Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sherwood Park Edmonton

Enjoyed our stay.,, from beginning til we left the following day. Receptionist was informative and polite, room was clean and spacey, bed was comfortable, the gym was all we needed for our morning workout routine and the breakfast was delicious.

Lots of parking

The room was quiet. Staff was helpful with our request. Breakfast was hearty. There was no swimming pool though. It does not affect us as we stayed only one night for a swimmeet.

Great breakfast. Nice staff. Really convenient for families with kids—they have a pullout sofa bed of queen size. Quiet area with a park within walking distance. Ample parking. Cannot complain.

Bad parking lot. No pool. Little breakfast

We liked it, but we had to check out after the first night because it did not have a pool. The room was clean and had everything except the washroom/ bathroom was facing the beds so there was the risk of waking up light sleepers especially small children every time you go to use the wash room in the night which affected our sleep. I am not sure if other rooms are like that. The staff was great.

Room was great and above what I expected. Adequate parking for pickup trucks. Small kitchenette would be adequate for a longer stay. Provided breakfast was substandard. Very little choice especially if diabetic, gluten free etc. Both mornings the potatos (hashbrown patties and then diced hashbrowns) were cold in the warming tray. Pork sausages both mornings. First morning was a rubbery egg and spinach quiche that had been in the warming tray too long. Second morning was watery "scrambled eggs" that had also been in the warming tray too long. Also - if you're searching for the salt and pepper its not with the other condiments - look where the coffee cups and lids are..... Overall 7/10

The only thing that could have been better is, the snow in the parking lot could have been clearer sooner.

This property sets the bar high for other hotels in the area. The beds are fantastic, floors are spotless (no carpet a HUGE plus!), breakfast is included, gas station and Timmies next door. No pool but hey...no kids running up and down halls in the morning either! ;)

There were some crumbs in between the sofa bed.. other than that it was an ok stay

Room was neglected , shower smelt moldy and of mildew . Charged for a king but the bed was a Queen , scratches and dings all over the walls .

Floors appear clean but were not, all other areas were well done. Breakfast was adequate but just no options for electric vehicle charging

Great place to stay! Very clean and I felt comfortable there, the staff were super nice too. We will be staying here again when we come into the city.

We enjoyed our stay, however, when we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress cover was very stained and gross. Front desk was quick to provide new bedding but it still had us grossed out. It was pretty bad and made you wonder how well everything else was cleaned.

The Fridge wasn’t cleaned from the previous visitor. I arrived atiuns four and was greeted by your friendly hostess who helped aet me up for a home for the long weekend. I got a check in the room 210 and headed up and walked in and was pleasantly surprised at the laminate flooring in the open space and the overall appearance of the room. After dropping my stuff in and settling in for a few minutes, I raced out to go meet up with my dad for dinner. I came home late and went to bed and enjoyed a good sleep on the bed the next morning I went to put some groceries in the fridge and to my surprise and mixture of delight and curiosity there was a bottle of Baileys waiting for me in the fridge.In my excitement of discovery, a bottle of Baileys for my coffee in the morning, it also spoke to me that the room was not thoroughly cleaned by your cleaning crew. As I was only in town for a short time and was barely in the room, I just let it go because time is short with the time I had with my father while I was in town for the long weekend. After I discovered the bottle I did a thorough inspection of the room to ensure there wasn’t any more surprises. Baseboard outside the bathroom are not even glued on the wall, which is an indication that attention to detail by both cleaning and maintenance staff is overlooking a simple fix. The continental breakfast? I don’t know what that was but that’s not really breakfast. Besides the limited fruit options, the presentation left a lot to be desired.

One of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed at. Staff was friendly and the rooms are huge. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a room next to the elevator and it made a lot of noise when it went up and down

Love the size of the rooms. 2 queen beds and a pull out couch that was actually fairly comfortable! Having a kitchenette in the room was very handy. Full sized fridge was definitely used. Will absolutely stay again.

Great stay but internet not working.

Rooms were very clean and the suite was perfect; very spacious and practical.

I love this hotel, the full kitchen and big rooms are awesome. Only thing is the A/C wasn’t working at all in the first room we were given, the staff was awesome and moved us to another, but the A/C was only slightly better in that room. A/C units need upgrading.

