Wow! This hotel is spotlessly clean!! Our room had a washer/dryer combo which was super convenient. The room was small enough to be comfy yet well laid out so it didn’t seem cramped. Reception was really friendly with a nice lounge area. Free amenities were available in the lounge, and a 24hr convenience store right across the street. Close to many restaurants and stores. This hotel is one of the nicest I've ever stayed and definitely the cleanest.

It’s a bit of a walk from Shibuya station to the hotel. The hotel is currently under renovation, although there is no noise, we can smell the construction. The room is very new and the facility in the room is good. The washing/drying machine is very quiet . Great stay!

Well, this hotel is heavily under construction so I’m sure this isn’t the permanent state of things. Our first room reeked of smoke, so they moved us to a new room (possibly just completed.) There is heavy construction in the hotel with very loud drilling, hammering, possibly jackhammering that went straight from 8:30 am until 6 pm. Since we were working late and jet lagged, this was more than a little annoying. No view from window but that’s probably common in Shibuya. It was a good sized room with laundry and a mini kitchenette, so once construction is completed it will probably be a pretty nice convenient hotel

Good sized room by Japanese standards and the room had a combo washer / dryer as well which was super convenient! Quiet, clean and a helpful staff made this a very enjoyable experience. Hotel has no restaurant but sells a breakfast you can microwave in your room (yuck). However, there is a grocery store RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET that sells pastries, jam, prepared meals, and all sorts of fruits that is HUGELY convenient. Be advised that the location is a bit out of the way, so you are not in the heart of the bustle of Shibuya, but to us this is a blessing as we found the energy of the central area to be overwhelming and exhausting… only drawback to us was having to drag our luggage the half mile or so from where the airport bus dropped us at Shibuya station. LOTS of little restaurants around, bars too, so that won’t be an issue. Had our room had a view of something other than the building next door this might have gotten 5 stars given the price and overall quality.

The rooms were very well sized considering we ate only a 10 min walk to shibuya scramble. They had their own washing machines. One big negative to me was the breakfast. Please DONT waste your money on it. They basically provide a basket of frozen lobster bisque and frozen croque monsieur which we have to defrost and microwave in our own room. Very pathetic.

Located a few blocks (all within walking distance)from shibuya crossing, the train station, multiple restaurants and shopping the location of this hotel is perfect. Our room had many amenities, including a washer/dryer, slippers, robes, microwave and hot plate w/ dishes. Whether your there for a night or several days, as we were, you won't be disappointed.

Its was during renovation when I stayed. V clean hotel .Everything like new. new toilet. The bed sheet v high quality even better than Marriott hotel I would say. we didn't eat breakfast, as I sleep late. I think they finished the bfast by 10 am.

Room was spotless. Had larger corner room with kitchenette and washer dryer which was v useful. Excellent location v close to all amenities in central Shibuya. 5 mins to Mark City mall where you can enter Shibuya Station. walk but in a quiet side street.

O hotel nao oferece servico de limpeza so se ficar mais de 7 dias! Tiram o lixo e trocam toalhas todos os dias se pedir!! Pessoal muito agradavel se tocasse a campainha!! Cafe da manha nao compensa e tudo frio Vc poe no micro ondas no quarto! No lobby tem uma maauina de cafe que funcona das 6 as 24 hs gratuito! Para quem gosta de conforto nao recomendo!

Roam is small. As expected in Tokyo. Staff was very helpful. It’s conveniently located. Roam had a congested feeling to it. I am surprised that hotel was not clean. Hair in the shower and on the bed when I chanced in. Usually hotel roams in Japan can be small but incredibly clean .

Jättebra och lugnt läge i en mindre turistig del av Shibuya. Supertrevlig personal och bra foajé. Många olika dofter på rummet. Främst från avloppet. Smidigt med tvättmaskin! Många fina restauranger och barer i närheten och endast 10 minuter promenad till Shibuya Crossing. Annars jättebra!

This hotel is conveniently located near many amenities that are easily accesed walking. The area is very safe and extremely clean. The locals are very friendly with many speaking clear english. The staff are also very friendly and helpfull. Our room was fairly clean and the hotel is quiet . The only negative was we found several hairs in the washroom in our room when we checked in! Would definetly stay here again. Friendly and safe day and night.

