The room was clean and well presented. The staff was top notch. The grounds were clean of debris and foiliage well maintained but the parking lot asphalt was not clean, nor were the stairs insomuch as they had an odor of grease and grime that had not been cleaned in some time. There was also an altercation at the property when i stayed there and loud, foul language being used for some time. The staff addressed it and made the offending party leave and did call law enforcement. Though the instigator had left already, law enforcement arrived quickly. I have not stayed there long enough to know if the negative aspects of my stay were the norm. Overall it was a good value and the staff being so great made up for the negative aspects. I still recommend it for a value stay.

It was downtown and close to everything historical. It's snack machine didn't work, but there were snacks in lobby to buy. The shower was not the greatest. But for one night.. it was great. Oh, good laundry mat!

Old but clean was fine considering i slept in my truck tent night before! No coffee maker, no shampoo,conditioner or body wash. 2 bars soap. Shower needs repair, missing hanger in bathroom. Just being honest.. like I said, bed was clean and comfortable. Parking lot clean, safe,well lit...whenloading up to leave next morning, thought their was a skunk, then realized somebody smoking skunk weed at 650 in morning...lol

Building was in disrepair with chunks and flakes of the building everywhere. After seeing the conditions of the building I was scared to go in. As I opened the door I was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean with a nice sized king bed with fridge and microwave. TV had plenty of channel options and wood flooring was nice even though were some sticky spots. It was a very low rate and you get what you pay for but all in all I wasn’t disappointed.

We didn’t hold out great expectations of this motel so ultimately wasn’t left disappointed. On arrival we were placed into a different room category to what we had paid for. We brought this to the offices attention and this was rectified. The room was a little smelly, the microwave had not been cleaned and a dirty face cloth from the previous guest was still hanging in the shower, though cleaner did have the time to leave a ‘don’t forget to tip me’ slip. Overall we had an ok sleep, the aircon worked fine, tv worked, and water was hot. The toilet would run quite loudly periodically but we just turned the tap off during the night. This is an aging motel that could do with so TLC, bit pricey for what it was but ok for a night.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely terrible. Wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just a place to sleep for the night. But this place was absolutely disgusting. Boogers, hair and other bodily fluids on the shower walls, hair on towels and bedding. What almost looked like mouse droppings in the sheets. To top it off, the next door neighbor played music till 3 am. If you have children, do not stay here. Our room was conjoined with another sketchy room and locks aren’t very secure. Stay away.

The bedding was new but you don't want to look what's under it. The floor wasn't swept never mind washed. The bedding was still damp (at least it was washed?) The window was very dirty and there was dust on everything, microwave, shelves, bathroom shelf. The room had new flooring and bedding but not much other upkeep. Not worth it.

Very clean and spacious room. This hotel is in the Historic Town Center of Butte. See some of the most beautiful architecture that’s still standing strong today. Lots of shopping and dining choices. Loved this place.

The room was quite large (we had a room with 2 queen beds) and surprisingly sound proof. There were some issues with the water temperature in the shower and the lighting in the room was minimal, but otherwise no other issues. Check-in and out were a breeze. Lots of walking distance restaurants (we chose the sports bar called Metals and it was a great place).

The room was very clean. The AC worked well. We found it surprisingly quiet, which was a bonus. The only small negatives were: 1. The bathroom door fit in the frame so tightly as to require a strong effort to get it closed. 2. The tub drain first seemed plugged, then started draining more quickly. All in all, a decent night.

Would recommend the owners take time to repair grout in between the tiles in the bathtub/shower to avoid water damage and black mould. The caulking also needs refreshing. The bathtub spout is smaller than the hole in the wall so another potential water problem. The check in gentleman was lovely. The best and most courteous reception I have had in years. Just based on his friendliness, I would recommend the hotel.

Didn't have my reservation from Expedia and couldn't have cared less about that. I arrived after driving all day and the attendant just said "you need to call them.." I then purchased a new room just to get some sleep. The locks on the room door did not feel safe or secure. I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here...

Arrived roughly at 9 pm it took almost 30 mins for receptionist to talk to me and check me in because she was trouble shooting a customer ahead of me and the computer was tie up and she was on the phone. When she did get to me it only took her about 3 mins. I check out at 4 am and went to lobby to turn in my room key and a man had the door lock and he seem a little irritated to have to open the door. I ask him for a receipt for the stay and he told me that he cant because he is in the middle of an audit. I walk away and told him this place is terrible and as he lock the told he had some kind words for me as I walked away.

Staff service was very bad. She refused to give me a room because she said Expedia didn't ok and send the reservation to her. I called Expedia and showed her my reservation in my email, Expedia representative also with her and she refused. She made pay for a new reservation and pay new price that was higher. I got at the hotel at 7:00pm, i didn't get a room till 11:00 pm.

Racist, racist, racist. Me and my guys showed up to check in and my guys were told they couldn't check in because one of the 3 didn't have an id on his person, never have i heard of a policy like this in my life, but to top it off, he was rude and laughing at us saying that everyone one of our kind needs an id in order to check in, laughed in our faces and sent us on our way. Never again

You can't beat the location, right in the historic Uptown neighborhood. The building is a bit long in the. tooth but rooms are clean, nice beds, refrigerator, microwave and good internet.

This place was exactly as advertised. It's a motel 6 so expectations were not super high to begin with but it was clean and the staff was excellent. Also convenient to downtown.

Very clean and spacious room. This hotel is in the Historic Town Center of Butte. See some of the most beautiful architecture that’s still standing strong today. Lots of shopping and dining choices. Loved this place.

Uptown Butte just feels unsafe overall. This hotel is located in the old historical uptown. The receptionist was very nice. The room itself is clean and very nice for a lower budget hotel. Yet, due to the area it is located, I hope my car will remain safe overnight.

Proximity to shopping, dining and cool historic buildings. Looks old from the outside but nice inside the room. This is a low budget motel but it’s clean with some updates on the inside to include flooring and sink. They’ve designed this with cleanliness in mind. There’s no carpet to harbor smells, stains and germs from hundreds that came before you. Likewise the chairs aren’t upholstered but a sleek looking wood. There’s a corner seat that’s built in and upholstered with a material that is waterproof. There was a tv, microwave, mini fridge and phone. If you’re on a budget and don’t need all the fancy bells and whistles but don’t want to sacrifice cleanliness and the basics this is a good choice. I will stay there again when coming to Butte in the future!

The manager was very helpful and actually called a local eatery for me to see if they were still serving dinner. Very basic affordable room that was the perfect fit on my solo road trip.

The room was quite large (we had a room with 2 queen beds) and surprisingly sound proof. There were some issues with the water temperature in the shower and the lighting in the room was minimal, but otherwise no other issues. Check-in and out were a breeze. Lots of walking distance restaurants (we chose the sports bar called Metals and it was a great place).

Still trying to figure out if I was billed for ‘incidentals’. Evening rude desk receptionist was rude, argumentative, and aggressive. He kept stressing the possibility of incidental charges like I could expect them. The room was a dump with one outlet, which was used by the microwave and fridge. The one good thing about this place was that parking was in an interior court, which felt extremely safe. Housekeeping started knocking on the door at 9:00am! Worth paying a bit more to stay somewhere else, where you can get USB connections and extra outlets for charging devices. Zero kind of breakfast of any kind. Choice of 3 types of coffee in the lobby. Couldn’t even make some in the room.

Don’t stay here, someone was slumped over a chair outside their room, visible drug deals going on, the stair railings were so rusted they weren’t even connected. Couldn’t tell you about the room I was to scared to leave my car in the parking lot!
