位於中央線跟總武線上，去吉祥寺新宿都很方便，離車站月台2分鐘就到了。可惜空調管制中，明明很熱卻沒有冷氣吹，但好在索取電風扇後加開窗能獲得改善。臨近商店街、藥妝餐廳居酒屋便利商店，真的很方便。

Just the timing is not right with our stay because they were switching the air-conditioning system. The fridge is very small. It is difficult to put a few items in it. The faucet on the basin is dirty. The wifi is not working well either.

A little annoying they switched from ac to heating so we were a little uncomfortable for most of our stay. Some parts of the hotel were old and seem to need repairs and the laundry did fine cleaning but the dryer was horrendous but I just went to nearby coin laundry. Still the room was great for the price and the convenience of the location is top notch. The staff was super friendly and despite the negatives i would stay here a 3rd time

３月にしては暑く気温が25度まで上がり湿度も80以上あり室内が蒸し暑くドライをかけたかったのですが。エアコンがセンターコントロールのため暖房から切り替えることができず、蒸し暑くて眠れない夜を過ごしました。三寒四温の季節にはおすすめできないかも。

We satyed at the smile hotel near ShinOsaka station and that one was great, so I expected to have the same experience here. That was not the case. The rooms were much smaller and outdated. The rooms were not as clean as the shinosaka location, and the worst part was central heating. Because we traveled in the fall time it was still a bit warm but we could not adjust the air conditioning in our room because after november 6th only the heat is available. I have never had that happen in a hotel and I did not know at all before arriving that this would be the case. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else. The location is really convenient, but it wasnt worth it.

A good hotel. Beds are decent enough for a short stay, cannot hear the trains or street noise, windows do a job of blocking out the sound. Vending machines for hydration on every floor, beer vending top floor, both inexpensive. Can get to everything you will need in the area for food, bars, shopping, etc. Would stay again.

駅から近いし、電車に乗ってどこでも行けて便利。朝ごはんも近くにコンビニやカフェなどあり、リーズナブルに楽しめました。しかもお部屋はツインでしたが、程よく広く、お風呂とトイレの広さも充分あり、快適でした。クローゼットが大きめで荷物も収納できました。アメニティは必要最低限のものは揃ってました。冷蔵庫が小さく、冷凍も出来なかったので、暑い夏のアイテムの冷やしができず、使いにくいのが不満だっただけです。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープはとても質がよく素敵な香りがしました。また利用したいです。

The room was small which wasn't unexpected but was tight for two people. Even though there were two beds, and therefore two people, we were only able to get one room key. The location was very close to the train station so it was situated quite well. We did a late check out and the fee I thought was reasonable.

チエックイン時間前につきました。当日の行動の交通機関などを問うと、利便性と私の年齢も考慮して、調べて適切にメモも使い教えてくれて下さり、迷う事なく目的地に着く事が出来ました。嫌な顔せずに受付のお二人共に良い笑顔で、気持ちよく滞在できました。

I enjoyed our stay at Smile Hotel Asagaya. The location and the proximity to Tokyo city as well as the walkable suburb of Asagaya was excellent. We tried to ship souvenirs back home but the friendly staff let us know they could only ship within Japan, and that we’d have to go to the post office (5 minute walk from the hotel) to arrange this. The room was cleaned every three days and fresh towels were provided every day. We’ll definitely be back for our next trip to Tokyo. 本当にありがとうございました

チェックイン前もチェックイン後も、荷物を預かって頂けて、助かりました。デスク側の壁に鏡がありましたが、メイクする時は、視力の悪い私には手鏡が必要なのですが、用意されていて「！！」あまり、こういった小さな気遣いがないので、助かりました。　入り口右手のクローゼットが、どうやっても扉が閉まらなかったです。

Primeiro ficamos num quarto de frente pros trilhos e não consegui dormir, pedi pra trocarem de quarto e nos mudaram, o quarto era menor ainda mas consegui dormir sem barulho de trem. A equipe se predispõe a ajudar. A TV não tem nada a não ser que vc pague 1000y por 12h. Internet boa, cama dura. Distante dos pontos turísticos principais. É do aeroporto de Narita quase 2h.

Small but clean room. The refrigerator smelled a bit every time I opened it, but other than that, it was fine. I wish they had wash cloths for amenity. The location was very good. Very convenient for getting food and riding JR trains.

Very mid hotel. Stayed for a few days, wouldn’t book this one again BUT in some cases this will be one of the cheapest hotels you can book. Staff was very nice. Train station right outside, few blocks of some local spots also. Thanks.
