Absolutely amazing property in the rain forest with a five minute walk to Wentworth Falls view. Each apartment can be two bedroom by opening the adjoining door to upstairs studio. So our two bedroom rental came with two fulky stocked kitchens, two bathrooms with a two person jet tub / shower combo, two outside patio / balcony, total of two king size beds, couches, tvs, fire places, kitchen tables, great air conditioning, two free parking spots etc. It can not be overstated how beautiful the Wentworth falls are. The birds and wildlife very nicely interact with you. Short drive to other mountain towns. Also a short 10 min walk to the train from Sydney that you could also take other towns. This is the place to stay, you wont be disappointed.

Nice place, clean, with easy, walkable access to some beautiful views of the canyons. However we had two issues. One with the fixed cost of 30$ asked for making use of the level 2 charger over there, which seems excessive especially when often charging services are offered for free (in numerous places in Canada and the US). At least there should be a price based on the number of hours of use. Not to mention that I had a fob for Charging at ChargeFox that was just unusable there. Given the rarity of chargers in the area, if I had know this I would have gone elsewhere. The second issue was with the main cooking pan which somehow would just not get hot enough to properly cook food.

I found this room a little disappointing. It's run-down and needs a serious refresh. Blind in the bathroom was broken. Curtains in the living room didn't close properly leaving a gap which made me feel a bit self-conscious. Screen door was a pig to close. Chipped and cracked tiles. Inch-thick dust on top of the closet and behind the TV unit, etc. There's no daily cleaning service, which is fine, but the lack of a broom or mop in the unit meant I couldn't clean up after myself. Cigarette smoke wafting in from the neighbouring units was a big issue. I had to keep the doors and windows closed when they were in which is a shame. That, more than anything ruined my stay. Its a shame really because the area is BEAUTIFUL. Also the bed was comfortable, shower was hot and the gas fire was a nice touch on cold nights. Hope your stay is better than mine.

Stedet var fint, men var mere slidt end hvad billeder og anmeldelser angav. Vi var nødt til at vaske kopper og andet service op, da flere ting var beskidte, ligesom der var madrester på gulvtæppet, under lænestol og sofa. I øvrigt var det hyggeligt med pejs og en fin størrelse.

The property was exceptional and beautiful. The garden and surrounds were gorgeous and we were fortunate to be there in the Autumn with all the colours. Wentworth Falls is a beautiful area. The only thing I didn't really like was the shower had mould in-between the tiles on the wall that I believe requires more attention to detail.

This is an honest review of the property from a business owner. This property is advertised as a luxury property with 4.5 stars on Expedia. While I intend no ill will, unfortunately this is false advertising. While we certainly enjoyed our stay and had no problems with the staff or room, and the property itself is in a wonderful outdoor setting, the room itself was very aged and needs updating. The paint is chipped in multiple areas throughout the apartment. The tile grout is very dirty and likely hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The carpet needs cleaning or updating. The bed is very firm. This is not a bad apartment. It is just not luxury or 4.5 star.

It's an excellent location and would have been great in its day but definitely getting a bit faded - ragged carpets, bit of mould and rust in the bathroom, dryer that doesn't. Make sure you get an upstairs room (I didn't) as they would have a lovely view of the trees - whereas downstairs you're looking mainly a the courtyard wall which blocks the view. For the price it's OK but definitely needs a refurb.

Great location and enjoyable stay. Stayed in upstairs loft which is nicely set out and had a cockatoo visit us each morning while having breakfast. The only fault would be that room was not vacuumed properly so had balls of dirt on carpet and they must leave the kitchen sponge from previous guests and it was really used and disgusting and no dishwashing liquid.

The property is showing its age. The entrance to the unit smells of dampness. The wifi was useless and had to hotspot using the phone otherwise the rooms were very specious, the bed and furniture were comfy. Loved the SPA and the place’s walking distance to Wentworth Falls.

