Bel endroit d’époque, agréable, situé près des activités. Belle vue sur le fleuve. J’ai aimé la piscine le sauna et les spas. Bon restaurant et personnel accueillant. J’y ai passé un très bon moment.

Très bien, tranquille et pas bruyant. Bon restaurant, le déjeuner continental inclus est limitée, aucune protéine. La chambre n'avais pas de douche seulement un grand bain. Piscine chauffée à 30C Le personnel est très serviable et aimable.

Nous avons bien aimé le séjour en majorité. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant, l’accès à la piscine et au spa apprécié malgré leur heure de fermeture qui était un peu tôt, 23h aurait été une heure parfaite pour la piscine à la chaleur qu’il faisait. Le bémol de notre séjour fut la propreté… il y avait beaucoup de toile d’araignée dans les fenêtre de la chambre et le bain n’était pas très propre, considérant que nous avons trouver du poil dedans … Finalement, c’était cher payé pour ce que l’on avait mais ce fut quand même agréable. La nourriture du Graal était excellente!

Very nice place, nice people, pool and spa are quite nice but could be cleaner. Room (we were in a loft) was nice but not quiet. AC was beind the curtain so not optimal for it's effect if we wanted privacy. But so far we like our stay.

Même si cest une vieille bâtisse, la chambre aurait pu être coquette. Les rideaux dépareillés, les stores en plastique, aucun support à serviette utilement installés dans la salle de bains. Bref, un peu d'amour fersit digéré le.prix de la chambre. La couleur de l'eau du spa n'invitait pas à l'utilisation. Sinon, beau jardin. Tranquille Petit déjeuner correct.

I really liked this quaint hotel which is in walkable distance to the restaurants on the Main Street in La Malbaie. I don’t know the front desk clerk’s name was he was so friendly! The room we stayed in was a small apartment with a cute “hobbit” door and had its own separate entrance. The beds were comfortable and the internet access was good. We didn’t have dinner here but we had breakfast and it was simple but good and included in your stay. There are hot tubs, a small pool and a small sauna. The views from the upper and lower balconies were very nice. We got our exercise walking up and down the steep driveway! I would definitely stay here again.

Très très vieux rambardes pourries, égouttement 5 minutes pour vider bain et lavabo. Lavabo briser et poussière en dessous du lit, matelas très sales un vrai vol de payer 366$ pour une nuit et dormir dans cette établissement. J’avais seulement hâte de quitter les lieux un vrai nid à feu. Tapis plein poussière dans les marches vous êtes généreux de mettre un 2 étoiles à cette établissement

Ont s’attend à du vieux c’est certain. Mais reste qu’une mise à niveau niveau décoration serait vraiment nécessaire. Literie désuète , moisissure dans la salle de bain, éclairage médiocre. Vieux sofa et vieux tableau bref ….. odeur de renfermé pas de moustiquaire au fenêtre pour l’aération. Et j’en passe, vraiment dommage!

La chambre à coucher aurait besoin de beaucoup d'amour. On a dû faire changer le matelas car celui qu'on avait était très vieux. La literie laissait à désirer. Bon déjeuner mais sans plus.

The images on the site are nicer and definitely not representative of the site itself. Very hard beds with springs poking out, floors and stairs crooked and not very safe for guests with mobility issues, ceiling had water damages and not fixed. Nobody to help with luggages. Overall outside terrain full of holes not easy to drive . All in all I will not recommend this place for the price

L’état général de l’hôtel est très moyen. Les allées en tapis et les vieilles décorations dénotent bien l’état général de l’hôtel. Le personnel et l’hôte se sont montrés très accueillants. L’eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas dans notre bain-douche. L’air climatisé ne fournissait pas pour notre chambre. Nous avons dû dormir dans couverture tellement l’air était humide. Nous avons eu très chaud durant la nuit. Un matelas sur deux était confortable.

