Please avoid this place,it will be an insult to call it hotel. Run away how fast you can and it's better to sleep in your car. This place should not be listed as hotel the proper name should be " torture room" Don't waste your time and money!!!

This property is a scam place. Please never book. The property is dirty, smelly, worst maintained, there is no front office. Liquor shop and a bar in the ground floor with so much a bad vomiting smell. We can't even there for a 15 minutes. We went in and walked out. Very scary place. You will regret if you book there Very very unsafe and dangerous place. For your health reasons please do not book here. Hotels.com / Expedia says they can't contact them. They are not returning hotels.com phone or email. Do not waste money and go through the hassle booking this property. The health issues needs to be inspected. No air-conditioner or fridge or any amenities.

Horrbile experience !! I get it , you get what you pay for , so you’d expect a little outdated room , but a sketchy place in a sketchy area , a stinky smell , Broken closet , screaming beds (beyond squeezing) , washroom sink takes for ever to drain , Couple towels smell like they e been sitting in a garbage can for months and you wouldn’t even put them on your body , didn’t even change them throughout our 2 nights stay ,Pub downstairs was as loud as a hockey ring!! Btw there’s no front desk , they check you in inside the pub , so if you have a kid you’d have to leave them outside unattended so you can actually go inside the pub to check in lol I honestly didn’t think this place was even worth putting a review BUT I wanted to warn everyone before they fall in this sewer hole!! BE AWARE , DON’T GET FOOLED BY THE LOW PRICE, there’s lots of other better/safer places in surrey! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!

No staff visible, room was ok but ventilation was not. Good shopping and eating area.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. This place should not be on Expedia! I always use Expedia but this now makes me wonder. I would have ate the cost and booked a proper place but I was just too tired.
