Stayed 1 night

The start if this stay was good. Chris @the front desk initially told me I had to wait until 4 for a 3pm check in. But found a room and made it work. The room was clean- it was quiet- I slept well. The AC didnt work to well if you shower and make the room humid. The TV had to be used manually as the remote didnt work..all things considered it was ok. Breakfast very minimal. BuT what has me so upset is trying to reach anyone by phone. It just rings and rings. I forgot a very important electronic bag- and item I needed desperately but didnt realize was missing until in Idaho to pick up a.relatice to go to Alaska. I could not return for 3 weeks. I was told it would be locked up bit no guarantees of safety for my things. I picked it up yesterday the bag was missing my Tmobile wifi device. A personal safety flashlight. My art pencils and a very important phone flash drive my son gave me. Most items are replaceable but not that flashlight drive. I can't get a hold of anyone. Even the day I showed up no one was at the front desk and I waited over 30 minutes for an older man who showed up having been gotten out of bed to get the bag and then disappeared back to bed. I can't reach anyone and I am hoping this will get to someone in charge. Someone in the office staff must have seen the items as thecleaning staff couldnot unlock the door to help me. All the zippers were open. Maybe a child or teenager?? Since this is family operated and they live on property . I need the USB plz!!

When I booked Red Lion I expected a nice hotel. The lobby smelled like smoke, there are tarps on the roof and the police were making daily stops to look for people. Won't stay there again.

The rooms were dirty. There were no hair dryers in the room. When I asked for one, the desk clerk said they would be available in the morning. But the morning staff said they did not have any. The parking was good. Convenient off the interstate. But we will never stay there again.

The floor and under the fridge (on the counter) was dirty. Everything in the room was old, the chair was old and dirty. The tv remote barely worked. Never staying there again.