The room was damp and had a sewer smell. The sheets felt wet every night when you got into bed. The polyester comforter was stained. They did not replace the sheets or clean the room just new towels only when you placed the card outside your door. We stayed 5 nights with the same damp sheets were gross. The room size was nice I liked the room but the dampness and smell was not good.

The hotel room was small compared to the other hotels we stayed in whilst in toyko. It was clean but had a lingering smell of drains or damp. It was a little bit out of the way and the area around the hotel at times felt unsafe. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If staying in Shibuya again I would choose the other Shibuya stay as it's closer to the centre and the area around the hotel felt safer for family.

Surprised how quiet it was.. washer/dryer in the room a plus because it snowed while we were there..looks to have been built or renovated recently because everything looked brand new The only thing I didn’t like though was the automatic hall light which switched on EVERYTIME the person in the bed nearest to it moved.. solved by leaving the toilet door open so the sensor doesn’t pick up movement!

Spacious room with comfy beds and a washer and dryer! There was also a dining space which we enjoyed. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Shibuya station, it’s downhill to the station and uphill back. There are tons of restaurant options close by. It’s near enough to the craziness of Shibuya Crossing but far enough away that the crowds thin out before the hotel and it’s in a more peaceful area. I would stay here again! The staff are also great and stored our luggage for us the day we checked out.

The air in-room power shut off in the middle of the night, which turns off air conditioner and load of laundry. I didn’t know what happened or what to do first night…very uncomfortable sleeping (very warm in room). I physically got up the second night and re-inserted keycard to re-start power to room.

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Shibuya Crossing and Shibuya Station. It is tucked away so it was quiet at night. The room was clean and spacious. The washer/dryer was convenient and easy to operate. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The mattresses were quite firm so if you like them more plush you may struggle for the first couple nights. Overall it was a lovely stay, would definitely stay in the future.

We never forget our visit to this hotel. 10/10!! I wanted to propose to my girlfriend at a private location, why I reached out to the staff three weeks in advance. They told me beforehand that they were happy to help, and once we got to the hotel, the staff took me to the side, and asked what they could do. They prepared our room just the way i asked to, even with a small handwritten card placed on the bed. Now i don’t have a girlfriend anymore, I have a fiancé ! :-) A couple days later, we sadly got a tsunami-warning, which was quite scary for us, since this is not normal where we’re from. The staff helped us calm down completly, and did so in perfect english. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Location 10/10 Staff 10/10 Room 9/10 Overall rating 9.9/10 Thanks a lot Tokyu Stay Shibuya.

The staff was beyond nice. Super friendly, always smiling and greeting us when we came in. Very helpful as well. I needed help with getting an iron and figuring out how to use the ac and both times the staff came up right away to help. Literally less than 5 minutes. The apartment was very cozy and having your own washer and dryer was so handy. I was able to catch up on all my laundry while out sight seeing so saved us time. They even provided detergent. The location was great too, pretty close to the subway and all the action but still far out enough that it was quiet. Would highly recommend staying here.
The staff was beyond nice. Super friendly, always smiling and greeting us when we came in. Very helpful as well. I needed help with getting an iron and figuring out how to use the ac and both times the staff came up right away to help. Literally less than 5 minutes. The apartment was very cozy and having your own washer and dryer was so handy. I was able to catch up on all my laundry while out sight seeing so saved us time. They even provided detergent. The location was great too, pretty close to the subway and all the action but still far out enough that it was quiet. Would highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My son got very sick the first night we were there, and we needed a doctor. Being that we are not from Japan, it made it very difficult to figure out where to take him. The front desk staff were so wonderful in helping us, and they were able to coordinate a doctor coming to the hotel to evaluate my son. The doctor’s prescribed medication and he is feeling much better now. The front desk staff translated for us and made the entire process so much less stressful. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was separate from the shower which makes it convenient to those in the room. The bed and kitchen area (which includes a microwave, sink and dining table) were great for families staying. It was 10 minutes walk to Shabuya Scramble/ crossing. Very conveniently located hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming however they kept trying to up sell me and charge me more for my stay. They tried to charge me for my child and they tried to charge me again for checking in early. The room was available by 1pm but I was charged an additional fee to check in earlier than 3pm. This was frustrating because I’ve not had this happen before especially when the room is ready to go. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the room was a great size and clean.