Fantastic hotel, nice rooms. Quiet area. However the pillows are awful! Easily the worst pillows I have ever used in a hotel. They provided us with new pillows which i do appreciate but they were no better. I would recommend this hotel but also bring your own pillows.

Very quiet and comfortable. Ample space in the room. Full size fridge, microwave, cook top.

It was awesome. Room is big, clean and has all amenities - stove, big fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. It looks like a good appartment. They have also all for the cooking - spoons, forks, dishes, frypan etc. Breakfast awesome - hot, good, fresh, different all days.

Everything was great except AC was not working on the room properly. Thought they fixed it but shut down during the night. Breakfast was good.

Front desk staff are all excellent

I am very disappointed with the treatment my family and I received during our stay. A lady named Lyly, who claimed to be the manager, spoke to us in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Her attitude was completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. I expected better service from a hotel of this standard. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that future guests are treated with respect and courtesy.

Good rooms. Included breakfast is poor. Management is terrible.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast’s were great. Breakfast staff were on top of everything. Check in and check out very easy.

The young lady at the front desk was an absolute gem! Great beds and really appreciated the giant bottles of shampoo and conditioner. 10/10 would recommend and will be back.

Good property. Poorly managed

I’ve been at this hotel almost 10 times and was happy each time. Breakfast not fantastic but ok since it’s included in the price. Room always clean. I am giving a 1 star because of customer services experience. I live almost 4 hrs round trip from city. Hotel was booked because of surgery in the city. Once arrived in Edmonton my surgery got canceled due to operative breakdown at the facility. The hospital phoned the hotel to confirm they had to cancel my surgery last minutes and could not operate on that day. The manager refused to refund my stay. Expedia was ok to refund but hotel manager refused. I did not stay at the hotel that night. Had to go back home and work the next day. Hotel was not fully book but they choose to not accommodate the unfortunate circonstances. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this hotel. So for $140 they lost me a valuable client.

Good price for a suite. Safe area near police station. Tim Hortons next door.

I appreciated the additional landscaping and exterior amenities, including a park walking path right across the street, to make it feel more than just another parking lot hotel.

Convient location for Sherwood Park. Easy access off the highway and centrally located. Enjoyed our stay.

The location was under construction and very loud, they promised to put us in a quiet room as we had an infant, and they put us beside a barking dog. When we got there, somebody else’s belongings were in our room and we had to remove them. The room was not clean the counters and karma card was filled out. It was an absolute awful experience and a complete waste of our money to drive from Calgary to Edmonton and try to have a nice family evening away.

This is the second time staying at the hotel. We came to the city to go to a concert at Commonwealth Stadium. Front desk was excellent, quiet and clean. Finding a spot to eat around the hotel at midnight when the concert ended was easy (A&W, McDonald’s, Denny’s) Very easy to get around town from that location.

Easy access to the events I had to attend in Sherwood Park and Edmonton. Great access to the ring road without being too close.

Good overall some construction

Five minute drive from everywhere, unless you want to go into the city itself, and even then it's easy to get to because you're right next to Anthony Henday and Yellowhead, which are slightly longer than five minutes away.

Hotel is in a great area that is close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were helpful and polite. We enjoyed the room, as it was comfortable and spacious. Would stay again if in the area.

All went well . My only complaint would be breakfast included is lacking

The gluten free options were amazing. We will be back!

Probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. 4 waffle makers, a pancake maker. A machine where it would make you an espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, basically any fancy coffee you want. Rooms were big. I paid around 150, but this place would compare to. 250 room

The breakfast was terrible. We choose and book hotels to afford our field employees an easy breakfast option included with the room rate to save them hassle on the road. This was easily the worst offering our company has ever encountered. Typically we see an egg option, a potato or hash brown option, a meat option, etc. The egg option is was a hard boiled egg which varied from raw to overdone and the only other option was a soggy inedible breakfast burrito. The bread (brown and white option) for toasting was individually wrapped in so much plastic wrap that it took 5 minutes just to remove it. I sincerely hope this was just an off day for this particular property but I don’t think I can justify booking our crew rooms at this chain again.

I found this hotel absolutely exceptional. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. I will definitely be staying here again!

Accommodations were great. Breakfast was good too just need to do something to keep eggs, bacon, etc. hotter!
