were great and tv was great and a nice addition having a smart tv in the room. Check out was again a breeze and the gorgeous reception lady was extremely welcoming and greeted us with a smile and checked in that we enjoyed our stay. Safe to say I’d come back if I do go away again for a short time.

Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. The shower was problematic - often didn’t come on and then randomly would work once the tap was turned on fully. The shower head then mysteriously fell from its holder smashing into the tiles below it at 2am waking everyone in the family. The toilet had a slow leak and the bathroom basin would random spurt water with the tap fully on. Although the wifi worked in the afternoon - it couldn’t be accessed after 8.30 despite over 20 attempts over a 2 hour period. Overall the room was dusty and dirty and felt more like a cheap 3 star motel than what is advertised! Unfortunately overpriced for what you get.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmergröße war super. Leider hatten wir trotz verschlossener Türen und Fenster in der ersten Nacht mit vielen Fliegen und Käfern zu kämpfen. Die Ablage in der Küche sowie die Kabel der elektrischen Geräte (Toaster, Wasserkocher) klebten sehr.

My family had a pleasant night stay. The room was spacious for 3 and very clean. Just 1 thing we were worry the whole time was the spiders. We found big one in the wardrobe so we sprayed around the room hoping it was not crawling into our clothes. But I guess spiders would be found often in the regionals.

The room was tidy and well laid out. The shower temperature was very erratic, potentially dangerously so, without touching the taps it would randomly and frequently move from scalding hot to freezing cold. The bed was also hard. As a further note: do not go to the Golf Course for a snack, the service is bad and coffee worse.

What a contrast to the previous property I stayed at. I love fairways, everything spot on no complaints. There is an actual person in reception, friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. Bathroom clean and offered all you need to be comfortable. The bed is large and comfortable

The bathroom had no shelf area. Shower pressure was one of the worst I’ve experienced. Also had full hot on and was barely warm enough. Beds were comfortable. Timer for energy saving on the power board was annoying went off during the night and didn’t fully charge my devices. Also didn’t tell us on booking that there was a wedding booked and we were unable to use the onsite restaurant and then had to endure the noise from the returning guests till very late. I’d be hesitant to stay here again.
