There was no parking and arriving late hard to find down a small street there is no one to greet you. The rooms are tiny, and you can hear every time someone goes in or out. Arriving late on my own was hard to find and though told there was parking there wasn’t any close which is very inconvenient and doesn’t feel safe arriving late as a woman on your own

Staff and room were great! The only issues we had were finding it with GPS and parking. We had to park in the square near the hotel and walk down the hill.

It’s a cute hotel but the common spaces are cluttered and there is no parking on site even though it is mentioned. 2 spots are drawn in and you’ll be lucky if one of them is free. The breakfast was very basic for 18 euro… And we had hair in our blankets which we ended up sleeping without. The AC was nice but made a horrible noise every 30 secs. Not sure how we slept through it tbh. The view was beautiful and next to the beach so if none of these things bother you, it’s relatively a good price for the location, but we wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel is not easy to find, but my problem was in the description it says “free parking.” This is not the case. Very problematic as this was main reason for choosing this property. Desk said only two spaces and were full. Public parking was very complicated and no explanation on Next, check in desk lady was not kind. Rude. No help understanding parking, beaches, AC, internet…etc. we would’ve stayed another night, but felt unwelcome. I did not argue. We are a couple in our 50’s. Went to bed at 8pm. Very well traveled. Super respectful and clean. Do not like being treated badly for no reason. Parking should be taken off. Not cool in Europe.

Wow what a find we had room 15 very basic but views are stunning. Staff are very friendly and can not do enough for you. Like going back in time fantastic everything you need is in your doorstep. Parking can be a bit of a problem as only 2 spaces.

The staffs are very nice! I have had a nice view of the ocean. Only downside is that there is no elevator so it made lifting suitcases challenging. Highly recommend the lovely place. Peaceful, friendly and affordable.

This was a wonderful stay and i cannot recommend enough. The staff was lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The view is unbelievable! The only downside is that there are only two tight spots on product for posting. However, just a few steps from hotel there is a paid street parking lot which is free from 9pm to 6am.

I’ve travelled a lot and I’ve never experience this. Why people rate this hotel highly is beyond me. Place is dirty, worn down and the owner is needlessly rude. My wife almost got a scolding at for asking to borrow two spoons and when we arrived back at the hotel at 11.40, I was told “I was behaving like I own the room for the entire day”. Would suggest to find another place if I were you.

First, the housekeeping was some of the most excellent service I’ve ever experienced, far better than have experienced in hotels that cost 5x as much in New York City. Everyone was welcoming and respectful and allowed us to quietly explore and simply fall in love with France. I have never cried leaving anywhere but I definitely did as I packed to return home after this introduction to France. I would curl up and live inside of Hotel Normandy forever if I could! My heart and my inner artist never loved any location more than Hotel Normandy & Cap d’ail!

We enjoyed our stay very much and would return again. We had a superior sea-view room which had an amazing views. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The location is ideal. This hotel is much better than the listed star rating.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Normandy. The staff is super friendly and very helpful for any questions you have. The views are stunning. It’s a perfect location to the beach, a 10 minute walk, or to take a quick trip to Monaco for a night out. The breakfast was exquisite, and the rooms are very comfortable. We highly recommend this place.

I loved my stay at Hotel Normandy. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, they were very accommodating and made me feel right at home. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and restaurants, everything I needed was close by and even getting a taxi into Monaco was cheap. I would definitely recommend hotel Normandy and will stay again.

The hotel is not easy to find, but my problem was in the description it says “free parking.” This is not the case. Very problematic as this was main reason for choosing this property. Desk said only two spaces and were full. Public parking was very complicated and no explanation on Next, check in desk lady was not kind. Rude. No help understanding parking, beaches, AC, internet…etc. we would’ve stayed another night, but felt unwelcome. I did not argue. We are a couple in our 50’s. Went to bed at 8pm. Very well traveled. Super respectful and clean. Do not like being treated badly for no reason. Parking should be taken off. Not cool in Europe.

First, the housekeeping was some of the most excellent service I’ve ever experienced, far better than have experienced in hotels that cost 5x as much in New York City. Everyone was welcoming and respectful and allowed us to quietly explore and simply fall in love with France. I have never cried leaving anywhere but I definitely did as I packed to return home after this introduction to France. I would curl up and live inside of Hotel Normandy forever if I could! My heart and my inner artist never loved any location more than Hotel Normandy & Cap d’ail!

We had not internet for 2 days because I had to work on the computer but I could not work on that days . Owner who was so mean except staffs there who are friendly and helpful. There was no parking and arriving late hard to find down a small street there is no one to greet you. The rooms are tiny, and you can hear every time someone goes in or out. I loved my stay at Hotel Normandy. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, they were very accommodating and made me feel right at home. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and restaurants, everything I needed was close by and even getting a taxi into Monaco was cheap. I would definitely recommend hotel Normandy and will stay again.

Taxi dropped me off from the heliport. Very easy for them to find. A small market and a few restaurants are very close for easy access during the day and into the evening. Love the hotel. Very cute and well appointed . Staff was very nice.

Loved my room and the hotel. Easy to find and I didn’t have a car. I took the bus(literally the stop is at the end of the driveway) into Monaco daily very easily. 2 groceries and a bakery and a few restaurants walking distance. Staff was very nice. If you are going to be out late just make sure to ask for the door code to get back in after 8 pm. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Hotel was quiet enough for me. Neighborhood is safe.

It’s a cute hotel but the common spaces are cluttered and there is no parking on site even though it is mentioned. 2 spots are drawn in and you’ll be lucky if one of them is free. The breakfast was very basic for 18 euro… And we had hair in our blankets which we ended up sleeping without. The AC was nice but made a horrible noise every 30 secs. Not sure how we slept through it tbh. The view was beautiful and next to the beach so if none of these things bother you, it’s relatively a good price for the location, but we wouldn’t stay there again.
