Super bra beliggenhet, garasje under bygningen med mulighet for parkering ( mot ekstra gebyr), mulighet for å ha dyr ( mot betaling men kjempe bra). Hyggelig betjening, mulighet til å spise frokost på hotellet. Hvis noen vil henge i hotellbaren da er det ikke riktig sted, men rett ved side av hotellet finnes mange muligheter.

Otroligt centralt, nära till sevärdigheter, restauranger, festställen. Frukosten var helt ok, man blev mätt. Nästan all personal var trevliga. Hjälpsamma vid förvaring av bagage båda innan incheckning som efter utcheckning.

Very good solution for visiting Danzica in a cosy please very close to the city centre. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is various and very good. The prices of the roomS are all good compared to the quality and position. They don’t allow baggage storage for free and it it’s quite a pity. Stuff helpful, and nice.

Perfekt läge 40 sekunders promenad från gamla stan. Stort rum, rent, kylskåp, ac (som behövdes) trevlig personal. Även fast vi inte kunde ha kvar rummet till kvällen så fick vi lämna väskorna i receptionen som var öppen dygnet runt.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and a really good location with a bunch of restaurants just outside the door. The hotel arranged airport transfer upon request which was really helpful. The beds are a bit hard. It's a bar street just below so it's a bit noisy. But the windows close out almost all the sound when you close them, so we didn't have any problem sleeping.

Trevligt hotell, väldigt centralt. Prisvärt och helt ok. Fem dagars boende, ingen städning eller byte av handdukar, om man inte sa till efter tre dagar mot en kostnad. Men överlag ett godkänt hotell med trevlig personal. Låt inte hotellet boka taxi från hotellet till flygplatsen, blev mycket dyrare än taxin från flygplatsen.

We were five people in three rooms on the fourth floor, and we all had a very pleasant stay. Very good location with everything just a few steps or minutes away. Clean rooms, ok bed, surprisingly good water pressure in shower, and free shampoo. Mini fridge and coffee maker in room as well. Extremely polite and friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffé with hot and cold options. Extremely good value for money all in all. Would definitely consider this establishment again.

Fantastisk och supertrevlig service, personalen har varit underbart hjälpsamma. Rummet vette mot patio och det var tyst på nätterna. Hela hotellet är mycket ren. Rummet hade allt man kunde önska sig och det hållbara tänket gjorde att det kändes bekvämt men inte onödigt överdådigt. Läget är underbart centralt med flera bra restauranger och snabbköp nära, 10-50 m från hotellet. Bekväm säng, ljuvlig dusch. Ett hotell jag med glädje kommer tillbaka till.

I recently stayed her for four nights. This hotel I only used as a base so just to sleep, so I cannot comment on any other facilities that are on offer. Kobza Haus is very centrally located on a pedestrian only street in the old town. Surrounded by restaurants & only a few minutes walk to some of the main attractions. I was a lone traveler so opted just for a single room at Kobza Haus, which was at the rear of the property on the 3rd floor. The room was basic but functional, if a little dated but clean and very comfortable. This room overlooked an enclosed courtyard which was sometimes loud with people in there, even just people talking the sound was magnified, sometimes late at night. Reception staff were always polite, courteous & helpful and the language barrier was not as issue as they all spoke perfect English. All in all an enjoyable stay was had.

This is a family-owned hotel that did well in terms of customer service and special little touches, and a VIP property that followed-through on their obligations. My room on the top level was spacious and had everything I needed, including a fridge, safe, and good lighting. However, it was not mentioned in the room description that the 'standard' rooms are more like 'attic' rooms--no windows facing onto the street. One of my windows opened onto a statue, the other was a small rounded window high on the wall. This made the room dark and dreary a bit. The walls are paper thin and you could hear everything in the rooms next door. Great location--one block from the entrance to the old town, a five minute walk to the tram and bus stops (that will take you direct to central station, Westerplatte, etc), lots of amenities within 100m. I requested a street-facing room rather than a courtyard view, as I love to hear the hustle and bustle below. (And 'see' it, thinking I would have a window looking into the street, not the sky.) Unfortunately, the outside noise from the street below was exceptionally loud, and went late into the night. I don't think the floor had been washed for awhile, as when I spilt a bit of water and went to wipe it up, the paper I used came back extremely dirty. This property was more expensive than others of similar category I had stayed at. Summary: great staff and location, would stay again but would also search a bit more. 4/5.

