Very nice and effective staff. Hotel located in front of beautiful park. Our room had a nice big balcony overlooking the mountains. Large room with fully equipped kitchen. There is a small but nice indoor/outdoor pool and a big outdoor jacuzzi. Will definitely return.

This was my second time coming to Espace 4 Saisons. I brought my mom for her birthday and we had a really nice time. The indoor/outdoor pool area is enjoyable, however the room and pool indoors could’ve been warmer. The suite was spacious and great for small families but the pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. Otherwise the room and property were clean and the indoor parking is amazing. Overall recommend.

Beau calme friendly user.juste une chose de négative, le spa na pas fonctionné la plupart de mon sejour,un remboursement aurait ete apprécié, si moi j'avais briser quelques chose je vous devrais des sous,et c'est normal,donc le contraire devrais s'appliquer au locateur,75 $ de rabais,ou 50 $,du moin une petite bouteille de vin mousseux et un jus d'orange😉tsé veut dire,je vais fort probablement retourner chez vous,mais avec une close de remboursement serait tres gentleman de votre part et grandement apprécier. Service et tout le personnel tres tres gentil, bonne saisons a vous au plaisir.

Everything about this stay was fantastic! We were initially given the wrong room, but when we brought it to their attention they fixed it right away without hesitation. The food was awesome. Pool was great even in the dead of winter. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great place to stay if you’re checking out Mont Orford, or the surrounding area! Right down the road from the mountain access, with indoor parking, and great food options! I just wish some of the facilities had better operating hours (gym, hot tub, pool, restaurant). As an early riser, and if you’re trying to get out early in the morning for a hike, run, or ride, you can’t enjoy any of the facilities. Gym and hot tub should be open 24h please!!

Our room appears to be located in the older section of the hotel. We expected room to be nicer for the price. We were four in room with a murphy bed, and we had to call the reception to have extra blankets. The pool area is also showing some lack of proper upkeep, liks some tiles are cracked. It was an overall pleasant stay for us. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and the game room. The hotel was not busy during our stay, but the pool is way too small for the size of the hotel.

The hotel was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. The bed and pillow were so comfortable. The view was wonderful too! This was one of the best vacation experiences that I've had.

Toujours un plaisir de loger dans ce magnifique hotel très bien situé! La piscine extérieure est appréciée, et les aires communes sont belles et invitantes! Notre chambre était propre, confortable et spacieuse. Seul bémol: la salle de bain qui est très petite, et un peu désuète comparativement au reste de la chambre.

The room was very small. No view at all, we could only see the roof (in bad shape). No slidding door, no balcony. Shower in the bath. Room next to the elevator, super noisy. The public mezzanine was closed for repairs so basicely no place to enjoy the outdoor for us.

I had a very good stay overall. The room was very clean and modern, and the location is excellent—very close to the ski resort, which was extremely convenient. The fireplace was a great touch and added a lot of comfort to the stay. The only downside was that the room felt a bit too dark and could benefit from additional lighting. Otherwise, a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The hotel continues to be excellent, however this time around, we discovered that the category of rooms you stay in has a huge impact on the experience. Our room was outdated. It slept 3, but we have to move a couch to bring down the murphy bed. Overall, I would absolutely stay at this hotel again but never again in this type of room. Sadly, the hotel was fully booked for a wedding so we could not upgrade.

Loved my stay at Espace 4 Saisons! The room was super clean and comfy. East-facing rooms have a wonderful view of the sunrise! The location is great too, a perfect mix of nature and comfort, still not far from restaurants in town. Only thing I wish they had was Netflix or a way to stream from my phone. It rained one day and there wasn’t much to do, so that would’ve been a nice touch. Other than that, awesome place and I’d definitely go back!

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the lobby was nice. Our room was decorated very nicely with a comfortable bed. The bathroom and doors were a bit tired though and need a painting. I'd give thia property a 4.5 of 5 if I could.

La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Ma fille a adorer lasser l'après-midi dans la piscine . Le moins bon: 1- réservation obligatoire pour le restaurant; plein pour le souper et le déjeuner donc impossible de réserver. Les autres restaurants les plus proches sont à 10-15 minutes de voiture. 2- internet inacceptable et non fonctionnel, avec bande passante ne permettant même pas de naviguer sur internet ou d'aller sur les réseaux sociaux. Le personnel a essayer de justifier la lenteur de l'internet en me disant que l'hôtel était plein pour la fin de semaine- ce n'est pas du tout une raison acceptable pour moi. L'internet serait trop lent même avec la moitié moins de clients.

Great Hotel right on the ski slopes. Fancy and decently priced, clean and comfortable, gives a sense of luxury. Very nice 4 seasons outdoor heated pool too. Make sure to reserve if you want to use the restaurants, impossible to just drop in which was a bummer. Terrible service too at those restaurants, I stood at the hostess spot for like 15 min at least 5 staff (including the hostess) were just walking past ignoring me, one finally had the decency to come and tell me they were full. I also wish they would stop using the word "Espace" to describe every single aspect of the place. It's an old tired branding strategy and was never cool.

Room was spacious and the view from the hotel was picturesque. Restaurant breakfast buffet was like most buffets…eggs were runny under the crusty top layer and bacon/sausages tray was empty during my sit down. We arrived at 4:30pm, a half hour after check in time and our room wasn’t ready. Would have been fine with it but the front desk employee seemed flustered by it and didn’t know what to tell me.

Beautiful hotel close to skiing, hiking and biking opportunities. Great breakfast, excellent wait staff. The only downside was the restaurants were closed on Monday evening. We would have loved to try the dinner as breakfast was a buffet. There were excellent restaurants within a 15 minute drive.

Great location for hiking enthousiastes! 5 minutes from Orford National Park, on site restaurant options, indoor pool and game room! Very quiet and relaxing romantic get away, will be returning with the family as it’s the perfect location for active families! Rooms were quaint and cozy.

Great place for visiting Orford/Magog and surrounding areas. Dining onsite is excellent -- we especially enjoyed dinner at the Bistro. The pool is nice, though could use a bit more seating. Overall excellent stay, and we will return and recommend to others.

My only sad reviews goes would go to the restaurant, where i went to order something, was planning to take it up to my room myself, but they said no, we will bring it to your room. I ended up paying 33% more then what i should have if i would taken it up myself. 34$ meal added a 5$ room services and a 6.24 service fee and of course taxes are added to the total of the amount and not before just for the meal. Except that little experience, the rest of the experience was amazing, staff, room, very nice place overall.

The hotel is very good but the two restaurants were closed down from noon Sunday until Monday night inclusive. This meant driving into Magog for meals.
