Lots of space for the family. Board games in the living area for the kids. 2 bathrooms which really helps when getting ready. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Amazing view, comfy room.

There was no staff to find to get breakfast. We booked a queen suite with a jacuzzi and balcony but when we arrived we were given a ground level so had to upgrade (cost was $239 more) We have stayed there 4 times in the past with excellent service, but this time it was a huge waste of money! Even left a message for them to call back before booking but no one called back. We will definitely think about staying somewhere else when staying in the beautiful town of Callander!!! I will keep trying to get a hold of someone from the place to try to resolve the upgrade charge, because the room I booked we have stayed in before.

We wanted a place for a quiet, relaxing weekend to celebrate our 30th anniversary and the Terrace Suites is exactly what we were looking for. We booked a suite with a jacuzzi and fireplace. The unit is spacious and well-appointed. It was wonderful the soak in the tub, watch the fire and binge Britbox lol. Views from the unit is great, with Lake Nippising in the front and the golf course in the back. We saw no less than 8 deer foraging on the golf course at dusk, which made it even more memorable. Staff at the hotel is attentive and helpful. The nearby town of Callander also has a great restaurant serving the best Caesar salad I've ever had. Definitely would be back the next time we need a quiet getaway.