Really enjoyed the 2 night stay in a spacious loft studio. The studio had no common walls excellent cross ventilation 2 balconies a fireplace and a quiet leafy outlook.Very large comfortable bed, small kitchenette, dining table & chairs plus 2 seater sofa and lounge chair. TV screen was rather small compared to what is usually provided in most hotels these days. To access the shower you need to climb into the spa bath. There is no seperate shower recess. The spa bath was in good working order which was nice. Looking forward to a return visit

The loft apartment was spacious and comfortable but some aspects not too functional eg there is ample clothes hanging space but no shelves in the wardrobe; the kitchen cupboard and micro-wave are so high that only a very tall person can reach them; the power outlet in the kitchen in so high on the wall that the kettle cord was not long enough to reach it. Small details that, if corrected, would make the facility more readily functional as well as pleasant to stay in. The shower in the high spa bath is somewhat difficult for older people like us to access. Two very nice balconies made up for these deficits and the stay was overall very enjoyable, with friendly and helpful staff and a most beautiful surroundings within walking distance of the Wentworth Falls and lookout.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and welcoming. Made us feel comfortable and she shared great information with us for our two night stay in the area. Our room was spotless, fresh smelling and neatly dressed with all the features needed. Definitely worth the money and would come back again. Highly recommend.

We had a good stay here and the property was well equipped and looked after. The jet bath was a real bonus. Unfortunately our key was not left in the lock box which meant we had to try the emergency number which did not work for a long time to get someone out to give us the ticket. However it was sorted and the subsequent stay was good. Great distance from all the top spots

Booked August 2024, land Sydney from Japan 0900am. Arrive Falls 1pm and told our booking had been cancelled, provided flight information and advised to read the small print. Same ground floor room available now at $400extra, Yes they sent a message we were mid-flight. Management give lip service only, showed no compassion. wife has balance issues from brain surgery and we had a first floor room with stairs for $200 over the cost of our original booking, so suitcases up and down stairs. Further to this one screen doors placed against wall, balcony covered it pine leafs, shower soap dispenser empty. Very disappointing and frustrating.

We had a loft unit for two. Gas fire was lit when we arrived. Reception by Amanda from Brazil was exceptional. She also called before end of shift to see if we would need anything before morning. This location in Wentworth Falls is great, but we especially appreciated the well-appointed studio for space and comfort at competitive pricing for the area. We were able to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Beautiful grounds friendly staff. Told unable to extend stay by front staff but found 6 rooms available to extend on wotif. Extension through website was seamless.

Lovely, large, spacious apartment style accommodation a short distance from the beautiful mountain trails of Wentworth Falls. Very modern and clean with a fantastic spa bath. The property is quite remote from any dining or shopping (10 min drive) so you need to provision well, but we were very happy with our choice and would stay again.

A really lovely stay for our family here, we're split across two levels but it worked for our family. Kitchen is a bit small for cooking meals and we didn't all fit at the dining table but we were atill very happy with the amenities. Location is great and the area is nice and quiet.

Simply superb. What a great facility, location, set up, and service. Stayed 3 nights and was fantastic. Great location for planning hikes etc and sightseeing. We had a first floor studio and was remarkably spacious and well equipped. The balconies front and rear great for afternoon relax after a hike. Added bonus of wild Cockatoo cheekily tapping on window and I fed them some seed and bread. The grounds are spotless and well maintained Out and about, we dined in Katoomba but if you want to prepare food at the studio there’s a combo microwave etc. coffee maker, kettle and fridge available. Really is a fantastic set up, and should we ever come back to Oz we would definitely book this place for longer. Some fantastic walks.. make sure you go to Minnehaha Falls for a swim in rock pool etc .

Quiet, spaciuos rooms with jacuzzi tub, small kitchette, 2 porches with tables and chairs, King bed, high ceiling, close to hiking trails in Blue Mountains NP. Only negative in no nearby dining, need to drive to Katoomba or Leura. still 5 stars for us

This was an amazingly tranquil place. Close to Wentworth falls. Beautiful facility. Clean. We had a fireplace. Dining is a drive. But the rest was just amazing.

Great place and very convenient for the Park walks. You did need a car in order to go anywhere else. Also had to washer dryer and was very clean.
