Chambre avec terrasse et une jolie vue. Mais la salle de jeu brouillante jusque tard le soir et les odeurs de chlore de la piscine intérieure à 10 mètres de notre chambre étaient désagréables. La piscine est une dans une petite piece close sans fenêtre et donc sombre et bruyante. Elle n’a donc aucun intérêt (bâtiment À). L’accueil a été chaotique avec des aller retour entre les bâtiments. L’hôtel n’a rien de cosy. C’est un immense ensemble de bâtiments sans charme. Très décevant!

Good stay overall. Excellent service for the morning breakfast starting at 7:00. For those travelling with electric vehicle, there are 2 charging stations only, 1 for Tesla and one for others. Current location of the charging stations is in a very tight parking spot. The hotel would benefit installing additional charging stations in a more convenient location in the large parking lot at the back of the hotel.

Le spa était non fonctionnel. On m’en avait avisé après la réservation mais trop tard pour trouver autre chose…et pas d’offre de compensation. L’endroit est très propre, la vue du fleuve superbe. Le bain tourbillon dans la chambre est assourdissant au point où je n’y suis resté que quelques minutes…aussi le système de chauffage s’est mis en marche toute la nuit et il est très bruyant et nous a réveillé à quelques reprises.

La piscine et l'espace spa c'est merveilleux !

La chambre était très propre. La vue sur le fleuve était incroyable. Le personnel très sympathique et très serviable. Les installations de piscine et spa sont à couper le souffle, les photos ne lui font pas justice. De plus le casino est à 5 minutes de marche. Très satisfaite à tout les niveaux.

Large room, well appointed, with great view but AC needs upgrading. It worked, sometimes, and was noisy, always. Parking is behind the building but it isn't mentioned anywhere, no obvious to locate. There also are only 2 EV chargers, poorly located.

Ouverture du spa à 9h, mais les bassins d'eau n'etaient pas à la bonne température lors de notre arrivée à 9h15. Certain mobiliers de chambre sont défraichis avec une usure avancée.

It was a nice stay they view was nice and the spa was nice with the spring water just wish one of the hot tubs was hotter but was a nice quiet experience

Everything was perfect to the exception of the absence of a running elevator which was out of service therefore making us use the stairs

Hôtel très propre avec chambre spacieuse. Mais, il manque seulement une petite table dans la chambre pour nous permettre de manger.

Très grande chambre avec un grand lit de qualité et une kitchenette équipée. Bain a remous et grande salle de bain. Stationnement facile. La vue sur le Saint Laurent est magnifique. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu de ménage deux fois sur un séjour de 4 jours.

Bel endroit, belle vue (chambre vue Fleuve), mais pour profiter de la vue il aurait été vraiment super que les portes patio soient propres; c’est TRÈS sale. Décevant pour une chambre vendue pour la vue… La poignée de la porte patio était cassée (ce que j’ai oublié de donner comme info en quittant donc si tout le monde fait comme moi ça ne se réparera jamais!). Outre ça, beau petit bijou, le balcon pour siroter un verre devant le Fleuve est un gros plus!

Nice hotel in a beautiful setting but service left much to be desired. Room was not made up despite having sign on door and when asked for service, was told I could just take what I need and carry it myself. My biggest concern though is the lack of security and unauthorized use of the credit card on file. My traveling partner arrived after me and asked the front desk for a key, not having seen my message advising I had her key. The front desk gave her a key to my room AND charged me 30$ for it, all completely without my knowledge or authorization. Good thing she was my friend and not someone wishing me harm! I reached out to the front desk for resolution but after 30 minutes of denying this had even happened, I was asked to come back for a supervisor but there never seemed to be one around. Really soured the experience in what could have been a perfectly enjoyable weekend.

Très beau séjour. Lits confortables. Chambre et salle de bain propres.

La chambre était grande, mais les accès vraiment pas bon. Le ménage … des cheveux partout dans la salle de bain mais également trouver dans les draps. Je suis déçu et m’attendais à un meilleurs nettoyage. Petit plus une navette a été mise à disposition pour le transport, voilà le seul point positif que je peu donner. rénover mais avec des matériaux de récupération et/ou bas de gamme

We were pleased with the very large room along with the beautiful view of The St Lawrence River. The outside hot tubs were an added bonus! The kitchen in the suite had everything we required! We easily walked to the Casino for a meal and some fun! Staff were attentive!

J ai aimé la Location et la vue. Ce qui m a déplu c était le plancher de la chambre qui devait être réparé( chambre 2303 pavillon À. Le reste était parfait , propreté accès au site , personnel

Malheureusement la chambre était située en dessous et à coté de deux salles de jeu ainsi que près de l'ascenseur ( donc bruyant aux alentours)

The worse experience I’ve had in a long time. The check in process was a disaster to say the least. The beds are super uncomfortable and what to say about the pillows. They were a pillow of shredded foam that you just can’t find any comfort to fall asleep. At the rate they charge I would think could afford to make a few upgrades.

Belle vue , propreté, personnel attentif ,facilitée d accès ….ce qui m a déplu en fait c’est le plancher qui devrait être réparé faisant beaucoup bruit et était vraiment dénivelé …je n ai jamais vu ça …. Jusqu’à date . Peut être personne n a signalé ce problème , erreur de construction ou je ne sais pas mais une inspection s’imposerait.

