The room was fine and everything you espexted. Hallways were freezing as were open to outside. Room was overhead and check in staff were not pleasant which came as a shock. Breakfast is good and hotel is near public transport and convenience store so was fine for my needs

This has become my go to hotel when I visit Tokyo. Check-in is at 3pm, but staff are helpful to hold your bags before then. Rooms are small which is pretty normal in Tokyo, but clean, especially bathroom. Conveniently located a minute walk between a 7-11 or Family Mart and 3 minute walk to train station. Tucked away in a street off the main road so more than enough options for food.

1 Convenient location - good local restaurants and convenience stores around. 40min to/from Haneda airport by express train. 2 Room condition generally ok. 3 However, the air from air conditioner in my room had an unpleasant smell (no matter which temperature was), and there was visible dust on the upper part of the wall and curtain.

I enjoyed my stay tremendously. The service was impeccable. The location is convenient for tourists exploring the city, but quiet. Cleanliness is beyond expectations. We booked for 3 rooms and we’re happy that we’re all on the same floor as I’ve requested. Rooms are small which is very common in Tokyo but it’s good enough for 2 pax and it’s nice that you can store your luggage under the bed which is so smart. The hotel is located very close to Ningyocho station and has a family mart just a block away. Staff is polite however got a misunderstanding on the extension of stay as one staff told us the price differently which I got a bit upset as I thought that their price will be standard and as I know Japanese people are very honest and won’t take advantage of other people but in the end everything went well. We will definitely stay in this hotel if we visit Tokyo again.

Near to the station, has a convenience store near, a lot of restaurants, drugstore. The rooms are REALLY small, if staying with many luggage you will have a hard time. Nice staff.

The bathtub designed weird so during showers, the water would flood the floor even with the curtains. The outside structure of the hotel was open and not an enclosed building which made the rooms more cold. Not many Japanese restaurants around compared to other places, more food catered to tourists which wasn't what I was looking for. Overall, it was a decent hotel that provided a lot of amenities. Train, 7-11, family mart is close by.

I liked the neighbourhood - found a small Italian nearby, plus a micro brewery. APA is a chain so everything is very done a certain way (so no chance of an early check in). The room was very comfortable for one. Two would been a bit cosy from a luggage perspective- I think it’s supposed to go under the bed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Japanese hotels at the cheaper end have small rooms. This hotel was no exception. APA hotels are everywhere it seems. From this hotel I could walk to Tokyo Station in about 20-25 minutes by a mostly straight route. The nearest subway is well connected

This isn’t in central Tokyo, but in the business district. However, the tube is just a 3 minute walk away, if that. It’s in a nice quiet area that felt very safe (I’m a solo female traveller). The breakfast isn’t great and probably not worth it if you’re European and looking for a non-Asian breakfast. There’s a supermarket round the corner that sells croissants etc.

I always like staying at APA Hotels. It's quite small but as a solo or couple travelers it's enough since you're really just staying there to sleep. It's less than 5 minutes walk to Ningyocho station and less than a half hour walk to Tokyo Station. It's a quiet area since it's located in a business area. That being said, there's not much to do around the area so you would have to take the metro elsewhere. At least there's a Family Mart on your way to/from Ningyosho Station.

The staff was kind each time we had a concern they had solutions. The rug smelled bad and the tub wasn’t cleaned right. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had. I did like how close it was to the stations. I would recommend to stay here just don’t get breakfast.

Quartiere tranquillo, stazione della metropolitana a pochi passi, davvero pratico per chi viaggia in metro per raggiungere le zone da visitare. Pulizia bene, attenzione anche. Tutto il necessario disponibile (pettine, lamette, dentifricio, spazzolino, asciugamani....) Unica pecca, colazione: si può scegliere fra due menu fissi (in 4 giorni mai cambiato), entrambi salati e chiaramente giapponesi e a scelta o succo o caffè. Un po' monotono, infatti non ho usufruito di tutte le colazioni pagate. Se tornassi indietro opterei per non pagare colazione al momento della prenotazione per farla fuori, viste le infinite opzioni a disposizione una volta in giro 😅 Nel complesso comunque una buona esperienza! 🐼
