This city is beautiful and I loved the little Cottages that we stayed in. The hot tub was fantastic and the area is absolutely gorgeous I will stay there again

Many good things there that left us with smiles. Don't miss the cafe with wonderful bread, cucos, and strudel made by a very gracious lady. Yummy!!!

Situated by the highway, which is convenient to go to both Gramado and Canela. Hotel is very clean is beautiful inside the room. Clean and has sound proofing windows to the roadside. Really a cozy place to stay.

Sempre ficamos nesse hotel, porém desta vez ocorreram alguns contratempos que deixaram a experiência ruim. Estava com casal de idosos com dificuldade para subir escadas e mesmo com quartos sobrando no térreo, foi nos cobrado a opção de upgrade de quarto, sendo que o quarto era o mesmo, não tinha nada de diferente pra justificar. Falta de empatia do hotel. A pia do banheiro estava com vazamento e o aquecedor nao funcionou na primeira noite. O q salvou foi o café da manhã maravilhoso com a cozinheira super simpática que nos recebe muito bem.

O chalé estava ótimo, muito limpo, a lareira já vem com tocos de madeira para queimar e fósforo. O quarto possui calefações e ar condicionado que mantém a temperatura agradável para o hóspede.
