Die Aussage das es seit dieser Woche leichter zu finden ist als in der letzten Woche macht dann auch nicht glücklich. Personal war somit wenig hilfreich, man hatte eher das Gefühl das Gefühl das ihr all die Leute auf die Nerven gehen die das Parkhaus nicht finden. Auch das sie keine Probleme hat weil sie die Strecke jeden Tag fährt hilft nicht. Schimmel im Badezimmer und Teppich mit vielen sehr unschönen Flecken. Zimmer riecht nach schlecht gewarteter Klimaanlage. Sehr unangenehm. Frühstück das Personal freundlich mit Ausnahme der Dame beim einschenken. Ich Reise beruflich und schlafe ca 200 Tage im Jahr in unterschiedlichen Hotels. Dieses werde ich nicht mehr besuchen.

Positives and negatives here, but overall disappointing. Firstly, the hotel is very conveniently located for the station, with a 24 hour front desk for checking in or leaving for early/late trains. Despite having a room on the first floor facing the station platforms, the secondary glazing meant we couldn't hear any of the city noise. The staff on reception were also friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included but didn't have any, although the staff did let me grab an orange juice just after the breakfast was finished, which was nice. However, the real let down was the condition and cleanliness of the room. The bed sheets seemed clean, but the floors, especially in the corners were dirty and the bathroom was in a similar state. There were very dirty areas of the shower and dirty marks all over the wall. Some of the woodwork round the bathroom door looked to be going mouldy. My girlfriend found hair on the desk and in the hand towels. Overall, the rom was in need of a major refresh and deep clean. The place was also incredibly dry and stuffy, despite turning the temperature settings down and increasing the ventilation, leading to a pretty uncomfortable night's sleep. In summary, the staff are nice, location convenient and the hotel well soundproofed from the busy outside. However, the cleanliness and condition of the room was a real let down, and for those reasons we would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

The hotel is very close to the train station but, that brings a lot of noise with it. Standard for Europe is to have only room heat till May so there was no AC to cool the room on hot days, just had to open the windows which increases the noise level. Overall the hotel was fine, breakfast was good, staff friendly and always helpful.

Hôtel très bien placé par rapport à la gare SNCF et sans bruit grâce aux doubles fenêtres. Personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Chambre très propre. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Petit bémol concernant la climatisation qui est gérée par l'hôtel et non pas par les clients par l'intermédiaire du boîtier individuel situé dans la chambre. Si on ne pose pas la question personne ne vous informe de cette façon de faire malgré une météo chaude.

Great location across from the RhoneExpress which makes getting there from and to the airport very easy. The hotel has great soundproof windows so even though you are near the main train station, you do not hear any noise in your room. It's very close to the Westfield Part Dieu mall which has great shopping. The included breakfast was great with a wide variety of items including croissants, cheeses, and even chia seed pudding! I would recommend staying here.

Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Kaffee oder Tee wäre schön gewesen. Frühstück zur Haupturlaubszeit eine Katastrophe! nicht ausreichend Plätze (und nicht nur zur Hauptzeit), da Ibis Styles und Ibis Budget in einem kleinen Raum zusammen frühstücken... Nachgefüllt wurde nur schleppend auf Nachfrage. Teilweise war sogar das Brot aus... Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schon mal in diesem Hotel. hier waren wir begeistert davon, jetzt können wir nur sagen, es hat sich zum schlechten gedreht. Leider!

This was my favorite location that I stayed at during my 3 week vacation in France. I stayed at a location in Paris and a location in the South of France. This was my favorite. Clean, organized and well taken care of. The location was perfect. Train station is right next door plus the shuttle train to/from the airport is directly in front of the hotel. Huge mall located behind, give yourself a day - not exaggerating - The breakfast was incredible compared to the other locations and other hotels I stayed at. The Chia pudding 👌 props to whoever makes it. Lots of options. The staff were incredibly kind and approachable. My bed was SO comfortable. It was the relief I needed for my back ache. The one thing I do need to note is that the room I stayed in is not soundproof. There was a lot of commotion that I could hear in the mornings, but other than that this hotel was wonderful.( Furniture or items being moved/rolled, doors shutting) I highly recommend staying here during your visit to Lyon.
