Lovely resort with two pools and lots of great entertainment with wood fire pizzas and keg van and live music, made for a great stay, the villa is in need of renovations as shower leaked and condition of bathroom was very poor

Beautiful Caravan Park right on the beach. Amazing well maintained pool and spas that are heated. Friendly welcoming staff. Well kept grounds and clean and comfortable cabin/villa. We went with our 3 kids and had a great time. Clean units and comfortable beds.

Had a week's stay in a 2 bed Garden cabin. Cabin was clean with aircon on when I arrived on a warm day. Heated pool & spa's was a big winner. Beachfront resort close to shops & cafe's.

We really liked the location — it was beautiful and peaceful. However, we were disappointed to find that not all cabins in the same category offer the same amenities. From the photos, it appeared that every cabin had a BBQ, but ours did not. When we asked the reception staff, they told us that ocean view cabins don’t come with a BBQ. This was confusing, especially since the neighboring cabins (which looked identical) had BBQs. Unfortunately, the staff said they couldn’t provide one for us. It would be much clearer and fairer if all cabins within the same category included consistent amenities, or at the very least, if this difference was clearly mentioned before booking.

Thought we were getting beachfront. Advert a bit misleading. Person at check-in had left early. Text they sent with instructions omitted the part about access to keys. Nice other staff helped us. Parking very limited. Good location. Nice beach.

Amazing facilities for children, the pool is great having different areas and temperatures for different needs. The beach is right there! And the kiosk that opens is great! Friendly staff to!

No wifi in cabin. Mouse in cabin. There is a view of beach from front door but main outside area looks at a very high bank. Kiosk was only open on last night. Supposed to be two beds but had one bed and bunks. Not the best for people over 70. Bathroom so small it was very difficult to dry oneself. Toaster didn’t work and no hair dryer as mentioned in details.

I chose to stay at the blue lagoon because of the in room spa, first room offerd it was broken and the water did not drain out, was moved to a new room that worked but had mould. The next night we had to move to a new room due to bookings and again the spar in the new room was broken and had pluming issues. This park needs work.

Cabin was very clean and comfortable. New bathroom was a nice element although some towel racks would be a welcome addition. Nice kitchen,a large TV and spacious. Nice little deck plus private BBQ. The park is always well maintained and there are signs of improvement works further enhancing the park. One to return again.

Unfortunately for us we were given a 2 bedroom garden view cabin that was extremely run down and in need of a bulldozer. The first impression of the cabin was in poor condition and upon entering the cabin i was hit with a strong murky, mouldy odour which my family were unable to tolerate. The main room venetians were filthy, broken and gave little privacy. The dinted dishwasher was taped up with duck tape. The kids bunk room had an awful musky smell and was no bigger than the size of two toilet cubicles. The main room had the strongest mouldy smell, a filthy ancient looking ceiling fan with a dim light and the sliding door latch was seized and corroded. Throughout the cabin the door frames had rotting timber meeting the skirts and the floorinf was loose, noisy and old. These cabins are well past their use by date, have well and truely deteriorated and need to be fully replaced or removed. No 'standard' or' 'base' level cabin should be this unhygienic nor reflect the price they are charged out at. If upgrades and maintenance of these cabins are on the agenda (as staff mentioned) then i would suggest they close the cabin until they do so. The staff were able to refund the charges after i declined the option to outlay additional cost to 'upgrade' to a newer built cabin. Pretty disappointing customers are expected to pay to holiday like this. Yuk.

It was away from road and it was lovely and quiet We had a few thing that need fixing needed a light bulb replaced and toilet seat but they were fix very quickly. It was clean but need to be better the fans , I wouldn’t switch them on as they where filthy . And I didn’t want all the stuff flying around. The skirting boards in the toilet were filthy and had hair in them. The shower also had a loose grate and felt very unsteady when showering .

Great holiday park for families with plenty of facilities. Communication was excellent especially as we were arriving outside of reception hours. However the cabin itself was extremely dated and in need of renovations. The shower door was broken, the shower head was drippy, water was leaking from the second bathroom's sink and the outdoor balcony door was jammy. The Wi-Fi was poor and we could only get a small bar of reception in the living area.

No aircon in bedroom, main bedroom has a fan but only one window can open. Kid’s bedroom no fan & no aircon it was very hot to put kids in to bedroom to sleep in afternoon. Not happy in that aspect. We are Happy with kitchen, area, beach & facilities. Kids love the outdoor pool and water activities.

Stunning location! We stayed in beach cabin 1 and it was only footsteps from the beach, with a beautiful view from the kitchen and small deck straight out to the ocean. The cabin was small but had everything we needed for our stay including kitchen facilities, air conditioning, deck with outdoor chairs, two toilets. Staff were very friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was easy.

The cabin we stayed in was in poor repair. When I brought the massive hole in the bedroom wall to the attention of the receptionist, she said she was very sorry about it, however no reports by the cleaners had been made. Someone’s not doing their job! Major damage like this in a bedroom wall made me feel unsafe as surely someone should have known about it? It definitely needs some work as the kitchen bench had holes in the laminate and the trim around the microwave shelf was all busted off. Blinds were broken in the lounge room and I was unable to close them for privacy.

Overall the stay was good, but looks like the ocean view cabins have been renovated and the garden view ones could definitely do with a remodel. They are quite rundown and outdated and for the price of $450/night it was disappointing.

The stay was not as pleasent as it was 6 years ago. The cabin wasnt very clean, the furniture was very old and the area was not safe. Glasses got stolen out of my car and the Resort office didnt really Care. Other cabins got robbed too that same night.

Thought we were getting beachfront. Advert a bit misleading. Person at check-in had left early. Text they sent with instructions omitted the part about access to keys. Nice other staff helped us. Parking very limited. Good location. Nice beach.

Lovely location and beautiful caravan park. We were only there for one night but we have lots of experience with caravan parks and this looked like one of the better ones. Our heater wasn't working in our two bedroom cabin so we got an upgrade to a larger 3 bedroom cabin for no additional cost. Service was excellent, staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely return.

Stunning location! We stayed in beach cabin 1 and it was only footsteps from the beach, with a beautiful view from the kitchen and small deck straight out to the ocean. The cabin was small but had everything we needed for our stay including kitchen facilities, air conditioning, deck with outdoor chairs, two toilets. Staff were very friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was easy.

Great place to stay. Our cabin was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Very close to the beach. Great kiosk and dining area if you don't feel like cooking or going anywhere. No wifi in cabin. Mouse in cabin. There is a view of beach from front door but main outside area looks at a very high bank. Kiosk was only open on last night. Supposed to be two beds but had one bed and bunks. Not the best for people over 70. Bathroom so small it was very difficult to dry oneself. Toaster didn’t work and no hair dryer as mentioned in details.

This place has spectacular views, are well appointed cabins. There is the best fish and chips that deliver call the Salty Cod! It could do with a second tv in the bedroom for convenience. Only downside was they were doing repairs, having a nail gun and sanding floors starting before 8am can ruin a holiday for sure, especially when its your only chance to sleep in!!
