The room was excellent, good bed, TV and water pressure in the shower. The pool and spa were great during a hot day. A major dislike was people being allowed to smoke outside of the rooms and the doors not being sealed well enough allowed the smoke to come into the room.

Rooms are advertised as sound proof, which they are not. The rules for use of the hot tub and swimming pool were so old and worn out that it was unreadable. We had to remove the cover of the hot tub in order to use the hot tub and felt obliged to put the cover back over the water when we left the pool area.

Had large gaps in curtains. Small sand flies in the room even though doors were shut. The walls at the closet end were pretty dirty. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Property was tidy and the pool and spa were very nice.

The reception was so lovely and welcoming. The room had a separate Bedroom, and 2 single beds as we were 3 separate adults and was good to have a separate kitchen and table and chairs which gave us more space. We had a beautiful homemade breakfast. Who doesn't love bacon and poached eggs with toast. Yum. Beautiful pool and a separate spa. It is located right on the highway for easy access. Thank you Guys.

The check in lady was so friendly. An inspiration to customer service. My son enjoyed the pool even though it was freezing out and the spa was lovely. The room was spacious and included everything we needed. A great place to stay. We will be back.

1. We are a group of 4 guests, however the motel staff only prepared 2 bath towels for us. 2. The wifi didn't work and it has very poor mobile signal in the motel. 3.Very dirty room, lots of rubbish under the bed and we found a very big cockroach on the bed (took us a while to catch the cockroach). 4. The curtain can't cover the outside light at night (outside light is so bright and can't be switched off). We finally used a blanket to cover the light so we can sleep). 5. The motel is close to highway and very noisy. 6. The air-conditioner is so old and so noisy (only has one air-conditioner in one room, vert hot in the other room). 7. Very hard to adjust the water temperature in the shower, either too cold or too hot. 8. Only positive thing is the swimming pool and spa. In summary, we don't recommend this motel.

Hotel was convenient for visiting family in area. Room was clean, with fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave and dinner set/cutlery. Also iron/ironing board provided. Downside was there was very few power points....not one on either side of the bed. Have addressed this with management. Close to Hyperdome shopping centre and Eagle tavern. Convenient for 2 night stay.

We had a terrible stay. Room next door had water damage and a fan going all night so didn’t have much sleep. Also other issues with lights and tv. Spoke to the manager next morning and he apologised and said I could have half price accommodation next time I stay and am up grade to spa suite. I has led for email with this and he never sent it. Rang again and asked and he said would send through and still waiting. Not happy paid for accommodation and wasn’t able to sleep.

Lovely friendly staff. I would definitely update the website as there is no room service or restaurant. The spa is definitely cosy. Very surprised at how quiet it was considering it was just off a main highway. Would book again.
