仕事のため前泊で利用しました。ホテルの立地は大船駅前にありアクセスがとても良いです。フロントに人はおらず、据え付けの無人端末を使って自分でチェックイン行いましたが、特に問題なく操作できました。室内は綺麗に整えられていて、ユニットバスも使いやすかったです。歯ブラシ等は室内に設置されていますが、髭剃りや櫛など必要な場合は1階のフロント横のアメニティコーナーから自由に取っていく形式でした。特に入浴剤は複数用意されており、いつもならシャワーで済ませてしまうところを、湯船に浸かってから休ませていただきました。チェックアウトは部屋のテレビでも処理できるので、事前に処理を済ませておくことができます。1階に降りたときに無人端末機の前で並ぶ必要はなく、ルームキーをボックスに投函するだけでホテルを出ることができました。あとは1階にコーヒーのサーバーがあり無料で飲むことができます。また、飲み物の自販機がありますが品揃えは多くないです。ただ近くにコンビニもあるので他に欲しいものがあればそちらで購入できるので気にはならなかったです。また機会があれば利用させていただきます。
