Sehr netter Empfang! Das Hotel ist in einem tollen Zustand. Die Gartenmöbel vor dem Haus erstrahlen weiß und der Rasen war frisch gemäht. Die Zimmer sind skandinavisch eingerichtet. Es ist eine Minibar vorhanden, die allerdings nicht inkludiert ist. Der Kühlschrank kann aber für eigene Zwecke benutzt werden. Tolle Lage, die Innenstadt ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, um Restaurants und Shopping zu erreichen. Das Hotel selbst bietet abends Tapas an. Das Frühstück setzt auf Klasse statt Masse. Es ist kein warmes Frühstück verfügbar, außer gekochte Eier. Man vermisst aber nichts und der Service füllt die Auswahl laufend wieder auf. Kostenlose Parkplätze rund um das Haus verfügbar (ca. 16), ansonsten kann man auch vor dem Haus oder gegenüber auf einem provisorischen Parkstreifen parken. Es sind zwei Ladesäulen für Elektroautos verfügbar (über Monta App), die über zeitdynamische Tarife günstige Konditionen ermöglichen. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung für einen Aufenthalt in Skagen und Umgebung!

This is a clean, friendly hotel where the owners go out of their way to be hospitable. The place has been recently renovated. It does look over the working harbor but that is a plus in that the area is less crowded with tourists. Bike rental on premises. Easy walk to Skagen art museums and station. Lovely breakfast and indoor and outdoor tables. Thanks for a lovely visit!

Veldig hyggelig hotel og oppmerksomt vertskap. Dette gjorde oppholdet til en god opplevelse. De hadde gode forslag til aktiviteter, og vi valgte å gå ut til Grenen. Å besøke Grenen er obligatorisk i Skagen sammen med Skagen museum. Enkel og god frokost med sunn mat. Rommet ble rengjort hver dag og nye håndklær når det trengtes. Svært godt renhold på alle deler av hotellet. Et stort pluss var lader for el-bil på stedet, 2 x 22kW ladere er installert i bakgården. Grei ladning med fult batteri for utflukt dagen etter, super miljøvennlig tiltak.

Når kvalitet service lækre lokaler hygge fantastisk personale går hånd i hånd. Alt spillede og man føler sig virkelig godt taget imod som gæst. Hotellet eller af god atmosfære. Beliggenhed er 5-10 min gåafstand fra bymidten og der er mulighed for at låne cykel. Kommer med garanti tilbage.

Perfect room and bathroom - just pacious enough for one person with a desk overlooking neighborhood. Excellent breakfast and evening meal options. Wide selection of drinks, special cocktails. No difficulty parking. As a single, elderly woman traveling alone, I was so warmly welcomed. Owners went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe. They also helped guide me to special sights of interest in the area. I would love to return to see more of this beautiful part of Denmark.

Staying at the Strandly Hotel was the highlight of our visit in Denmark! Our room was beautiful, open and bright and clean Thomas and Didde were so welcoming! They have a lovely hotel with such charm. Every morning we came down stairs to a delicious breakfast of fresh breads, cheeses, fruits , yogurts, sliced meats , eggs and so much more. They had teas , coffe and juices. We were thrilled. Throughout the day you could order sodas , coffees and wines and other spirits at cocktail hour. The location is perfect , easy to walk into the charming town and across the street from their beautiful beaches. Thank you so much for our beautiful weeks stay. Although the United States is far away, we hope we can return to Skagen and the Strandly hotel soon. Thank you again Thomas and Didde for making our visit so memorable. 🙌🙌

Wonderful experience! Would love to return. The room was clean, cozy and had a wonderful beachhead vibe to it. The breakfast (complimentary) was excellent! The decor of the hotel was so well thought out and the location was perfect near the beach and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Ett mycket fint och trevligt hotell. Vårt rum var stort, nyrenoverat och fräscht. Servicen på hotellet var perfekt och personalen var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig. Läget på hotellet är lugnt och det finns en fin trädgård man kan sitta och äta frukost och lunch i. På eftermiddagen kan man också sitta där och ta en drink - jättemysigt! Frukosten var mycket bra och i vår smak - dock saknas äggröra/bacon (om man gillar sådant). Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell för en Skagen-vistelse!

An excellent stay in this really well run hotel. Good location for the nearby town and beaches. The attention to detail of the furnishings and decoration was notable with high quality every where you look. High level of cleanliness too and super pleasant owners. We will return to beautiful Skagen and will have no hesitation staying at the Strandly again.

