Boa relação qualidade / preço. Parking gratuito mesmo em frente à porta do quarto. Bom pequeno-almoço, excepto o café expresso que não é bom. Os funcionários são simpáticos, mas pouco expeditos. O check-in demorou 45min a realizar (depois da hora mencionada na reserva). A localização é claramente o ponto mais forte deste local. Recomendo apenas para 1 noite ou talvez para temperaturas mais amenas (o quarto estava frio e o pavimento é em tijoleira).

bem, vou comecar pelo pior e depois o melhor da experiencia. Check-in a partir apenas das 16h00. o quarto onde fiquei nao tinha WiFi. isto foi um grande problema para mim que estava a espera de poder trabalhar a partir do quarto, e tive de comprar um cartao de dados para poder usar WiFi. Quando tentei mudar de quarto foi-me dito que nao havia nada disponivel, o que e uma grande mentira, pq havia bastantes quartos vazios na propriedade. A piscina nao estava a funcionar em pleno mes de Junho com 29 graus la fora. isto foi um grande reves pq nunca fui informado disto. o Restaurante abre apenas para pequeno-almoco as 8h00 o que para quem trabalha a partir dessa hora nao pode usufruir. 7h30 parece-me mais adequado. os funcionarios nao sao muito simpaticos, embora nao tenham sido antipaticos, apenas se mostraram intransigentes para fazer chec-in mais cedo, ou para trocar de quarto. o quarto e muito espacoso e o terraco e excelente. a vista sobre o rio e muito bonita e e bastante silencioso. sabe bem estar no terraco a qualquer altura do dia. o servico de limpeza e excelente, os segurancas sao simpaticos. a localizacao e excelente tambem.

Værelset havde havudsigt. Midt igennem rummet gik en bjælke som jeg knaldede hovet i 2 gange. Døren var ved at falde af hængslerne. Morgenmaden var god, men de var ikke gode til at fylde op med de ting der manglede. Poolen er fyldt med alger så jeg kom ikke ud at bade.

Läget var fantastiskt alldeles vid vattnet. Rummen trevliga och sängarna ok, lite hårda. Det fanns ett litet kylskåp som vi använde på rummet. Duschen var bra. Vi fick rummet städat varje dag. Personalen var trevliga men vissa kunde inte prata engelska vilket jag tycker är konstigt när man jobbar på ett hotell. Det som var väldigt negativt var att poolen inte var öppen. Vi hade inte bokat dessa datum eller hotell om vi vetat det... Även där tycker jag det är konstigt att det inte var "säsong" som personalen sa, när det var mellan 25-30 grader ute. Jag har rest under maj till andra länder och det har alltid varit en öppen pool. Så det drog ber hela upplevelsen. Restaurangen vid hotellet var dyr (15 euro för buffe kvälltid) och inte speciellt god mat. Frukosten var dock god och med variation: bröd, plättar, frukt, ost, skinka, ägg, flingor m.m

Didn’t like finding a live cockroach in the bedroom or the mouldy shower. The whole “hotel” is very dated and run down. It hasn’t kept up with the times. Children play area is defunct. It’s very basic. But it’s by the sea, vary nice footpath along the coast.

Le complexe est dans un état de laisser aller. La piscine ne donne vraiment pas envie de s’y baigner. Notre chambre n’était pas très propre, la salle de bains remplie de moisissures. La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée, nous avions pourtant demandé à une dame qui s’occupe de l’inspection après le passage des femmes de ménage si il était possible de nettoyer notre chambre comme nous allions partie, elle a confirmé que oui. Nous avons signalé le manquement à deux réceptionnistes qui n’en avaient que faire. L’une d’elle devait nous mettre des serviettes propres dans la chambre, nous avons dû y retourner pour les récupérer. Il y a tout de même des points positifs : le petit déjeuner est excellent et la localisation est parfaite.

In meinem eigentlichen Zimmer hatte ich Schimmel, doch ohne Probleme wurde mir ein neues zugeteilt. Ich hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Leider grenzt eine sehr laute Straße an der Hotelanlage.

No wifi in the room and absolutely no empathy from the desk personnel to mitigate it. When I told her, she just said "Yea, we know there is no wifi, you must come to the reception to have wifi". Really annoying response.

