Very nice and secluded, the staff were lovely and it’s such a cosy little place to get away and relax with or without your dog also! Only thing is it would’ve been better if the tv had more channels but it was great overall will be back again

The property did have a bit of a run down feel but also felt homey. The check it was lovely and even got shown where our room was. The explanation of the property did leave a bit to be desired with the hand drawn emergency maps on the door being very outdated showing a pool on the map. The clean commitment to cleanliness was not signed or dated and looked very old. The bedding and the towels smelt really bad not sure if that was due to lack of use but it did mean we went straight out and brought sanitising spray to make use feel better. The room service dinner which we ordered was delicious and super well organised so did appreciate that. The onsite dog was lovely and fun to play with. The feel of the place was nice so even with the negatives we would book again but we would bring our own sheets, pillow and towels.

Over 2klms of rough corrugated road to get to a tied old run down excuse for a hotel. Cobwebs in the roof, overgrown lawns and weeds for gardens. Dirty shower and uncomfortable bed. Very sad place and very sorry I booked this one.

The ad for this is misleading. Our rooms had cobwebs and bugs on the upper walls/ceiling. Needs a deep clean. But Eric is very nice and friendly. This hotel is inconvienent to get too (rough dirt roads). HOWEVER, we saw alot of koalas and kangaroos on the dirt roads around the property that we wouldn't have seen otherwise.

People were lovely and the room was decent other than the doors that were a little broken. The bathroom door was hard to close and it was very hard to get open again. Road to the motel is quite rough for a smaller car. Also very easy to hear neighbours, one person was on the phone outside a room near us until after midnight and we could hear the whole conversation.

Das Motel liegt sehr ruhig und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Visitor Centers 12 Apostels. Wir hatten ein Cottage mit 2 Schlafzimmern mit einer schönen Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Das Cottage war sauber, aber insgesamt schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. ,Die Küchenausstattung war für 4 Personen etwas knapp bemessen, nur 2 Gläser, 3 Tassen, 2 Löffel. Teller umd Müslischalen und anderes Besteck waren ausreichend vorhanden. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da und haben nicht gekocht. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden, vor allem die Lage ist perfekt. Check in war sehr zügig und problemlos.

We arrived a little early but were shown to our room after a bit of difficulty finding the resident staff and hesitancy over our booking. The room was set up well and was roomy enough. The welcome folder was not up to date and we had some misunderstanding regarding details about meals. We found the property easily, though had to negotiate the lines of traffic both ways as visitors to the "12 Apostles" entered and left the parking area. Unsealed road to the property had some potholes.

Great location at an affordable price 3km from the 12 apostles, comfortable bed.walls are very thin, could hear the family next door late in to the night and early morning, no milk for tea/coffee and confusing after hours checking in process.

Power outage in cabin within 30 minutes of check in but lights still operating. Moved to new cabin and no power or lights available here. Proprietor said it was an external problem, low voltage or some such, no idea when it would be rectified. Said he had a generator but could not use until power failed completely. Cold day (around 13 degrees) no power to run aircon, or electric blankets, no lights, no television, no refrigerator.. We had to leave and seek accommodation elsewhere. We will be seeking a refund of our money!

Our room was no hot water supply at that night, the staff gave an option to other room to take a shower, we are three women, my two friends from oversea, don't know English, everyone were worried going to other room took a shower. After a full day travelling, hot showers were our priority.

Room and food did not live up to their listing. Only four very basic dinner options that were not of restaurant quality and the cabin? was tiny with insufficient room for our luggage. Hot water for shower was good though. Convenient location to the 12 Apostles but, next time, I would drive the additional distance to the next town.

The Manager Eric was great. There was nobody to greet us in reception when we arrived. Eric came to our door later and apologized for the lack of people. He suggested several things to do for the evening and also provided a device that was necessary to use the TV. The overall feeling was that the place was old and tired.

During check in, property manager saw us waiting outside for our keys for a few minutes, but didnt bother to unlock the reception door and great us until we called his mobile. Bedroom has a light outside that cannot be turned off. We messaged the property manager asking him to turn it off, he said he would but did not. Impossible to sleep. Not recommended.

Beautiful natural surroundings, and peace and quiet abound The manager Eric was friendly and helpful. The only real complaint was the air con was a bit noisy, but it was warm and comfortable without it. We'll certainly come back. Only a hop, skip and a jump to the 12 Apostles

It was truly incredible! The service was outstanding, we arrived at 9 pm and everyone we met was so nice, we had dinner made by a lady who works on the property and it was delicious homemade chicken curry and slow-cooked beef. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed, the place is beautiful at night as you can see all the stars shine in the sky, and during the day you can enjoy the farm and feel like you're the only person in the place! The location is also good, 3 min from the 12 apostles, and very recommended if you're doing the Great Ocean Road like we did, I hope I'll get the chance to come back soon!

Very disappointed with the location and state of the property. Says that it is within walking distance of the 12 apostles but it is a long way on a dirt track. We cut short our stay.

Accommodation was tidy, yet very basic. Nothing from their website rang true for the stay as far as animals to feed or see. Quite isolated from shops, but right on the doorstep for the Twelve Apostles viewing. I would probably stay somewhere different next time, with a little more upkeep to the property. No dining or meals.
