We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The service was top-notch, and the overall experience was fantastic. ​Just a heads-up for future travelers: the property features hot springs rather than a traditional pool, and they have a strict no-tattoo policy for the communal baths. Also, if you get the breakfast package and prefer the Western option, be aware that the menu never changes—a bit of daily variety would go a long way! Lastly, our room was great but could have used a minor touch-up; we spotted a bit of mold on the shower walls, and the wooden screen by the balcony tub needs fixing. ​Even with those small issues, we still had a really wonderful trip.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is super organize and staff are highly professional. Services was exceptional. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Dinner experience was also highly rated. Only attention needed would be the cleanliness of the room. We found a few hairs on the floor & in the bathroom when we first went into the room.

We booked a room with open air bath. When checked in at the hotel the staff told us that the open air bath is not hot spring but regular bath water. We needed to do an upgrade if we need to do hot spring in our room. Apparently the information on the website was misleading. The reception areas were nice and the public hot spring sites have very nice views. However, the hotel rooms need renovation. The bathing areas inside our room were molded for 1/3 of the areas from the floor. We ended up not taking any showers inside the room but got all shower and cleaning stuff done at the public hot spring areas.