The hotel was easy to find in a great location. The room was big and comfortable, a bit old fashioned, but in perfect condition. The street outside is full of bars and restaurants and it’s a 2 minute walk to the main old city. The only drawback is that it is a very busy street & can be noisy late into the night & again early in the morning

Excellently located for the town centre, historic areas, shops and dining, being a stones throw from each. The room was spacious with all we need and the staff are friendly and helpful But. Being a 1st floor room, in this location you have to realise, you hear all the noise late into the night from the neighbouring clubs, bars, crowds and resturants. also the internal dining room is opposite, so remember ear plugs if you are not a heavy sleeper.

Location is perfect in the beautiful old town. Very friendly staff. Room and bathroom both well equipped. Recently renovated. Room had a fridge, a boiler, tea, coffee etc. The shower is the best I have tried in ages, with a lot of pressure. The only little detail is that the lighting was rather dim, but that may be my aging eyes.. not a big deal. I totally recommend this place. Also, the price was really convenient!

Great location--one block from the entrance to the old town, a five minute walk to the tram and bus stops (that will take you direct to central station, Westerplatte, etc), lots of amenities within 100m. I requested a street-facing room rather than a courtyard view, as I love to hear the hustle and bustle below. (And 'see' it, thinking I would have a window looking into the street, not the sky.) Unfortunately, the outside noise from the street below was exceptionally loud, and went late into the night. I don't think the floor had been washed for awhile, as when I spilt a bit of water and went to wipe it up, the paper I used came back extremely dirty. This property was more expensive than others of similar category I had stayed at. Summary: great staff and location, would stay again but would also search a bit more. 4/5.

Property lovely, staff amazing with one notable exception. One older lady on nightshift. Locked the door early and wouldn't let me in. I had armfuls of groceries and my husband had the room card. She shouted at me through the door, I couldn't hear her and when she finally let me in, continued to verbally 'have a go' at me. I am disabled, and needed to get my items to my room where I could put them down. Everyone else was amazing, so helpful. This lady when asked a question, told us to 'google' it. Such a shame. If you are staying here, remember to use your room card to get in after 8pm if this lady is working.

We were five people in three rooms on the fourth floor, and we all had a very pleasant stay. Very good location with everything just a few steps or minutes away. Clean rooms, ok bed, surprisingly good water pressure in shower, and free shampoo. Mini fridge and coffee maker in room as well. Extremely polite and friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffé with hot and cold options. Extremely good value for money all in all. Would definitely consider this establishment again.

Excellently located for the town centre, historic areas, shops and dining, being a stones throw from each. The room was spacious with all we need and the staff are friendly and helpful But. Being a 1st floor room, in this location you have to realise, you hear all the noise late into the night from the neighbouring clubs, bars, crowds and resturants. also the internal dining room is opposite, so remember ear plugs if you are not a heavy sleeper.

Hotel is on a street full of bars and strip clubs. Noise level is dreadful thtoughout the night right up til morning. Not good for sleeping. Probably worst hotel I have stayed in for noisr. NOT THE HOTELS FAULT. Hotel was good. Comfy bed. Decent breakfast. Pleasant staff. Located near old town is perfect. Just shame the street its on.

Right by the Main Street. Perfect for the centre of Gdansk. 40 PZL each way in an Uber from the airport. Dropped within 30 meters of the hotel ( pedestrianised area ). The staff were all helpful and friendly ( spoke English ). There is inevitably noise from the street at night. Never bothers me, but something to be aware of. Highly recommended.

Very good solution for visiting Danzica in a cosy please very close to the city centre. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is various and very good. The prices of the roomS are all good compared to the quality and position. They don’t allow baggage storage for free and it it’s quite a pity. Stuff helpful, and nice.

Hotel itself was nice but area is EXTREMELY loud during the nights. Regular ear plugs couldn't block the noise. Changing room was not an option as reception told us all coming rooms faces to street.
