Last minute decision to stay in Mt.Gambier instead of driving on down the road a bit further, but there was something on in town and not many Hotels left too choose from. Nice big rooms though, parking was a bit tight. Would stay again :)

We had and amazing overnight stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Accessible location, our room was clean and fresh, Lovely staff, friendly and warm welcome, plus the indoor heated pool and the bbq area ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great value for money, definitely recommend this place and we’ll come back for sure.

Don’t let the outside of the property fool you! Once inside…. Huge room. Spotlessly clean. Good heating/aircon. Very comfortable bed. Very clean bed linen. Modern fixtures and fittings. Same goes for bathroom. Modern, spotlessly clean. Everything worked. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in Mount Gambier.

Friendly efficient checkin and a decent room. Expansive windows which open to allow fresh air. Limited shelf space to unpack. Sink area outside the bathroom had no place for toiletries and other items. Bed was very comfy though with excellent quality sheets. Wine fridge provided a ever present floodlight in the room. Nice pool on the grounds.

Our appartment was everything we needed, having the ability to wash our baby’s dirty clothes and even dry them was just amazing after holidaying in Adelaide and having to find laundry mats it just took the pressure off and allowed us to enjoy our time in Mount Gambia. The rooms were a great size and had everything we needed to be self sufficient. The beds were relatively comfortable and just loved our stay will be booking again and recommending them when we go visit family !!

Place was spacious and clean. However WiFi reception was weak and at times we couldn’t even receive any signal. Asked for 2 card keys but one key mysteriously stopped working a few hours later. The same incident happened again overnight and we had to go to the recep again to have it reset a second time. Noted too that we stayed 2 nights but no housekeeping was done ok the 2nd day. No major complaints but not a ‘wow’ experience either.

The rooms are clean and large, i did find that the rooms were a little noisy that you can hear whats going on around you, especially when cars come and go as the car park has loose stones. Close to shops and pubs

For two people the room was huge, however it was over priced and be careful when you book as price was quoted in US$ so cost around AU$200. Wouldn't stay there again as it wasn't worth the price and was also upstairs which was a problem when you have a walking problem.

It was generally good. Staff at Reception was very helpful. The room was generally comfortable Just the water in the shower needs some improvement. The quantity of water that came out from the shower head was small.

Receptionist was very disengaged, and displayed horrible customer service. halfway through checking in he gets a call and begins to take details for a payment from another customer while I stand there blank. Then proceeds to tell me he is unable to provide a tax invoice and that is the responsibility of this app, which I knew was un true. Lastly, he suggests “on the system” it is showing the room for a $50 higher price after having had agreed upon a price a minute earlier. On top of that TV did not work which i failed to raise that issue with hosts as i assumed he would dodge that responsibility as well.

Annoyed that they didn’t let us know that only 2 tv stations and no foxtel/austat as advertised and also no breakfast as advertised. Just like to be told all this when we checked in
