Hotel was quiet, beds very comfortable, room clean and easy to regulate temp. Housekeeping was reliable and complete. Full breakfast was varied and well prepared. The front drive exit to the main road very short but steep; we used the back exit on the side road to enter and leave.

We stay here on most of our stays when we visit Mansfield. We have notice over the years the facility has been getting use which is a great thing for the owners. There are some things that need to be repaired d due to wear and tear. The staff is always friendly and helpful. BW is our choice in the city. Thanks for keeping our town on the map with a major hotel chain.

Beware of the entry driveway - there is a considerably steep incline upon arrival. We laughed about it, but it could scare others or even damage your vehicle if too low to the ground... The room was good, but muggy, sticky, wet, humid. The AC unit was trying to cool the room, but it was just soggy feeling. The breakfast was meagre, but we made it work. We felt safe in the area of town too. Note: it is located near a train track if you are easily bothered too...

The check in with nicole desk person was great She changed our rooms as the first was smelly and dirty The second romm was better but not by much It was a little cleaner but not smelly I found the carpets to be stained, needed vacuuming in the corners and edges The bathroom door did not close. The furniture needed cleaning The bathroom needed a deep cleaning I chose this hotel because of the rating of 8.4 but was very disappointed when i arrived We needed a place to stay after a funeral, so we stayed but the hotel did not represent a place we would stay at this price point. Please clean up your act The place looks good from a distance but on closer look was sorely disappointing.

The main problem I had was the room in which we stayed in had a musky odor. That night there was a strong chemical smell that caused my nose to burn. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Spoke with housekeeping and informed that room wasn’t cleaned . Told no other rooms were available fully booked . Wouldn’t stay ever again unless I saw my room first before paying !!!

We come here once a year for 4H event. This time we had a king & a sofa sleeper. Sofa sleeper sheets were dirty & full of popcorn crumbs & god know what else. We requested new sheets and changed them ourselves. Also didnt like the fact that they chain up the back patio area & refuse to open it when kids are swimming. Its hot & loud inside the indoor pool area. I much rather sit outside & watch kids (15 yr old) through the window / door.

The room was nice, clean. We all had plenty of room. The sofa bed made a loud, worn out noise every time one of the kids moved in their sleep. Other than that all was good. The Armadillo Mexican restaurant over behind the hotel is real good.

I was booked for 2 nights checking in on Sunday checking out on Tuesday. While checking in I asked the lady and she said it showed me staying for that time period. When I was at work on Monday someone from the hotel called scolding me for not taking my belongings with me. She said I was only booked for one night and the room was already reserved for someone else. I argued back and then told her I have email confirming. When I got to th property after work. Everyone had amnesia and didn’t know who that was. There were 2 associates at the desk, one that was helping me and the other was listening to vulgar TikTok videos playing out loud at her computer. I will never stay at this property again.

If felt like returning to home my favorite boy at the front Kurt and Jerkedria sorry if I misspell her name but they are amazing everytime we come we and go we are greeted with a smiling face. Room clean. Just wish breakfast was better.