L’état général de l’hôtel est très moyen. Les allées en tapis et les vieilles décorations dénotent bien l’état général de l’hôtel. Le personnel et l’hôte se sont montrés très accueillants. À notre arrivé personne à l’accueil le lit n’étais pas propre … l’endroit a besoin de beaucoup d’amour malgré l’effet antique de l’endroit je croit qu’il pourrais avoir plus de rénovation plafond qui coule , peu de chaise pour sassoir à la piscine et des vieux coussins déchirer … Le lit et oreiller très de base et les mur son en carton donc on entend tous des voisins … aucune chance de faire dodo le matin ! Bref quand même un belle endroit le personnel sympathique et proche du fleuve ! Le petit déjeuner et bon

My god, for a Manoir, it is not worth it ! Old, need a lot of work. Carpet smell awfull and dirty. When we arrived at the lobby, all we could smell was french fries. Yark The man who received us at the lobby explained us all the amenities we were allowed. But, to us and other customers who arrived at the same time, the restaurant for dinner, lots of pressure to reserve there. Everytime, we cross him at the lobby, he says again that we have to reserve with him a table to make sure we had a table. He said it at least 5 times. By the way, the restaurant for that night was half empty. Very annoying. The lady that workes for the breakfast, was perfect. Smiling, made sure that everything was ok. She is the best worker there. Overall, I won't recommend this place. To expensive for an old place.

The AC doesn't works well during the first night, another rooms complaint about the same situation. It ran from 15:00 to 22:30 without any major improvement. The frontdesk movr us for 1 night to another room for the nigjt but mist go back the fay after. They want to fix it for the second night but i refuse and ask for refund... They doesn't agree! I just want to go out from this hotel since i do not trust them at all... If the repaot is bad i will be stick for the night... And this is a situation i do not want to play with. The guy at the front desk insult me and my wife saying we didn't know about this kind of old hotel (1901) and just want to use the situation to justify oir request for refund... I DON'T CARE ABOUT THIS OLD STYLE HOTEL I JIST NEED A FUNCTIONAL AC! I hate people not respecting us... STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT GOOD TIME. Finally we quit without refund... And we were happy!

The AC doesn't works well during the first night, another rooms complaint about the same situation. It ran from 15:00 to 22:30 without any major improvement. The frontdesk movr us for 1 night to another room for the nigjt but mist go back the fay after. They want to fix it for the second night but i refuse and ask for refund... They doesn't agree! Assurément un des meilleurs service que j'ai eux avec mon expérience. Au petit soins avec leurs clients. Chambre magnifique Ambiance conviviale tout le monde fini autour du feu le soir et les discussion sont au rendez-vous. J'ai adorer mon expérience. Il me tarde d'arriver a la maison pour reserver notre prochain séjour.

The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Having the breakfast included was very practical. The location of the hotel in akrs it easy to get around and there is ample parking. The hotel is very clean with its rustique look. The front entrance outside is in the process of being updated. Our room was very large and clean. The only thing missing was space to hang our clothes. There is one dresser to place your clothes.Overall we enjoyed our stay even though it is not a modern hotel.

I really liked this quaint hotel which is in walkable distance to the restaurants on the Main Street in La Malbaie. I don’t know the front desk clerk’s name was he was so friendly! The room we stayed in was a small apartment with a cute “hobbit” door and had its own separate entrance. The beds were comfortable and the internet access was good. We didn’t have dinner here but we had breakfast and it was simple but good and included in your stay. There are hot tubs, a small pool and a small sauna. The views from the upper and lower balconies were very nice. We got our exercise walking up and down the steep driveway! I would definitely stay here again.

L’hôtel est bien en général, ca demeure un bâtiment ancien et l’apparence intérieure le démontre bien par son style et look d’époque. Toutefois les chambres sont adéquates et possèdent les commodités actuelles nécessaires. Stationnement facile, restaurant à même l’hôtel et offrant le déjeuner inclu, terrasse au 2e étage accessible en tout temps pour relaxer. Piscine et spa extérieurs aussi que nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’essayer. Le personnel est serviable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

J’ai adoré le souper, belle ambiance… fondue excellente! Serveuses étaient souriantes! Cependant, le déjeuner continental… c’était un peu décevant. J’aurais aimé qu’on puisse avoir du fromages, fromage à la crème, Baguel, muffin, croissant… les seuls protéines étaient le beurre d’arachide et le yogourt. J’aurais payer l’extra :)

La potence au restaurant le Graal est excellente et formule très originale. Sauf à l’accueil, service moyen. Le jardin, piscine et spa très bien. Le manoir est désuet, clim désuète et bruyante, impossible d’utiliser la nuit. le déjeuner est très limite.. peu de choix, bcp de sucré. Bref on retournera manger mais pas pour dormir. J’ai payé pour la chambre et le souper mais non informé qu’il y avait un forfait.

Very nice place, nice people, pool and spa are quite nice but could be cleaner. Room (we were in a loft) was nice but not quiet. AC was beind the curtain so not optimal for it's effect if we wanted privacy. But so far we like our stay.
