Everything was top! Loved the balcony in the apartment room and we had a really nice and relaxing stay.

We had room 9. Room was clean and fresh. Bathroom was clean, only thing I would change/look into is the shower head. There definitely was blockage, perhaps a bigger shower head instead of the small one. Amenities for making tea/coffee available but we only had 2 coffee satchel & no milk, not a major issue but even a small 250ml UHT milk carton would have been great. Would definitely stay again. Good base for one night, slightly out of town but easy enough to drive to the town centre for food etc. Slightly odd ‘contactless check in’ didn’t see a member of staff the whole time, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Room was large, and all in good working order.

It was a great 3 nights stay at A1 motel and thank you for upgrading us to a family suite. Very spacious suite, quiet, clean and easy check in. Bed linen is very clean and comfortable. Location is great as well just a couple of mins drive to Bank Street, with lots of dinning option over there. Highly recommended.
