This was our second stay at San Felice. We love it. Great location a few mins walk from main square in Capri, so easy to get to and easy to access all the shops etc. And yet it’s quiet and feels wonderfully secluded. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and attentive. You feel special when you are here. The pool is great, the lemon tree garden refreshing and the breakfast provided is spot on. We only wished it was a bit warmer and drier when we stayed so that we could eat breakfast outside on the terrace under the lemon trees. Hope we can get back here again one day. We won’t bother looking for another hotel.

In a good location with a nice pool. Room was fairly basic but was no equipped with a powerful enough AC for the room size. We asked for support when it was showing 27C in our room but were told it was the best it could do. It was an old radiator type under the window with what looked like a modern AC unit piped in from outside blowing into a cabinet. There was tape inside that looked like was used to hold something to direct the airflow, but it was no longer there. We were provided a small, rusty, fan which did not make much of a difference. We called later on for another fan and someone came to check on us but then never returned with one. I used the hotel pamphlets to try and direct some air. Slept on top of the sheets for the night.

We loved staying at Villa San Felice. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a large patio with a table and chairs, overlooking the pool area. The air conditioning kept the room very comfortable (it was very hot when we were there). The buffet breakfast had an excellent assortment of food. Giampiero was very helpful. He recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. He made reservations for us and helped us with transportation around the area. This was by far our best experience in Italy and I can't say enough about this amazing hotel and the service.

The hotel was great and in a fantastic location. We spent a lot of time at the pool and had great service by Antonio and his staff. They made great drinks and were very helpful and attentive. The only negative thing I had happen was that the room that we were in did not get very cold with the AC. The rest of my families rooms were great but ours never really got very cold and it was hard to sleep.

Superb and classy old school hotel that has wonderfully maintained its arched plaster and marble floors - with modern amenities and upgraded bathrooms. Get one with a patio and you’ll not want to leave. Friendly staff!

The location is perfect. The pool is wonderful. The rooms are spacious with great patios. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin. We were awoken to a couple yelling at each other at 2:30 in the morning. It went on for at least an hour, and it was impossible to sleep. My husband alerted the front desk but they did not seem to care. No one ever apologized or followed up. Luckily the unhappy couple left the next day, and with earplugs we could sleep through the night.

One advice to people looking for a hotel in Capri, do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel. They have extremely old looking rooms. Our washroom sink kept clogging which was gross. There was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion nothing. One of the nights the evening receptionist asked us for our key before we left for dinner how bizarre. My husband asked why he needed the key and the receptionist had no answer. Did i mention we paid $950 CAD for 2 nights. Just beyond terrible. We were here for our honeymoon, never returning again.

This is absolutely not a 4-star property. If you expect that don’t book it, the location is the only good thing. The hotel is dirty and the building old and not taken care of. The receptionists daytime is ok professional but the night staff in the reception (an older man) SO RUDE. Never again definitely not worth your time or money.

Rooms did not have basic stuffs like iron, lotion, conditioners etc. Breakfast was very simple. One aspect of the stay we hated was that rooms door locks were physical keys which you need hand in at front desk every time you go out. Seriously? It’s 2024 and you still using physical keys for the door. The only positive thing I can say about is the location IF, you wanna stay near Piazzetta ( Capri center). I would not recommend this Hotel

Excelente localização. Café da manhã bom, mas poderia ser melhor. Os ovos mexidos são servidos em um recipiente sem aquecimento, por isso não ficam bons para serem degustados frios. O suco parecia ser industrializado. Poderia ter mais variedade de frutas, em especial vermelhas, que vemos muito pelas frutarias da cidade. O café da máquina não gostei do sabor. O quarto econômico é bem pequeno, mas de acordo com o aviso do site. O carregamento de cada mala é de 20 euros, por cada trecho, no checkin e no checkout, mas foi avisado antecipadamente quando indagado ao hotel. A localização é excelente.

There was tape inside that looked like was used to hold something to direct the airflow, but it was no longer there. We were provided a small, rusty, fan which did not make much of a difference. We called later on for another fan and someone came to check on us but then never returned with one. I used the hotel pamphlets to try and direct some air. Slept on top of the sheets for the night.

Absolutely beautiful property and rooms! The front staff were very kind and helpful when the ferries were all cancelled day of check out. They helped us book on the only ferry leaving the next day and assisted us with a contact to get the tickets from at the docks.

This is absolutely not a 4-star property. If you expect that don’t book it, the location is the only good thing. The hotel is dirty and the building old and not taken care of. The receptionists daytime is ok professional but the night staff in the reception (an older man) SO RUDE. Never again definitely not worth your time or money.

The location is perfect. The pool is wonderful. The rooms are spacious with great patios. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin. We were awoken to a couple yelling at each other at 2:30 in the morning. It went on for at least an hour, and it was impossible to sleep. My husband alerted the front desk but they did not seem to care. No one ever apologized or followed up. Luckily the unhappy couple left the next day, and with earplugs we could sleep through the night.

This was our second stay at San Felice. We love it. Great location a few mins walk from main square in Capri, so easy to get to and easy to access all the shops etc. And yet it’s quiet and feels wonderfully secluded. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and attentive. You feel special when you are here. The pool is great, the lemon tree garden refreshing and the breakfast provided is spot on. We only wished it was a bit warmer and drier when we stayed so that we could eat breakfast outside on the terrace under the lemon trees. Hope we can get back here again one day. We won’t bother looking for another hotel.

Trovo eccessivo il costo richiesto per trasportare il bagaglio dal porto in hotel, tra l'altro non viene precisato. Ottima la colazione. Struttura molto accogliente ed immersa nel verde. We loved staying at Villa San Felice. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a large patio with a table and chairs, overlooking the pool area. The air conditioning kept the room very comfortable (it was very hot when we were there). The buffet breakfast had an excellent assortment of food. Giampiero was very helpful. He recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. He made reservations for us and helped us with transportation around the area. This was by far our best experience in Italy and I can't say enough about this amazing hotel and the service.

Rooms did not have basic stuffs like iron, lotion, conditioners etc. Breakfast was very simple. One aspect of the stay we hated was that rooms door locks were physical keys which you need hand in at front desk every time you go out. Seriously? It’s 2024 and you still using physical keys for the door. The only positive thing I can say about is the location IF, you wanna stay near Piazzetta ( Capri center). I would not recommend this Hotel
