The back was a nice tranquil apple orchard but the front was on a heavily used HI way and getting in and out depending which way you are going could be challenging..

Great hotel with all amenities :microwave fridge coffee maker and very good AC. Downsides -difficult to access from Kelowna as there is a divided highway. Parking is tight and the rooms are noisy because of air braking trucks Overall a good stay though

I arrived and the room was not very clean, stuff on the floor, dirty floors and toilet. multiple spiders and webs. It was not a good place to stay and will not go back again. Should be a $79.00 facility even at peak times.

I didn’t check in till 12:30 am, as my flight was late arriving. Had called when the plane arrived and was assured I was fine to check in late. The front desk woman was very pleasant and friendly. The room was plain, furniture was well loved but was extremely clean. Cleaner than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Every corner, baseboards, and walls etc were spotless. Very impressed and will definitely stay again when flying in and out from Kelowna again. Best $100 Inc tax value around.

Book this motel instead of hotels in Vernon. Big mistake! It’s is so basic. Reno was outdated. Furnitures was from garage sale. Appliances were definitely made before the owner took over the property. Rooms were next to highway. So very noisy.

The hotel was in decent shape aside from the hole in the wall from the entry doorknob. The highway traffic was meters away from the window and sounded like a constant thuderous roar late into the night. The person in the suite above sounded like an elephant as there is no soundproofing between floors. Room was clean. Staff where helpfull.

Bed was ok, but could’ve been better. Hotel is right by the highway, so pretty noisy. Had to wear earplugs to sleep. Good rates though and I would stay again when on a budget.

The service or shooting we booked online and when we arrived we're declined a room due to having paid with a Visa debit card not a credit card and forced out into the rain at midnight with nowhere to go after already paying and getting a confirmation email

This property was advertised on Expedia as one price when we arrived the fee was significantly higher . Not great business practices. Would have stayed elsewhere but because the long weekend there were no other places to stay. With these practices it won’t take long for people to realize what is advertised is not what you get!!!

Pretty average, stayed in multiple places in lake country and Kelowna, the super 8 just down the road offers breakfast at the same price point. Wouldn’t be my first choice.

Affordable accommodations next to Hwy 97. I requested a quiet room (parking lot facing versus Hwy) and was accommodated. Limited rooms that 'don't face the highway". The room was comfortable, clean. Fast food options are walkable along the "busy roadway". Be cognizant of walking as vehicles are going hi speed. Pub down the street is excellent.