Nous sommes arrivés au Manoir vers 13:00hres, On nous a dit que la chambre n'était pas prête et qu'il s'en occuperait dans le plus bref délai et qu'en attendant on pouvait aller à la salle ou il y avait jeux et télévision. Après 3/4 heure d’attente, nous sommes retournés à la réception, on nous a dit que la chambre serait bientôt disponible qu'elle était en inspection. Nous avons attendu encore une 1/2 d'heure et nous somme retournés à la réception et on nous a encore dit que la chambre serait bientôt disponible qu'elle était encore en inspection Nous avons décidé d'attendre à la réception. Après encore avoir répété deux autre fois la même chose nous avons retournés une dernièrement fois à la réception et on nous a encore dit la même chose et qu'il avait jusqu'à quatre heures pour que l'on puisse disposer de la chambre. Nous étions très fâchés et déçus car nous avons perdu l’après midi à attendre notre chambre. Une certaine personne (femme) a réalisé la situation et est venu nous proposer une autre chambre, tout ca après 3 ½ heures et demi d’attente pourtant on nous avait dit qu’il en n’avait pas d'autre de libre. Nous sommes très déçus de votre réception, cela a gâché notre fin de semaine où nous avions décidé de fêter nos anniversaires. Nous avons vécu une belle expérience à la Maison du Bootlegger Cela a mis un baume sur notre fin de semaine et si un jour on y retourne, se qui est plus que probable se ne sera pas chez vous qu’on va louer une chambre.

Staff at check in was not very helpful. Arrived at 1PM and the room wasnt ready, which happens. i found it weird for a Wednesday but hey ok. They told us to come back after 4PM closwer to 5PM, which is actually unacceptable. i then asked the clerk (Maria) to text me when the room would be ready and she declined and gave me the number to call back. very poor service.

The property was fabulous. The whole staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant for dinner was fantastic. Food was delicious and just what I was looking for. I was sorry I did not stay there the whole 3 days that I was in La Malbaie. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you for a great stay,

When we arrive at the place, there were no clear indication or the building was even though they try to explain to you they don’t even acknowledge that there’s no front entry because it’s blocked by bulldozers, but they still give you the same direction when your tourist direction when you arrive in the hotel, which was not the case furthermore, there’s no safe in any room so if you’re coming to play the casino, I’m assuming you have money there’s no safe place to put it. You have to carry it with you at all time And your passports and your jewellery and everything that you carry so avoid this place every cost the chairs on the balcony were broken. They never replaced them so I sat down. I went right through when I called him up to see the chairs on the balcony are not supposed to be there this well open the closet is two more chairs. I fell through a chair on the balcony. I hurt myself and they didn’t even care . They finally told him they were broken. Why are they still there and client service they drive you down with the vessel to go to the casino but they won’t bring you back up so if you’re in a wheelchair in a walker or if you don’t if you cannot climb stairs because there’s three level of steps that you need to climb to go back from the casino to your room if you are not in shape, don’t go there and there Advice when you tell them you bring me back they tell you a taxi response

Vraiment bien situé avec une très belle vue. Le secteur des restos et bistros est très proche. Il y a beaucoup d’endroits pour marcher autour. Très bien entretenu, les lits sont confortables, c’est très propre et tranquille. Le spa est très beau pour un spa d’hôtel. Le décor est super. Il y a aussi des spas extérieurs sur le balcon. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Enjoyed the room and the view. Distance to main building and it’s facilities was a bit of a barrier.

Great location to explore La Malbaie! We enjoyed having a full kitchen in each room which is a unique feature in hotels The complex is quite big so if you are in the pavilion you will need to drive or shuttle to the main building.

Hotel et Pavillons Le Petit Manoir du Casino was an excellent hotel. The room was clean and the location was convenient. The surrounding areas were beautiful and excellent for walking.

Hotel is not easily accessed by road. Two GPS systems took us to ferries to cross. Tried to call hotel for directions and desk clerk did not speak English and we do not speak French. We had to stop a young man who spoke English to give us directions by road. Ended up driving almost 300 km out of our way and arriving after 10:00 p.m. No dinning options available after 10:00. Only good thing about stay was our waitress at breakfast spoke English and was very helpful and friendly. When you run a hotel for tourists, I think it would be beneficial and helpful to have front desk people speak English. I would NOT recommend this hotel unless you speak French.

Pas beaucoup de variété pour ce qui est des déjeuners sains.

I appreciated the fact that many of the staff spoke English making our stay earier. Restaurant had good food and service.

Le service du soir au restaurant de l'hotel a été d'une lenteur inacceptable, plus de 20 minutes avant d'avoir les menus, plus de 40 minutes avant de passer notre commande, près de 60 minutes après notre arrivée pour les entrées, et plus de 90 minutes après notre arrivée pour les repas principaux. Nous avions une activité prévue à 21h00 et nous sommes partis avec nos repas inachevés dans des boîtes... Le serveur était très serviable mais complètement débordé, et la cuisine très lente à sortir les items... C'était tout un contraste avec le service rapide du matin pour le petit déjeuner. Cependant le spa O'Quartz était majestueux, extraordinaire. Notre chambre dotée d'une cuisinette était également très agréable avec la vue sur le fleuve, dans un des pavillons. Hotel très agréable, mais restaurant à éviter le soir.

Le seul point négatif est le restaurant. La nourriture est plutôt ordinaire pour le prix demandé.

Nous avons reçu un très bel accueil à l'hôtel. Personnel très courtois et agréable. Nous avons profité de l'offre de services du restaurant pour notre premier souper et les déjeuners; délicieux et bons prix. Le personnel de la restauration était efficace car il y avait beaucoup de monde au restaure pour le souper. Malgré que notre chambre n'a pas été faite le premier soir, nous avons pu nous procurer du café pour notre deuxième matinée à la réception. Nous y retournerons assurément !

We had a very nice stay. Room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Room service excellent. Restaurant on the premises served a full breakfast with several options to choose from. Service was excellent. Room and food reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