Actually I don’t want to give a bad comment to anyone. But I should for here. We booked a room for holiday it’s mean we come to enjoy. But the way of approach in reception is horrible. Specifically the woman Renata . The need a smile to approach the customer. Most of all the staff are very dry with serious face. Totally it’s not the nice ambiance to stay

Very rude house keeper and security staff. Had to make a formal complaint as I had two bookings that were not discussed nor merged on the day of check in despite having had informed the over the counter staff. They Wanted me to change the room, plus no WiF in the rooms!! Horrible experience!

Very rude house keeper and security staff. Had to make a formal complaint as I had two bookings that were not discussed nor merged on the day of check in despite having had informed the over the counter staff. They Wanted me to change the room, plus no WiF in the rooms!! Horrible experience!

Todo o staff foi bastante atencioso. Localização perfeita para usufriur do espaço envolvente e da proximidade ao mar. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Quanto às instalações são boas, contudo sugiro um melhoramento na iluminação e piso no exterior, assim como o jardim. Contexto geral muito bom! Recomendo.

Le complexe est dans un état de laisser aller. La piscine ne donne vraiment pas envie de s’y baigner. Notre chambre n’était pas très propre, la salle de bains remplie de moisissures. La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée, nous avions pourtant demandé à une dame qui s’occupe de l’inspection après le passage des femmes de ménage si il était possible de nettoyer notre chambre comme nous allions partie, elle a confirmé que oui. Nous avons signalé le manquement à deux réceptionnistes qui n’en avaient que faire. L’une d’elle devait nous mettre des serviettes propres dans la chambre, nous avons dû y retourner pour les récupérer. Il y a tout de même des points positifs : le petit déjeuner est excellent et la localisation est parfaite.

In meinem eigentlichen Zimmer hatte ich Schimmel, doch ohne Probleme wurde mir ein neues zugeteilt. Ich hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Leider grenzt eine sehr laute Straße an der Hotelanlage.

Hotel is a bit outdated. Pictures of this property on web page are much better then in reality. Cleanless - during a week only toilet paper was added. Breakfast- every day the same food, coffee from machine not drinkable. I arrived after heavy wind and surrounding stays for the whole week, like on rekostruction place. Location is perfect

Läget var fantastiskt alldeles vid vattnet. Rummen trevliga och sängarna ok, lite hårda. Det fanns ett litet kylskåp som vi använde på rummet. Duschen var bra. Vi fick rummet städat varje dag. Personalen var trevliga men vissa kunde inte prata engelska vilket jag tycker är konstigt när man jobbar på ett hotell. Det som var väldigt negativt var att poolen inte var öppen. Vi hade inte bokat dessa datum eller hotell om vi vetat det... Även där tycker jag det är konstigt att det inte var "säsong" som personalen sa, när det var mellan 25-30 grader ute. Jag har rest under maj till andra länder och det har alltid varit en öppen pool. Så det drog ber hela upplevelsen. Restaurangen vid hotellet var dyr (15 euro för buffe kvälltid) och inte speciellt god mat. Frukosten var dock god och med variation: bröd, plättar, frukt, ost, skinka, ägg, flingor m.m

Café da manhã maravilhoso, porém longe das acomodações, se chove vc fica todo molhado, não gostei da limpeza principalmente do banheiro, porém o quarto é enorme, roupa de cama e toalhas boas. A única queixa é a limpeza e distância do restaurante até os quartos.

There is no WiFi in guest room. WiFi is only available in the restaurant and in the reception. It's nice to have free breakfast included. However, breakfast only starts at 8am in the morning that is too late.

Really basic, no amenities (charged me to iron a shirt because they didn’t offer irons for guests to iron your own… monopoly) , close to a beach, basic accommodation, poorly kept facilities, some staff helpful - others quite rude

We liked the staff and being greeted at reception. They were friendly and changed our room right away when lights and AC did not come on. Restaurant nearby and bar were convenient for us at good prices. Toileties were excellent inclusive of shower cap, mini toothpaste etc. Hotel staff also kept our luggage for us safely after check-out so we could enjoy the afternoon. Hotel rate for what you received was very good. We did not like the fact that bulbs were missing, AC not working properly even in second room we received. Hotel needs upkeep. Some easy fixes. It was just one night so we did not not allow anything to spoil our stay.

Breakfast tables not cleared and miserable looking staff. Staff Not welcoming at breakfast time. Food ok but staff were very slow refill the food. Would not stay here again. First time ever that we did not leave a tip in our room. Room smelt damp and toilet seat loose. Cleaners should have reported this before our arrival and got it fixed.
