口コミで部屋が狭いとはあったが、実際本当にハンパない狭さだった。大浴場も小さく、他のアパホテルと比べると古さと狭さが際立っていた。駐車場もハイルーフは満車で停められず、他に案内された駐車場も満車で駐車する場所を探すのに大変時間がかかってしまった。
