The staff were manager was helpful and let us into our room personally and showed us where everything was etc. The room itself was quite small (we had a queen and a single bed for ourselves and our son). Whilst the air conditioner was good, it was so loud that we had to turn it off at night to sleep. There was sand on the floor and someone's soap was still in the shower. Our bed was comfortable but our sons bed was on wheels and kept moving when he was sitting up trying to watch tv. TV had netflix etc but you had to sign up or in yourself...It is a really old property which has obviously gone through alot of updates over the years but was adequate for one night's stay.

The room was absolute perfection! Such a clean, cozy room with all the perfect touches added, comfy bed, great view, friendly staff, an absolute hidden gem that we will definitely stay at again! Definitely not your average “motel”!!! And I consider myself very picky! Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!!!

Our room was not what we booked, your staff thought we were a day early - we weren't. We were allocated a family room with 2 King Beds and a Single Bed. The King Bed we slept in was comfortable. That's where it ended, the room had no ventilation (no openable windows) only a fan to circulate the stale air and aircon to cool the stale air. We had to resort to leaving the door open & on the safety chain plus the aircon (with no fan speed control) blasting cool air. I suspect the room does not met Building Regulations and I'm considering raising the matter with the Local Council. Guests could become ill from carbon dioxide poisoning or even die.

Far to expensive for how old it was , couldn’t sleep with the noise and the light that came though the top windows. Shower taps need fixing and the tiles around the shower was far to high to step into shower. Other guests complained about the same things

The staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was superb ,great pressure & the towels are big & soft .Very comfortable room & we will come back and stay again there We got an upgrade, !

We were extremely pleased with our stay and how lovely and friendly the staff where, Chantell went above and beyond for us as well as other guests at the Jetty Motel the Entrance, she was extremely professional, friendly, accommodating, and our room was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend staying there. I personally give Jetty Motel the Entrance 5 stars. Would stay there again in the future.

Friendly and very helpful check in and local info. Loved that they used fresh milk in a jar not uht packs. Room was compact but comfy and very clean. Kitchen facility was helpful for making meals and bowls for breakfast etc Nice 5 min stroll to jetty for sunset
