We had a large room with a beautiful lake view! Great amenities and Oncen (indoor and outdoor) friendly staff and very good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay - very friendly and accommodating staff who couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were fantastic, and I’ve never had buffet food as good as they serve in this hotel.

This hotel has one of the best locations on the lake with such excellent viewing platforms of Mount Fuji through their windows on one side and the beautiful lake on the other side. The absolute great bonus was that we had dinner included in our stay, and the hotel Smorgasboard and have to say it was second to none , particularly the fresh Japanese style sashimi etc with their salmon, tuna, fresh fish, etc.. In finishing , would give this hotel stay 12 out of 10.
