Great choice for us, place to park, clean easy access. There are some eating options with a short walk. Staff were very helpful, arrived late one evening,staff assisted in ording in and we could eat in the breakfast area. Everything we needed in a place to stay as long as you have a vehicle.

Ideal location, just 20 minutes to Lisbon Airport and a 2 minute walk to supermarket Lidl which is very convenient for food shopping as the hotel has no food service. Hotel condition is average and room cleanliness is good. Breakfast is free and has a variety of options that are continuously refilled. Very good option for tourists looking for a decent hotel within a short distance to the airport and also in a good area. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, all English speaking which makes communication easier.

The hotel was clean and the members of staff friendly. However, it is very inconviniencing to stay here as they do not offer restaurant servicrs and there are no hotels nearby. You have to order food from outside. Their breakfast is zero. We take better breakfast at home. The least the management can do is to offer a good breakfast since they do not have a restaurant. I would not go back unfortunately.

Todo fenomenal teniendo en cuenta el dinero pagado en Semana Santa , 2 adultos y 2 niños 3 noches 240 euros. El desayuno bien , no mucha variedad pero siempre encuentras algo para desayunar. Tienen una máquina de hacer tortitas pero siempre había mucha gente. En recepción tiene una máquina gratuita de hielos por lo que viene muy bien ya que no tiene nevera en la habitación. Alrededor hay un lidl a 1 min, y si quieres algo para cenar rápido a 5 min con coche hay McDonald y Burger k. Queda cerca de todo en coche , Sintra, estoril , cascai, Lisboa centro… Lisboa es una ciudad preciosa y nos sorprendió a lo grande. Sintra merece la pena ir también

This hotel was dirty, it smelled like cigarettes in the lobby and the hallways and inside the room, the bathroom wall is translucent, you can see the silhouette of the person using the restroom or trying to take a shower, it was uncomfortable because my sons were staying in the room, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and we would take the stairs because the elevators were very slow, the stairs had towels draped all Over the floor because the rain had seeped in through the roof, I don’t recommend this hotel

I was a bit surprised on how tough the mattresses and pillows were, and this caused discomfort and made us wake up during the night. Not having a mini fridge in the rooms was hard as to keep any drinks or medications cool. They had an ice machine, but it barely produced any ice at all. Although the building and grounds are well kept, there are obvious signs that the place is a bit old and in need of upgrades. The breakfast was good and well stocked with quality food and drinks. Some of the front desk employees felt cold and not enthusiastic of being there, so my first impression upon arrival was not very impressive or optimistic about the employees.

The room was nice size, with a sofa bed and good toilet. The bed mattress was extremely soft and wasn't the best for me. In the morning you could hear the doors outside. Breakfast was a bit basic.

The hotel staff were extremely helpfull in every aspect! They gave us an overview of best restaurants to eat at and places to visit in Lisbon. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was great! Great Value for money!! We would definitely stay again!

The location was good and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast each morning had a tremendous variety of items, all of which were very good. The house keepers did a nice job, but frequently failed to leave adequate supplies such as wash cloths, toilet tissue and instant coffee. Six or seven times I had to go to the front desk to retrieve supplies.

A estadia foi boa, apenas tivemos uma situação desconfortável no check-in. Como somos uma familia grande, a gerente veio ajudar com o check-in e ao contrario dos outros funcionários a gerente não foi nada simpática principalmente quando questionou o documento de residência Português a dizer que era um documento emitido pelo governo Brasileiro e ela precisava do passaporte brasileiro para o check-in, pedi para ela rever o documento pois era um documento emitido pelo governo de Portugal, se aquele não tinha validade, qual iria ter? Ela revisou o documento, manteve a má simpatia, fez o check-in e não se desculpou pela atitude. Foi nítido que os demais funcionários perceberam a atitude dela, a qual deveria ser exemplar por ser a gerente. Lamentável.

The website lists this property as a 15 min drive to the airport. It is at least 30 min with no traffic and an hour away during rush hour. I even used the filter that’s supposed to give you properties close to the airport. This one is very far from the city center AND the airport. The hotel itself was great. Location facts are misleading.

Teria tudo para ser cinco estrelas, so que implementaram o controle geral de temperatura e o quarto fica muito muito quente, ate mesmo desligando o termostato e abrindo a janela, que abre muito pouco. Sentir calor no inverno da europa sem opcao de nao sentir, é inconcebível. Des resto, condizente com o custo beneficio. Muito próximo de lisboa de carro e de cascais, gostei muito da localizacao, mas so para quem estiver de carro.

Good location if visiting Cascais 12-15 minutes, Lisbon 15-20 minutes and beaches in Oeiras 10 minutes. Not much in area to walk to but Bolt & Uber were helpful. Breakfast was good with pastries, pancakes, fruit, and eggs. My wife is lactose and only had soy day 1. Next few days there was lactose free milk for her to use. Room as air but not has high as we are usevto in the US but if keep window cracked with AC we were conformable. Overall enjoyed our experience. No thrills but clean and good spot for our few days.

We would have wanted a king bed but I'm not sure if they have any. When we were booking our rooms, they didn't use terminology like we do in North America, like Twin, Double, Queen, King beds. They were all "double" beds, some being regular, large, or very large. We knew a "regular" double wasn't large enough & we didn't know what we were getting, so we ended up with 2 twin beds, which wasn't ideal but it was acceptable. The breakfasts were wonderful with great variety. Breakfasts were the highlight of our stay there. We were glad to have the Lidl grocery store right next door so we could buy food after traveling for 20 hours without proper meals. We were too tired to hire Uber/taxis to drive us to & from a restaurant somewhere before we could check in to the hotel.

The breakfast should change every few days because an extended stay offers no variety. There should have a variety of egg options,home fries, waffles, another pancake machine or freshly made ones. Coffee & tea should be available 24 hours.
