Pro: Frühstück, Zimmer, Regendusche mit genug Druck. Kontra: Kein Parkplatz (direkt daneben ist eine Tiefgarage, aber 35€ für 24 Stunden) Bar macht viel zu früh zu (24Uhr an einem Samstag) Zimmer hatte keine Minibar, allerdings den Schrank dafür Fernseher viel zu klein.

Ein tolles Hotel mit einem sehr guten Flair, einer guten Bar, eine super Frühstück und einer sehr schönen Sauna. Nur der Empfang war eher unfreundlich zu mir. Die Dame schien mir nicht zu glauben, dass ich ein Zimmer gebucht hatte und bereits eingecheckt war. Ihre Rückfragen waren unfreundlich und fordernd gestellt. Dieser Eindruck hat sich leider bei mir festgesetzt. Schade. Die Damen am Empfang sollten wissen, dass sie das Gesicht eines Hotels sind.

Comfortable and well appointed room close to the hospital. Appreciated the pillow menu service as the pillows provided were very soft. A shame that there is currently no room service or restaurant offering at the hotel, as there aren’t any restaurants close to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage kostet 35 € am Tag. Wir haben für 10 € (9-20 Uhr an der Straße geparkt.

Das Parkhaus beim Hotel, welches extern unterhalten wird ist sehr sehr teuer. (38 euro). Funktioniert der Geldautomat nicht, wird man ganz frech und unfreundlich von einer Dame bedient, welche erwartet, dass man 30 Minuten warten muss bis ein Techniker kommt. Ansonsten 2 km pro Weg laufen um an einem Bankomaten Bargeld zu beziehen. Keine Möglichkeit zur Ausfahrt. Dies ist ein absolutes no go. Wir waren geschäftlich in Hamburg und hatten Termine wahrzunehmen. Die Parkplätze azf der Strasse sind von 09.00 h bis 20.00 h 3 Euro pro Stunde

Das Hotel leugnet erst, dass es etwas mit dem Parkhaus zu tun hätte. Hingewiesen auf die eindeutige Ausschilderung gibt es nur Achselzucken. Schade!

Leider dieses Mal enttäuscht, Zimmerservice einen Tag gar nicht, wohl zuwenig Personal und zuviele Gäste. Das Hotel ist auch in die Jahre gekommen, die Teppichböden sind ziemlich fleckig, Da wir vorher in Jena im Dorint waren, fiel der Unterschied besonders auf. Gute Busanbindung, dafür manchmal Probleme mit der Tiefgarage. 35 € ist auch sehr teuer, aber das liegt nicht am Hotel, sondern am Betreiber. Insgesamt leider nicht mehr der gewohnte Standard.

The room vas very clean. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, there wasn't even any limescale in the kettle. There is a "SuitePad" in the room, where you can find the answer to almost all of your questions. The room is a good size with a big double bed, a desk, a desk chair and an arm chair. There are a lot af tv channels. The closet only has 2 shelves and there are only 5 or 6 hangers. There is no mini fridge, which was disappointing. There is a large shelf, for a large suitcase which is great. The bathroom is a great size, plenty of space in the shower - the shower is quite big for a hotel. Just fyi the bathroom door is made of glass, and you can hear everything. The staff is polite and always very helpful. They all speak English, so there weren't any communication problems. The menu at the restaurant (not breakfast) isn't great. There isn't even an ordinary burger. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, sehr umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer und Betten sind groß und gemütlich, das Badezimmer lässt kaum Wünsche übrig. Eigentlich perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr sauberes und ordentlichesd Hotel. Das Zimmer und Bett sind sehr gemuetlich, das Bad sehr sauber und sehr ansprechend gemacht. Das Fruehstuecksbuffet hat alles erdenkliche geboten, man wusste nicht was man alles probieren sollte. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr lecker. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Für eine Nacht super. Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind so gelegen, dass man sich gegenseitig direkt ins Fenster schauen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, jedoch haben die Produkte nach nichts geschmeckt.

Net hotel alleen deed de airco het niet. Parkeren was aan de straat. 10 euro per dag. Kon ook in de garage, dat was 40 euro per dag. Had vooraf wel even medegedeeld mogen worden. Kun je namelijk overwegen om een park en ride te doen. Ontbijt was prima. Zaal was niet heel groot waardoor je in de lobby moest eten. Vriendelijk personeel.

