The staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room and bed were old and not very clean. Close to town, the harbor, and lots of pubs and restaurants. Parking is on the street wherever you can find a spot. Overall, very average but if you're not picky you'll be fine!

Pros: Owners and restaurant servers were friendly and helpful. Location was good, close to town.Excellent food at the hotel restaurant. Cons: Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Noise. No elevator - had to drag our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs and staff to help (ages: 85, 79, 80, 68). Only 3 parking spots for entire hotel/restaurant and very little street parking available. Probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to friends.

Absolutely amazing staff from the minute we walked into the hotel. No elevator and we had very heavy bags so they delivered them to our door. We had to check out an hour before breakfast so they made us a fresh breakfast at 7:30am. Went to their bar and very friendly bartenders. Offered excellent suggestions for going around town. Parking was on street and super convenient. Hotel was very clean and looked recently updated. Definitely 5 star for us!

The property had a lot of character and was conveniently located in the village of Kinsale. Owner present and friendly. Parking at the property is extremely limited. Offsite parking is up a nearby hill, quite a haul from the property and was not a suitable option for us. Overall a pleasant stay.

The room was very small and smelled like cigarettes. We had to carry our luggage up multi flights to top floor. We could barely open the doors due to the weight of them. We could see into the apartment across the way which means they could seeinto our room CLEARY!!

Excellent on all counts. Anthony was a superb host along with accommodating us ad-hoc for a second night. Good food too and pleasant efficient staff. Only negative is parking, with only 3 spaces at site. Public parking is roughly 100 metres up a steep hill road.

We were put in a room that needed an update… If you stay here, ask for a remodeled room. The beds in our room were hard, surface level cleaning was done, but there were definitely some questionable spots in the bathroom… staff were kind breakfast was good… The price was high based on other hotels in the area.

The hotel is lovely and clean, the decorations are very modern and everything was very comfortable for us. The address on hotels.com was a little off and it took us down the wrong street - it took us a few minutes to figure out where it was. Our TV was a little wonky, but the owner came up straight away to fix it, and he bought us a drink at the bar for the inconvenience. The food and drinks were lovely. The wait staff were all very friendly and quick to help. We had a great time. Thank you, well be back!

This little family run establishment should be full each and every day. The rooms are spacious (there’s only 10) and super comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs - BEST meal we had on the trip. Absolutely loved our stay and we’re already planning our return trip!

On checking in and having dinner the experience was excellent, the room was dated and basic but suitable to my needs for a place to stay on a business trip. After a long day, I looked forward to getting into bed and much to my annoyance, all I could hear were loud voices, The Cranberries being played on repeat loudly and dishes being moved around. This was approx 10.30pm. On picking up the phone in the room to call, it did not work so I had to call the hotel from my mobile and the gentleman on reception said it was the kitchen I was over and said he would have the music turned off. Then at 4.30am I was awoken by the room overhead walking around and the flooor boards creaking as they moved and again at 6.30am. There was not tea/coffee i the room so I had to go for a walk to a local store at 7am to buy a coffee as breakfast is not served till 8.30 in the hitel and I was leaving at that time

This property would berated a 2.5 star. The staff were great but everything is cheap in the room. My queen bed was made up of two cheap mattresses that were different heights. The single bed was cheap. Location is good very walkable town.

Anthony and the rest of the staff at the white lady were an incredible, helped make a trip of a lifetime to a stunningly beautiful town even more memorable. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and friendly. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking to visit kinsale.

This property would berated a 2.5 star. The staff were great but everything is cheap in the room. My queen bed was made up of two cheap mattresses that were different heights. The single bed was cheap. Location is good very walkable town.

This little family run establishment should be full each and every day. The rooms are spacious (there’s only 10) and super comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs - BEST meal we had on the trip. Absolutely loved our stay and we’re already planning our return trip!

Pros: Owners and restaurant servers were friendly and helpful. Location was good, close to town.Excellent food at the hotel restaurant. Cons: Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Noise. No elevator - had to drag our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs and staff to help (ages: 85, 79, 80, 68). Only 3 parking spots for entire hotel/restaurant and very little street parking available. Probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to friends.

The hotel is lovely and clean, the decorations are very modern and everything was very comfortable for us. The address on hotels.com was a little off and it took us down the wrong street - it took us a few minutes to figure out where it was. Our TV was a little wonky, but the owner came up straight away to fix it, and he bought us a drink at the bar for the inconvenience. The food and drinks were lovely. The wait staff were all very friendly and quick to help. We had a great time. Thank you, well be back!

Wonderful place to stay, like a comforting little inn in the cutest town. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Very delicious breakfast! Comfortable bed & pretty quiet at night, 5 min walk to town & bus stop. Highly recommend! Staff goes out of their way to make your stay a pleasure.
