Das Hotel war insgesamt okay, allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die bei 175 € für eine Nacht nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Die Rezeption wirkt eher provisorisch und wenig organisiert. Unser Ausweis konnte beim Check-in nicht gescannt werden, da offenbar kein Stromkabel für den Scanner gefunden wurde. Stattdessen wurde ein Foto davon gemacht. Auch der nächtliche Zugang ist eher unkonventionell: Man muss am Haupteingang klopfen und dem Nachtportier den Zimmerschlüssel zeigen. Unser Zimmer war sehr warm, daher stellten wir die Klimaanlage auf 18 °C. Als wir nach 21 Uhr zurückkamen, zeigte das Thermostat weiterhin 25 °C. Der Nachtportier musste zunächst den Manager kontaktieren und Anweisungen zum Neustart der Klimaanlage befolgen – leider ohne Erfolg. Eine alternative Klimaanlage war zwar vorhanden, aber wir hatten keine Fernbedienung. Der Nachtportier kam schließlich mit aufs Zimmer, stellte sie auf 20 °C und nahm die Fernbedienung wieder mit. Immerhin wurde es dadurch angenehm genug und wir konnten gut schlafen. Auch sonst besteht etwas Renovierungsbedarf: Der Wasserhahn war lose, die Dusche hat geleckt, die Matratze verrutschte immer wieder und das Licht flackerte. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, aber bei 175 € pro Nacht war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht angemessen.

Morning and evening staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit on the small side but clean, practical, close to tons of restaurants, and we felt safe.

The room was not fairly valued for the price. We booked a $200 room and were upgraded to a $400 room, but even then, I would NEVER pay $400 a night for a room like that. On top of the room not being up to par, we had a medical emergency and were taken out by paramedics. We spent 2 hours in the room total. After speaking with the front desk and contacting management, we were informed that there was no available refund, not even partial. I understand that we had already booked and checked in, but there was an unforeseen medical EMERGENCY with someone in our party. Not having an option for even a partial refund is greedy. There's no other way to look at it.

I’ve stayed here a few times and I love the proximity to downtown without the downtown prices. Friendly staff, great food/drinks. I’ll definitely be back.

The room was a little on the small side but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great and very helpful.