Wir waren schon des öfteren hier im Dorint, aber dieses Hotel hat keine Willkommenskultur, man hat eher den Eindruck, dass der Gast stört! Keine schöne Lobby, keine Ansprache , Frühstück nur bis 10Uhr..Ich bat um 9:10 Uhr nach Vollkornbrot, kam keines. Das ist mangelhaft für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Also WIR suchen uns ein anderes Hotel in Zukunft

エッペンドルフの大学病院での仕事のために滞在、ほぼ同じ敷地にあり非常に便利だった。X35バスを使えば20分ほどでRathausまで行けます。バスを使い慣れるととても便利です。清潔ですし朝食も充実しており、満足でした。今回はホテルに大切な物を置き忘れて、連絡したところ、マンハイムまで宅急便で送付して下さった事、とても感謝しています。素晴らしい、スタッフでした。

Ein tolles Hotel mit einem sehr guten Flair, einer guten Bar, eine super Frühstück und einer sehr schönen Sauna. Nur der Empfang war eher unfreundlich zu mir. Die Dame schien mir nicht zu glauben, dass ich ein Zimmer gebucht hatte und bereits eingecheckt war. Ihre Rückfragen waren unfreundlich und fordernd gestellt. Dieser Eindruck hat sich leider bei mir festgesetzt. Schade. Die Damen am Empfang sollten wissen, dass sie das Gesicht eines Hotels sind.

Wir hatten ein Komfortzimmer im 5. Stock, mit dem wir sehr zufrieden waren. Viel Platz, schönes Bad und sehr sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Gute Lage. Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage kostet 35 € am Tag. Wir haben für 10 € (9-20 Uhr an der Straße geparkt.

This is the second time that my wife and I have stayed here. Eppendorf is a very pleasant suburb to the north of Hamburg. The hotel is close to parkland and about 20 minute walk from the upmarket Eppendorf town centre where there are restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a U-Bahn link to the city centre. The airport is 15 minutes away by taxi. The hotel is comfortable and the rooms a decent size, clean, and well-kept. Service was also very good. Self-service breakfast is superb with masses of choice. There is a terrace to the front of the hotel for eating or drinks. I would highly recommend.

Durch die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel hat man eine sehr gute Anbindung in die Stadt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine super Auswahl.

Das Frühstück kostet 29 € pro Tag und das ist es definitiv nicht Wert, eine Flasche Wasser an der Bar/Restaurant kostet 9€, das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig mit sehr trockener Luft und kalt. Handtücher werden selten gewechselt, Bettzeug nie. Das Restaurant hat kein gesundes Essen und kann Glutenintoleranz gar nicht catern. Aber teuer ist das Essen. Das Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Krankenhaus und viele Angehörige schlafen dort. Ich finde es unmoralisch wie man da die Leute anzockt.

Comfortable and well appointed room close to the hospital. Appreciated the pillow menu service as the pillows provided were very soft. The room vas very clean. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, there wasn't even any limescale in the kettle. There is a "SuitePad" in the room, where you can find the answer to almost all of your questions. The room is a good size with a big double bed, a desk, a desk chair and an arm chair. There are a lot af tv channels. The closet only has 2 shelves and there are only 5 or 6 hangers. There is no mini fridge, which was disappointing. There is a large shelf, for a large suitcase which is great. The bathroom is a great size, plenty of space in the shower - the shower is quite big for a hotel. Just fyi the bathroom door is made of glass, and you can hear everything. The staff is polite and always very helpful. They all speak English, so there weren't any communication problems. The menu at the restaurant (not breakfast) isn't great. There isn't even an ordinary burger. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

We had lunch there and paid 8 Euros for a bottle of water, which we didn't think was even a liter bottle. The room was nice, AC, Some English channels, clean and comfortable. We had not taken breakfast because they charge about 30 Euros per person for the typical German breakfast. However, we took it for one day because our friend wanted to meet at the hotel and they happened to have a special of 15 Euros per person. We included our friend in the breakfast but the hotel charged us the full price even though we told them she was our guest. What was even more upsetting, is she arrived late and breakfast was closing so all she could get is some cucumbers and tomatoes! She ended up paying for a coffee at the bar! We were not happy to have to pay 30 Euros for a small plate of cucumbers and tomatoes. I realize she was late, but nevertheless, their breakfast is ridiculous at that price especially for what you get.

Lovely hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the ac worked well. The beds were comfortable and nice feather down duvets and feather pillows. It was nice that the windows opened for fresh air especially when the weather was nice. The hotel offers a nice full buffet breakfast with eggs (to order), sausage, bacon, breads/pastries, fruits, yogurt and more which we added on and took advantage of upon arrival. There is a small grocery store and bakery around the block and a larger grocery store about 10 mins walk. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within 10 mins walk of the hotel and a beautiful park just up the block. The area was great - very walkable. I will stay here again on my next trip to Hamburg.

All was very fine. The hotel is very good placed . The stuff is friendly and you get all you want at the breakfast. At Eastern all guests got a little bunny infront of the door, very nice.