This hotel lives up to the standard of a three-star hotel. The facility is clean and it has everything it is supposed to have. It feels like any other average business hotel like a Marriot Courtyard in the United States. Normally I would rate it higher, if it is not for one of the reception staffs who has treated me kind of rude when I arrived.

Great location. Staff was amazing..,i actually lost my passport between Haneda and the hotel. They called the airport and 2 stations—by noon the next day, it was found! They did more than the police did 👍😊

Very close to Shinsen station, 5-6 minute, from there access to Shibuya and to all Lines. Walking distance to Shibuya station and to all the main shopping centers. What I liked the most was the rear streets to all the local markets, 7-11, restaurants and bars. For sure returning.

最初に駅からホテルまでの道のりが長く感じたけど、場所がわかれば結構近かったです。ただ駅からホテルに行くまでにずっと坂を登ってたのでちょっとしんどかったかな。(道を知ってる人は、もっと楽な道順があったのかもしれませんが••••)ホテルのスタッフもすごく親切で良かったです。また、利用したいと思います。

Loved this hotel, was in a quiet street with lovely small restaurants and excellent convenient stores close by. Large shops and scramble crossing all walkable within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Room was spotless. Had larger corner room with kitchenette and washer dryer which was v useful. Excellent location v close to all amenities in central Shibuya. 5 mins to Mark City mall where you can enter Shibuya Station. walk but in a quiet side street.

Wow! This hotel is spotlessly clean!! Our room had a washer/dryer combo which was super convenient. The room was small enough to be comfy yet well laid out so it didn’t seem cramped. Reception was really friendly with a nice lounge area. Free amenities were available in the lounge, and a 24hr convenience store right across the street. Close to many restaurants and stores. This hotel is one of the nicest I've ever stayed and definitely the cleanest.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s on a quiet street with lovely, small business restaurants and not too far from the busy intersection. It’s walkable and a few blocks away from a major train station. Breakfast bento boxes were incredible and staff were so kind.

Nice small hotel is located close to Shibya crossing, very conveient location. It doesn't have an option for breakfast, so it's inconvient. Thanks to this inconvenience, we found out about delicious egg sandwich and milk pudding at Family Mart or 7- Eleven. My room sink didn't work properly; the sink cover didn't stay up, so water could not get drained. Bathtub was also drained very slowly.

Good sized room by Japanese standards and the room had a combo washer / dryer as well which was super convenient! Quiet, clean and a helpful staff made this a very enjoyable experience. Hotel has no restaurant but sells a breakfast you can microwave in your room (yuck). However, there is a grocery store RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET that sells pastries, jam, prepared meals, and all sorts of fruits that is HUGELY convenient. Be advised that the location is a bit out of the way, so you are not in the heart of the bustle of Shibuya, but to us this is a blessing as we found the energy of the central area to be overwhelming and exhausting… only drawback to us was having to drag our luggage the half mile or so from where the airport bus dropped us at Shibuya station. LOTS of little restaurants around, bars too, so that won’t be an issue. Had our room had a view of something other than the building next door this might have gotten 5 stars given the price and overall quality.

The rooms were very well sized considering we ate only a 10 min walk to shibuya scramble. They had their own washing machines. One big negative to me was the breakfast. Please DONT waste your money on it. They basically provide a basket of frozen lobster bisque and frozen croque monsieur which we have to defrost and microwave in our own room. Very pathetic.

O hotel nao oferece servico de limpeza so se ficar mais de 7 dias! Tiram o lixo e trocam toalhas todos os dias se pedir!! Pessoal muito agradavel se tocasse a campainha!! Cafe da manha nao compensa e tudo frio Vc poe no micro ondas no quarto! No lobby tem uma maauina de cafe que funcona das 6 as 24 hs gratuito! Para quem gosta de conforto nao recomendo!

This place is within walking distance to Shibuya Crossing and all the shopping centers. Only go taxis for a couple of further tourist attractions. The staff was very helpful when making taxi cab reservations and translating. Would definitely comeback.
