Got issues on my booking at the beginning , Expedia and hotel are helping to sort out in a timely manner which is really appreciated. Hotel has a 2mins walk from Akabane station which is convenient, left side of front door has mini mart, while right side has family mart so you won’t get hungry even midnight. Staff can speak English otherwise they are also carrying translator so no need to worry the language barrier . Room is clean and overall the hotel is comfortable so you feel relax. But it is challenging if you need laundry, they only have 2 machines and you can’t watch how many min you have to wait for next round in TV ( I know some other brands of hotel are able to do this). Overall I am happy with the stay and will recommend to others.

The room is very clean. Staffs can speak English and explains everything upon check in. They show you how to use the elevators and where the other amenities are that you can grab for free as much as you like. The location is 3 minute walk from the South Gate of the station and so many restaurants around. There are also Lawson, mini-stop and other conbini stores just less than a minute walk outside. There’s a cafe and Indian restaurant at the first floor/lobby. The building is next to firefighters HQ but never heard any loud sirens at night while there. It’s relatively quiet and peaceful.

Rooms were clean and staff were nice. The breakfast was very average though. Assorted Indian curries for breakfast isn’t a good idea.
