Great location, very quiet and comfortable. Only small negative issue is breakfast not available before 8am which can be inconvenient if you want an early start to the day.

This place was very nice. I will go back there again. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. The rooms were super clean.

The room was so clean and well equipped. Transfers from Airport to hotel at midnight and from hotel to the airport (back and forth) were all on time on a modern and clean van, with a driver who was very kind and helpful. These was service provided by the hotel with a fair separate price from the accommodation rate. The front desk staff was always very attentive as they were available to clarify and assist with any question, request, or doubt before arrival, during and after our stay there. For the breakfast that was included on the hotel rate, we did like it, but we certainly expected a traditional Azores breakfast with local products. I will recommend that hotel to my family and friends and absolutely repeat the experience again. Thanks a lot