Rolig og fint hotell :) god frokost, gode senger og luftig rom. Vennlig og imøtekommende personale. Eneste minus var dusjen, som hadde lite trykk på vannet - vanskelig å få skylt ut sjampo i tykt, langt hår. Men alt i alt veldig fornøyd ✨

Hyggeligt rigtigt gult Skagenshotel med central beliggenhed. Fantastisk morgenmad i stemningsfuld spisesal med Marinemalerier. Yderst opmærksomt og servicemindet personale. Værelset var luksuriøst renoveret og med egen sydvendt balkon godt i læ. Fantastisk sted at nyde solen og samtidig kunne holde udkig med hotelhavens aktiviteter. Solnedgang over Østerby kunne nydes fra værelsesdørens svalegang. Klar anbefaling!!

Perfect room and bathroom - just pacious enough for one person with a desk overlooking neighborhood. Excellent breakfast and evening meal options. Wide selection of drinks, special cocktails. No difficulty parking. As a single, elderly woman traveling alone, I was so warmly welcomed. Owners went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe. They also helped guide me to special sights of interest in the area. I would love to return to see more of this beautiful part of Denmark.

Rarely using 5 star rating, but this hotel delivers so much over my expectations. Nice and neatly renovated small hotel. No service or reception attended in the evening. But the staff goes over and beyond to make the stay fantastic. Attitude or actually better than a real 5 star hotel as they recognize their guests and follow up day after!

Wonderful experience! Would love to return. The room was clean, cozy and had a wonderful beachhead vibe to it. The breakfast (complimentary) was excellent! The decor of the hotel was so well thought out and the location was perfect near the beach and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Vi hadde to nydelige dager på Strandly. Fantastisk service, nydelig frokost i utrolig flotte lokaler. Hotellet ligger perfekt til for utforsking av alt Skagen har å by på. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

This is a clean, friendly hotel where the owners go out of their way to be hospitable. The place has been recently renovated. It does look over the working harbor but that is a plus in that the area is less crowded with tourists. Bike rental on premises. Easy walk to Skagen art museums and station. Lovely breakfast and indoor and outdoor tables. Thanks for a lovely visit!

Vi havde nogle dejlige dage på Strandly. Især nød vi de hyggelige og charmerende lokaler med en lækker morgenbuffet. Personalet var smilende, hjælpsomme og i det hele taget var der en venlig atmosfære. Lidt støj og lugt fra industrihavnen lige bagved betyder, at det ikke blev 5 men 4 stjerner.

Väldigt mysigt och trevligt bed&breakfast med bra frukost. Rent och fräscht med sköna sängar. Bra läge. Det som dock drar ned upplevelsen är fisklukten från hamnområdet, då vinden ligger på åt ’fel’ håll. Luktar riktigt illa. Men då vinden ändrar sig blir det klart bättre! Annars jättetrevligt och mycket prisvärt!

Es ist eine Minibar vorhanden, die allerdings nicht inkludiert ist. Der Kühlschrank kann aber für eigene Zwecke benutzt werden. Tolle Lage, die Innenstadt ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, um Restaurants und Shopping zu erreichen. Das Hotel selbst bietet abends Tapas an. Das Frühstück setzt auf Klasse statt Masse. Es ist kein warmes Frühstück verfügbar, außer gekochte Eier. Man vermisst aber nichts und der Service füllt die Auswahl laufend wieder auf. Kostenlose Parkplätze rund um das Haus verfügbar (ca. 16), ansonsten kann man auch vor dem Haus oder gegenüber auf einem provisorischen Parkstreifen parken. Es sind zwei Ladesäulen für Elektroautos verfügbar (über Monta App), die über zeitdynamische Tarife günstige Konditionen ermöglichen. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung für einen Aufenthalt in Skagen und Umgebung!

Mycket trevlig personal, fint och luftigt rum, fantastisk frukost. V var få gäster på hotellet och fick därför lämna våra frukostönskemål kvällen innan, bra för minskat spill. Perfekt läge meg gångavstånd till det mesta, bra parkering där bilen fick stå en stund efter utcheckningen.

Staying at the Strandly Hotel was the highlight of our visit in Denmark! Our room was beautiful, open and bright and clean Thomas and Didde were so welcoming! They have a lovely hotel with such charm. Every morning we came down stairs to a delicious breakfast of fresh breads, cheeses, fruits , yogurts, sliced meats , eggs and so much more. They had teas , coffe and juices. We were thrilled. Throughout the day you could order sodas , coffees and wines and other spirits at cocktail hour. The location is perfect , easy to walk into the charming town and across the street from their beautiful beaches. Thank you so much for our beautiful weeks stay. Although the United States is far away, we hope we can return to Skagen and the Strandly hotel soon. Thank you again Thomas and Didde for making our visit so memorable. 🙌🙌

My husband and I booked this hotel for a last-minute, one night stay. After being at the property for five minutes we immediately booked a second night. The hotel is run by a lovely couple who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Everything is perfectly decorated, clean, charming, and presented with care. The breakfast is wonderful, as are the cocktails and tapas in the afternoon. Rental bikes are right on the property making it easy to hop on and go. A million thanks to Didde and her husband for making our stay so special. We'll be back!
